Appalling customer service. Went in and there was a group of teenage girls having a party. We were ordered to sit at a cramped table in the window. We were ignored for 15 minutes, then eventually after the girl behind the counter could no longer avoid eye contact, she grunted "the tills free now if you want to order" we got up, left and went to McDonalds

I have to admit, in all my time trying different establishments we keep coming back to this Chinese takeaway for our family Chinese evening. Food is always hot, presentable and flavorful. Communication is brilliant and we have established a good relationship with the staff. If we forgotten something on our delivery notes they always phone back to double check lol 😂. Delivery is on time, and whilst they get busy the food quality has never been let down. This is our go to place and would recommend using there website direct, don't go through Uber or Just eat, as there additional costs are unneeded. They today, I hope you have the same repeated experience we do.

Pizza was undercooked, no taste at all, we where very disappointed, we may nor use this shop again, we phoned them, staff take the details, said manager will call you, of course nobody call us back.

do not order food on line Jasmine I have ordered twice and if they are busy they just cancel your order and send Tex MSG 8 minutes before you go to pick it up so we had friends round with no food not a good way to run a business

Had two pizzas and city special kebab for me kids after school, pizzas were spot on properly topped and cooked to perfection (that’s coming from a guy with 15 years experience in Pizza Hut) but that special kebab turned out to ⭐ of the show, well seasoned and juicy 👌🏽

Flames is the biggest 50/50 the food mid but omgthe price large pizza medium pizza garlic bread wings,large coke onion rings all for about £25 bargin but my lord they can't cook chicken it's either still clucking in the bag or a chase for my meal out of 10/10 a F***ing BARGAINNNNNNNNNN the runs the next day? or a family feast for me. im a gambling man all on red

Can’t fault it, the kebab was stacked and arrived about half hour after ordering, ordered many times and it’s always been great

Just want to say… after feeling poorly most of the day and not wanting to cook, I headed up earlier for some nuggets (I’ve managed 3 and feel rotten still) but the young guy that brought my order to the car, I clocked Ethan on his name badge… so lovely, so polite, with his calm tone and his “I hope you enjoy your evening” Actually makes a change these days, so I just wanted to give him some credit… too many people go unnoticed, people are too busy with their heads stuck in their phones.. so I’d appreciate if you could make him aware he’s doing great, and his politeness was noticed.. This is the type of employee you want around your customers 😊 I hope he goes far.

Bought chicken mushroom pie and chips, the pie pastry was hard half way down, and the inside was dry, it looked as if had been there all day and some.

Rarely go to Asda. Had a voucher so went n spent it, very rude cashier tutting at me n making me feel really anxious and rushing me. Not my fault only 2 cashiers on with a full shop of people! Having problems with my phone app for my card so didn't work first time n she was SO rude about it acting like I didn't have funds to pay because it declined. I do have funds, it's just an error on my app. Not the usual nice chat, no friendly hello or goodbye or even a thank you. If staff don't have customer service skills they shouldn't be working the tills.

Lovely burgers and great customer service. Replaced a spilled drink without requesting. Polite staff clean calm environment. Lovely apple caramel fritter and hot chocolate

What a load of pap, tried to order from Just Eat twice, order accepted then cancelled both times. It doesn't even deserve the 1 star but that's the lowest you an give. Avoid this place

Terrible customer service. Lady in the phone had little grasp of English and her phone manner was appalling. Slammed the phone down when I asked her to repeat what she said as I genuinely didn't hear what she said she spoke so fast.

Food was great with delivery till mog found the bag then is was a cat astrophe.....mainly because I couldn't get my straw and was attacked by the fur babies.
