Prima Pizza in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Missing some food and given the wrong drinks. Requested a refund for the missing food and was denied. Shall not be ordering from them again. Issue is not resolved. DO NOT ORDER from them!

I never received all of my order

Took ages chicken is all fat and the wrap is all greasy. Wouldn’t order again

Their driver of prima pizza shouted derogatory and misogynistic words towards 2 young girls calling them slags, and many other names cause they wouldn’t go up to his car, when confronted they denied all accountability saying it wasn’t then and that they had no idea who it was, when the guy walked into the back part of the takeaway, AVOID! Misogynistic creepy men who think they can say prey on drunk women!

Had a poo on my pizza a shook dandruff onto my chips claiming it was cheese and say I now how cheesy chips

Food was flattened and crushed. Delivery guy didn't give me the receipt. Awaiting response from Just Eat on a refund. Unacceptable.

Don't bother ordering late rude and inconsiderate. Guy puts the phone down after 5 mins of verbal abuse down the phone after being 2hrs late. Eventually the food arrived cold and nasty. Do yourself a favour and order from anywhere else these guys are a joke apparently takes over 40 mins to make a pizza 🍕.

Absolutely atrocious. I order two pizzas from this establishment. The first was fine. The second looked a mess and had two slices of pizza missing! I must say I have never experience an issue like this in 30 years of ordering food. How and why would two pieces be missing? I proceed to ring the establishment who told me that it's potentially the delivery driver via Just Eat who had perhaps taken part of the pizza. Following this I received a confrontational call from the driver himself protesting his innocence in the matter. I explain that although strange, I do not care where the fault lies. I just want the issue resolving. I was told to raise my concerns with Just Eat, which I have. I then received another call from Prima Pizza at 23:45 who had the driver with them this time only to call me a lier! I am astonished. The refund or any type of compensation is no longer important. I just wish to strongly advise everyone from ordering food from this business. I am a hospitality manager myself and have sympathy for a business that may be struggling due economic reasons and may have a lesser budget to afford a correct amount of team, capable of delivering good service at all times. However, being spoken to in such a manner and being call a lier late in the evening, way past a time I deem acceptable is beyond ridiculous. Completely avoid at all costs!

Avoid this place! I ordered a chicken kebab with a 1.5 l bottle of Coke. The food was undercooked, underseasoned and dry, disgustingly bad and the drink I paid 4f for was missed. The driver promised to bring it later, which never happened. I called the store to ask for a refund for the drink and was told they couldn't do it, but they promised they would send a driver to deliver the bottle, but the driver never showed up. I called them again and heard the same story. One star is still too much. Avoid this place, don't order anything from there, you will only waste your money!

Over charging customers. Misleading menu prices. Very Rude!!

Rude staff. I made and order via Uber eats paid and waited. I rang for an update after waiting 30 minutes past the expected delivery time and the staff very rudely stated that Uber had not been working for 3 months and put the phone down even though I had already paid. My 2 orders before this they got wrong, once putting meat on a vegetarian pizza and once putting onions on a pizza for a person with onion allergies

Peri peri strips. More like crispy chicken peices thrown in a box and mangled peri wrap was absolutely shameful customer service was a joke rude and refused to refund. Absolutely disgusting food place. Pictures to prove it too. Avoid at all costs.

Amazing food. Burgers are always perfect chips are beautiful and chicken wraps are to die for!! Bit pricey but you pay for good food.

Food is always really nice and hot but chips are always ruined with how much salt they put on, I literally can't finish them it's just too much.

Ordered on JustEat at 9pm on a Friday. Ordered 6 breaded mozzarella sticks and only got 4, missing a chicken nugget too, the chips were cold, 40 mins late total. When called the place after waiting in the cold for 30 mins I got a rude man who just yelled at me and did not listen, he said the driver would be there in 2 mins but took a further 10, we were camping and waiting at main reception on a cold night. Real disappointment, only good thing was the milkshake but all the cream had melted. If I could rate lower I would, I should've read the reviews first. I pray we don't get food poisoning.

Food was cold, got 4 mozzarella breaded sticks instead of 6, was missing a chicken nugget and 40 mins late. Our friends waited for 40 mins in the cold as were camping. When calling the place to get an update i was met with a rude man who didn't listen to me and just yelled at me that he'd be there in 2 mins when they took a further 10 after already waiting for 30, total of 40 mins late in the end.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star if I could. Terrible. Got food poisoning and woke up in my own sick after eating a disgusting and raw chicken wrap. Plus the bloody kebabs were £19. Disgraceful.

Food late by over an hour and half , when arrived was not as advertised and very greasy

disappointed, called up the restaurant as order was and hour late, all I got down the phone was, it's on its way, easier half an hour and called again, answer- listen it's on its way, I only live 10 minutes away, how can it be an hour and a half late being late at night when barely anyone orders? so disrespectful.

