McDonald's Nuneaton-Bermuda Park in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Has had it's ups and downs depending on staff but tonight is the last time. ... Ordered 4 items for delivery with a decent tip....only 3 delivered (not rocket science) all stone cold. If the staff are not bothered about having a job ... Don't order and give them their wish .. Total crap

After treating myself to a hamburger and fries for lunch I pulled out my hamburger and this is what I got! Slapped together and scrunched into the rapper, flung onto the pass to be served! This is not a burger! There was no mustard and what ketchup was on it had made the bread all soggy and horrible. It’s fair to say I put it back in the bag. Wouldn’t give that to me dog. Not everyone has time to go back to the restaurant and get fresh food, though I wouldn’t even want another one after this.

You can't win with this place. Order for delivery, they'll get it wrong, order on the app, 15 minutes before, and they still make you wait. Absolute shower. Some people are at their lifes peak working there.

Disgraceful service from McDonalds & delivery partner Just Eat. Food arrived late, cold & wet as the large Fanta had spilt all over it on the journey. Should not have accepted delivery as now neither company wants to take responsibility. The delivery driver was more interested in personal ratings being affected & the spillage in his car & although he said he would report it I cannot get my money refunded. Will never use either of these companies again.

Another cold meal from Bermuda park. Why do I bother. Utter crap. Quater under meal, big mac meal. And happy meal for the little one. Not as much as a warm chip. I live 2miles from the site.

Ordered 3 meals which were brought out to table. All three had special orders and all arrived correct. Like the new design as it now feels a bigger site. Very clean but very busy due to being by the main rd. Great experience

This particular one is very nice as it's the newer seats and layout, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the seating area is kept clean. Close by is the cinema & bowling if you fancy doing something after a quick snack.

Your regular McD's with drive-thru. Very handy for the Holiday Inn Express only a few minutes walk away!

Sometimes the car park/drive thru get a bit rammed due to the popularity of this location. However, with the new "fresh only" setup they have where your food is always cooked fresh it's very very good. They also now offer table service!!!

just a normal mcd's only neg thing is that if you use the drive through they ALWAYS seem to make you wait..... the restaurant inside is normally spotless when the Gurkha's are working and they are always very friendly and talkative :)
