Great atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, great laugh . excellent!!!

Nice Tuesday night had free chilli from the bar which was a nice surprise. Good drinks, free pool, own music on the speakers. All in all a good night.

Genuine ales, Genuine people, Genuine smiles !!! What more do you want from from a pub !!!

Had a few here last Friday sat outside. The local tramp who was sat outside too kindly took my son to the cash point for some free money. Prices have crept up a bit.

Great place to be staff and customers very friendly

A fabulous afternoon, for a start, a wonderful lady called Annie serving me, cracking real ale, and bar snacks. Later some brilliant live entertainment, unfortunately I can't remember the mother, father and son act. The best day I've had for nearly 2 years.

Great local friendly pub with excellent choice of real ale and real fire. Toilets could be better but sufficient for your needs.

Great cask ales, nice 'local' type of atmosphere, even better when the music isn't played too loud.

1 of, if not thee best pub in Redditch. You'll pay slightly more here than at spoons down the street but the beer more than makes up for it. Great in winter when they get the real fire going. Nice and cosy then.

My first visit yesterday. Very friendly and a great range of well-kept real ales.

Great little bar in the centre of Redditch with really friendly staff. There's an open fire which is perfect with all the cold weather we're having. The bar is also dog friendly (they get given a little treat and a bowl of water). It's been really nice to visit and just chill out with some friends there. Highly recommend.

Lovely little bar with some good beers including ales, and a great gin selection. Friendly hosts with Marta & Craig. Inside seating best reserved at time of review (Sept 20), also outside seating with large parasols. (Edited previous review from 4 years ago to reflect new management, in place for 2 years)

This is a great little real ale venue tucked away in a quiet part of Redditch centre. Jovial landlord, great staff and friendly clientele. Definitely worth a visit.

Had to queue quite a while for a drink but it was carnival day. Why more staff weren't on, I just don't know. The lady serving was brilliant. Felt really sorry for her.

My husband and I both enjoy the black tap. The setting is lovely, the bar staff are great , and there is a wonderful range of drinks to choose from.

Such a good vibe here. The staff are just so friendly and make everyone feel welcome. A good range of ale and gin too.

Went in today after not visiting for 2 years, really good. If you haven't been for a while definitely check it out. Will be returning.