Nice halal takeaway at the centre of town centre. We loved their meaty pizza and their pricing was good too. I haven’t tried anything other than pizza yet so will update my review as I learn more. The staff was helpful and friendly. They do free delivery on orders over £10. Parking available but you would get charged during parking charging hours. Easy recommend and dont forget to take advantage of the buy 1 get 1 free pizza.

The way they spoke to me on the phone because they got my order wrong was discussing this place need shouting down. The food I wouldn't even give to my dog !

The breast was dry, the drumstick undercooked by the bone. Breading mostly fell off. Chips limp, oily and tasteless. If I order 10 piece of chicken and 4 fries I expect a box of chicken and 4 fries not 4 boxes mixed chicken and fries. The 12 piece something has never seen chicken, it is store bought low quality garbage. Piri Piri and chilli sauce tastes exactly the same. And no, it's not okay to serve Pepsi when Coca Cola is ordered if both are on the menu. Not going to order again.

The food wasn't hot when it arrived, the drink was incorrect. Boxes were soaked with steam, the food was mediocre due to the steam and then becoming lukewarm-cold.

They didn’t deliver the garlic Mayo or cheese cake and the potato skins were chips!!

Food arrived cold, my donner meat wasnt cooked correctly and barley any cheese on my chips. Your donner meat should be sweating before you cut it which will make it nice and juicy (using a technique called half cut) and most importantly hot, if possible throw it on a grill youll see a drastic improvement i have plenty of expericane.

Received 5 jalapeños not 6, didn’t get potatoes skins we got wedges, didn’t get the 1.5 ltr drink, food wasn’t all Piri Piri most was KFC style and BBQ (didn’t say on the menu) and on top of that, was an hour late. The whole chicken was nice tho, but won’t be ordering from here again and don’t suggest you do.

Just got yelled out for taking a picture of the store front, tried to explain but he was still super angry. The owner/delivery driver rammed my van and became abusive when I followed him. He left the scene and would not give his details. Stay clear of this dangerous man

Staff are rude, we went in to order. they cross contaminate food - they also dropped numerous of utensils on the floor and picked them up and carried on using them on the food. Our burger was still raw on the inside but other food was burnt - the staff hurled abuse and became aggressive with us when we asked for salad on both burgers they were intimidating. They also touched cooked food after wiping sweat of themselves and touching their mouths. Not a place I’d recommend using food is below standard, they cross contaminate and don’t wash their hands and they have no customer service skills whatsoever and treat and speak to you like something on the bottom of their shoe if you want undercooked of cremated food with a side of aggression then this is your place

Such a rude manager on the phone. Order took over 2 hours to get here. Went to the wrong address and we couldn't call them back. When the food arrived the pizzas where a mess wouldn't even feed it to a dog. Would put 0 stars if I could. Worst service I have ever experienced

Do not order from them Donna meat and chips is chips and a slice if meat, they say they charge 4 pound delivery so they can charge more for just eat 1 mile and cost 4.50 rude when call will never use again and if anyone else does your crazy, wouldn't mind the delivery fee if the food was even good cold greasy chips cold donner meat well couple slices of had to do a charge back through bank as just eat useless avoid like th plague typical scamming people the restaurant and just eat

Fella behind the counter is a top bloke food is very good. Only been in twice but its always a freindly greeting the pizzas are amazing the fact you get two as well. The fella behind the counter though (the big liverpool fan) genrally cant rate him enough super freindly will be coming here more often big thumbs up from me

Rude customer services. Phoned up to place my normal monthly order. Payment was £6 more so I said I’d call back to recalculate the pricing. When I phoned back to confirm my order I got told I was wasting their time whilst they were shouting at me. Never will I order from that place again! Rude, unprofessional and aggressive. Falsely advertising their food hygiene is 5 however checked on the official website and their a 2!!!!

Forgot items on 2 different occasions. Called to ask for rest of food to be delivered and was told that they were too busy to come back with food. Told staff I was not happy and was told not to call them or order from them again. Very rude staff. Food was paid for but told we couldn't have what was missing. AVOID!!!!!

After having a bad experience with Snappy's my partner and I decided to try this place. We will definitely be returning, the menu was varied and well priced. Service was quick and delivery came earlier than expected, all staff were helpful and polite and the food was excellent.

1/2 pounder cheese burger n fries with a drink for £5.50 and it was well worth it.

I stopped by and ordered a doner kebab and was totally unimpressed. For £3 I expected a bit more or maybe I'm just remembering the good old days. You know, more than a few strips of meat, actually cut off the kebab machine instead of from a big stock pot (who knows when it was cooked!). Salad used to be more than lettuce and onion as far as I can tell, some tomato, red cabbage and chilli sauce used to be freshly made, not squeezed from a sauce bottle. I didn't make it much past the roundabout and I'd finished my dinner. I so wish I'd eaten at the Wetherspoon pub next door as I had originally intended to.
