The Starbucks in Redditch is very lovely, Good food and drinks, but the best part is the staff as the staff are amazing Always making you feel welcome they know your order every single time, even if you change your mind, they can help you make a good choice

I was served by the lovely barista Chloe. She is always friendly, welcoming and puts the most beautiful messages on your cups. She always brightens my day.

The ladies here at Starbucks Redditch are always welcoming and lovely . Dawn and becks always recommending me new drinks. Honestly the best Starbucks I’ve been to always getting it spot on!

Vegan sandwich as delicious, unfortunately the short fat girl with the footballers eyes (1 home,1 away) PICKED HER NOSE AND ATE IT, then had the audacity to call security because she knew I'd seen her and took a photo. Disgusting.

Honestly top class service, staff are so friendly, Bex was great her personality shines through, thankyou for a great experience I’ll definitely be back. All about the white choc mocha with hazelnut syrup 😁 All the staff always sharing a smile in there. Thanks

Walked in to get a coffee wasnt even greeted by the two incredibly out of place employees the whole experience was just cold i dont think i will come back. They should really train their staff better…

Really really Sorry but the midday coffee without comment made me regret the dirty tables first and the burnt coffee taste and unprofessionalism...

1 member was rude went into get to frappe with my daughter this member keep turning her back on us went into the back get other member of staff called leah she was friendly and happy but other member was so rude and unfriendly the coffee shop was fairly empty and keep turning her back on my self and my daughter as well

I wanted a muffin but the girl serving me was constantly scratching her hands and arms with her skin flying around her I decided against it and walked out 😞

Took my son for his birthday after school for his first ever starbucks and wow we were blown away with the service. We were presented with a cookie saying happy birthday which put a great big smile on a face of a 12 year old who had had spent his birthday at school. Thank you very much for great service.

Lovely coffee shop with amazing staff, CHLOE, BEX, Dawn and Nat is so friendly and is always smiling and they are all amazing!! I make sure to stop by every day for my daily pick me up! Simply the best coffee shop in the Kingfisher, keep up the great work.

The worst Starbucks I'v ever been. You waiting in the queue 20min and is not busy ! This Starbucks will never made money if waiting times is 20/30min

The staff are friendly, helpful and cheerful, the staff are very efficient at serving customers especially when the cafe is full you still don't have to wait long for you order, also as I have mobility problems the staff will bring my order to my table with a smile. Sue Smith.

Called in to the kingfisher centre store this afternoon. Virtually empty. All i can say is im not surprised. I ordered a cup of tea with soya milk and asked for the teabag to be left out. Even had my own cup. Pretty simple you would think. I was given a cup of watery tea that had had the teabag in. Not too big a deal. Asked for a little more soya milk which was given. All should have been fine. They had managed to make my drink with coconut milk then put soya on the top. Thank god it wasnt almond milk. As id already left the store a very kind shop owner emptied it for me but mistakes of this nature can be dangerous. Its sloppy. The counters were rather grubby and the staff looked like their uniforms had seen better days. All in all a disappointment. I will not be going back

Service was rubbish, slow and employees were not particularly friendly or helpful, tables were dirty. The only saving grace was the drinks tasted good but way over priced..think I will stick with Costa.

Although the atmosphere was nice I don’t understand why it took so long to get my order and when I finally got my order I received the complete wrong drink, ordered an iced Frappuccino and got given a hot latte. How can you mistake those two? The staff were also not very friendly so I won’t be returning to this Starbucks anymore.

A pleasant atmosphere. I was welcomed and served by a lovely young lady in a headscarf who provided excellent service. They don't accept cash!
