Appalling customer service. Went in and there was a group of teenage girls having a party. We were ordered to sit at a cramped table in the window. We were ignored for 15 minutes, then eventually after the girl behind the counter could no longer avoid eye contact, she grunted "the tills free now if you want to order" we got up, left and went to McDonalds

Dominos is always very fast with deliveries. Drivers are very polite and pizzas are really delicious. Always check for their discounts on the app

I have to admit, in all my time trying different establishments we keep coming back to this Chinese takeaway for our family Chinese evening. Food is always hot, presentable and flavorful. Communication is brilliant and we have established a good relationship with the staff. If we forgotten something on our delivery notes they always phone back to double check lol 😂. Delivery is on time, and whilst they get busy the food quality has never been let down. This is our go to place and would recommend using there website direct, don't go through Uber or Just eat, as there additional costs are unneeded. They today, I hope you have the same repeated experience we do.

Have been for a second time to this restaurant tonight . All I can say brilliant food excellent price Great service will definitely go again and will recommend as Very Very good

do not order food on line Jasmine I have ordered twice and if they are busy they just cancel your order and send Tex MSG 8 minutes before you go to pick it up so we had friends round with no food not a good way to run a business

DO NOT ORDER FROM FLAMES I place an order that cost me 31 pounds via urber eats but the order was supposed to come between 1 and 1.25 am did not come so iv phone them up and they were rude to me they told me they try to call me 4 times which they didn't and I said I would either want a refund or delivery fresh they said it will cost me extra 3 pounds which I paid when the food did arrive the chips were horrible the donner meat was dry I WILL DEFINITELY NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN order from there beware !!! I do not blame uber eats as I got intouch and thery were helpful I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER ONCE I KNOW WHERE I CAN

Can’t fault it, the kebab was stacked and arrived about half hour after ordering, ordered many times and it’s always been great

Just want to say… after feeling poorly most of the day and not wanting to cook, I headed up earlier for some nuggets (I’ve managed 3 and feel rotten still) but the young guy that brought my order to the car, I clocked Ethan on his name badge… so lovely, so polite, with his calm tone and his “I hope you enjoy your evening” Actually makes a change these days, so I just wanted to give him some credit… too many people go unnoticed, people are too busy with their heads stuck in their phones.. so I’d appreciate if you could make him aware he’s doing great, and his politeness was noticed.. This is the type of employee you want around your customers 😊 I hope he goes far.

We literally never have a problem here. On occasion there may be a delay but the food is great. We love it. Bit miffed special garlic is not default now but that's Papa John's fault not Nuneaton store.

Beat Asda ever you can't go wrong! It has a bakery, a toy section, an art section, a clothes section and it has some of the best Asda original foods!

Don't order from this store unless you want big dead bugs cooked on your pizza!!! We ordered from Bedworth Domino's on Sunday 23/02, we ordered 2 large pizzas and one side. Half of the make your own VEGETARIAN pizza was already eaten before I saw the big bug on my slice. I thought this was an olive at first but then I realised olives don't have legs. Disgusted does not even begin to describe how Dominos have made us feel. What a massive health code violation!!! I violently threw up upon realising I was about to take a bite into this dead bug. We have all been very emotionally distressed and upset since this experience. I mean look at it!!! It's not exactly small, it's massive!!! We called dominos immediately on Monday 24/02 and the staff were not helpful at all. We were promised that the manager will call us back Monday evening, which never happened. We have chased and chased and chased. One guy even put the phone down on us twice today! I have already raised this with the photos to Dominos Customer care, I have already filled in the Dominos feedback from they send to all their customers who write a negative review. But still we have not heard anything back!! Nothing! We finally got through to another staff member today at Bedworth Dominos, he asked for me to send the photos on WhatsApp which I did. He IMMEDIATELY guaranteed there's no way this is from their store. He even tried to tell me the bug would have just 'disappeared' from being in the oven??? There has been absolutely 0 accountability from Dominos. They have treated us as liars, continuously ignored us and I highly doubt there will be anything they can do about it. The guy on the phone even said they don't do refunds!! The same staff member said he is gonna get the pizza sliced sent to 'testing' and they picked up the pizza at around 5:00pm from our home this evening. the guys that picked up the pizza did not even say a word to us. He did though look very shocked at the bug on the pizza! We have no confidence what so ever that Dominos will do anything with this pizza apart from throw it in the bin. What a disgrace!!! My friends and I will NEVER be ordering from here again! The service, the way we have been ignored and treated thus far and not to mention the DEAD BUG. Can't believe Dominos has been serving food to this quality standard!!!! Shocking.

Lovely burgers and great customer service. Replaced a spilled drink without requesting. Polite staff clean calm environment. Lovely apple caramel fritter and hot chocolate

What a load of pap, tried to order from Just Eat twice, order accepted then cancelled both times. It doesn't even deserve the 1 star but that's the lowest you an give. Avoid this place

Food was great with delivery till mog found the bag then is was a cat astrophe.....mainly because I couldn't get my straw and was attacked by the fur babies.
