Ravi the manager is absolutely horrific. Avoid at all costs!! This shop unfortunately does not belong in a place like Attleborough!

Ravi the manager of the store. Refused to give me my pizza as I had earnt enough slices for when ordering previously. Ravi continues to argue with me and not give my pizza even in from of other customers. This goes on for a while when I have to wait for him to cancel the order.

Unfortunately I can’t put zero stars. this was the first time we tried Papa Johns, and we won’t be going back… Pizza was rubbery and chewy, no taste to the ingredients at all. My wife’s just tasted of tomato although she had their main chicken club, I had their full meat one and both were awful.. sorry we won’t be going back there again. For the cost they charge they should be ashamed.

I feel compelled to write a review so others know the situation. On numerous occasions I have ordered form here and my food has been late and cold. My order has been wrong and I’ve had to contact the store. I was an avid user using every week a while back, but now the service isn’t good and they have limited deals. I collated several reward points, but due to the pandemic didn’t order as much as we were cautious and now I want to use them they have expired. Just a waste. The company won’t offer the back or extend them which most did in the pandemic. They say I didn’t order in a whole even though they can can check my account. At one point o couldn’t log in to my rewards to register the order as it wouldn’t let me log in even though I reset my password the same day. I’m disappointed. I won’t be using again. I order pizza every week without fail. Bring on the dominoes.

Ordered on line and was a disappointed that you did not receive an estimated delivery time; however I gave the shop a call and was given an approx time. Took just under 30 mins to arrive, was well pleased the quality- loads of lush toppings and piping hot. Will definitely be making this my pizza place of choice from now on!

The pizzas are much the same as every where else. Although I do think they put a bit more topping on than others do

Ordered on 02.05.2018 sausage and pepperoni and a vegetarian pizza, 4 out of 5 of us got food poisoning, will be ringing to make official complaint.

You can make up pizzas hear! Takes about 20 mins to cook a pizza but they are tasty food is hot and place looks clean

We use this pizzeria on a regular basis, and have always found the food to be hot and delicious on arrival. Delivery drivers have been polite and friendly. Only down side is it can be a bit pricey. Overall will continue to use them for a treat.

Food was great as always and delivered earlier than expected. We had pizza, hot wings, verde wings (yummy) and some other odds and sods. Also great value for money with the 50% off offer.

Yet another positive review by me, absolutely love this place, everything is always hot and tasty and the family loves it, especially the cookie as a dessert. I just wanted to take a moment to thank the staff for the wonderful, friendly service, you are all so kind and your kindness has made my day.

haven't tried the brownie I ordered yet but pizza and chicken poppers were delicious. will definitely be ordering the poppers again

Pizza wasn't at all nice , too much sauce and hardly any topping , easy to order on just eat , and delivered before the time giving so that was good , but in all wouldn't order from these again

Delivery driver took 3 attempts to deliver and only rang on the 3rd try....he was going to the whole building AND by the time i got my food it was stone cold. Not Happy at all, the driver didnt apologise

Went in to order two pizzers and two sides costing £34.00 first the young boy could not work the till then when he went to fined some one to help help him the other bloke wasn't interested in the till but told us it was going to be 45mins and we could go somewhere else instead..

Having ordered 3 pizzas and 3 sides online, noticed that the £10 off offer for an online order hadn't been applied I rang the local shop details advised to them, they removed the £10, however for some inexplicable reason created a new transaction, meaning I'd paid £104 for my order. The pizzas were good but not that good. Added to that the driver refusing to provide me a receipt which I still cannot fathom. Speaking to the supervisor he advised me firstly that the second transaction would be cancelled the following day, a Sunday, I thought that unlikely, he then advised he was wrong, it would be three days. To Tuesday, money still deducted from my account, I went to the shop, to be advised that I needed to see the manager, and he wasn't avaliable until after 5pm, so I returned after that, surprisingly no manager, he'd be in the following day. So, I returned the following day to be told the manager wasn't willing to see me, however the owner was. Following a 20 minute wait I explained what was required as advised by my bank and was advised they, papa johns would not act on this for five working days from the original incident. Tonight, seven days later I received a call saying no additional monies were taken and the money was back.in my account. The biggest laugh then followed, I was offered a free side as a gesture of good will. I'm actually still laughing at this some 40 minutes later. The insult of compensation was refused and I will never ever use this shop again. Moral no.1 of the story, don't be suckered in by an online offer, order direct with the shop, moral no.2 avoid the nuneaton papa johns they have no idea what customer service is. If anyone from papa johns corporate customer service reads this, please get in touch to discuss as I raised this on your website form on Tuesday night and still haven't received your response.

Great tasting food but so unnecessarily expensive and you didn't get much

it was half anhour over the delivery time and all the food was cold.i spoke to someone and they couldnt of cared about my order.i didnt even get an email confirming my order

Food took 2 hours to arrive, as the driver hung up on us several times. Rang the restaurant several times as well to find out where the order was to no help, being told to leave my flat. Which we did 3 times. Finally when the food arrived it was Luke warm. Won't be ordering again. Spending £45 on food for it to arrive late and cold.

Very bad service. Ordered pizzas earlier that day, giving over 4 hours notice for a set time. Pizza still 40 mins late. Rang and was fobbed off. Rang again and was told it was on the way. Rang again asked to speak with manager. Manager ended the call and when I called back was told he won't come to the phone! Pizza arrived cold. Couldn't eat as had to go work. Called back and was promised a refund and call from store owner. No call or refund. Contact head office/customer service no reply to date. I'll be avoiding like the plague!

Asked for a XXL with Stuffed crust, received the XXL pizza without the Stuffed crust and was still charged for the crust.

Terrible comida rápida. Franquicia son obviamente la subvención de los ingredientes de mayor calidad, de mozzarella queso cheddar para. Una base de masa sin cocer horrible y la falta de coberturas. Esta cuesta £4,99 y estaba en una bañera del tamaño de un pequeño candado yale clave de 56 g. £4.99!!!! cuando les llame para quejarme sobre esto y preguntó por qué el mismo costo £0.99 pot en Coventry me dijeron muy difíciles. Obviamente sus propios precios, ya que a lo largo de. Nunca usar de nuevo, lo que es una pena, ya que siempre he disfrutado de la pizza con las ramas de Coventry.

Awful, did not deliver my food, did not call to say they were not delivering my food. I called to ask where my food was, was told it would be 15 minutes more, 20 minutes later, no call, no food and when i tried to call back they did not answer. Awful

If you are ordering from papa johns in Nuneaton, play the game of put luck pizza because you never get what you ask for any way. And when you complain they pretend they can't find you on the system which also means if you don't pay them then they can't find out who hadn't paid anyway

The man on the phone was slightly rude as I tried to inform him of the mistake I made when typing my address. He told me that it was nearly here and it wasn't. The food was average and delivery took longer than promised by the employee who answered my call.

Order took 1 hour 25 mins to be delivered and order was wrong. Phoned were told they would sort it haven't got back to us to tell us how they will sort it so half of us have eaten other half are starving happy new year pappa johns nuneaton !

I am on a new build site, but the delivery driver went out of his way to find where I was. This is the first time we had Papa Johns pizza and they were very nice, we will definitely order again.

All excellent thank you and delivered super quick. Potato wedges could have done with being slightly crispier but that's just my personal preference.

The pizza was stone cold, and one of the bits I think sausage looked like a dog biscuit, that really put me off, plus it was really expensive for a pizza, next time Dominoes at least I know what to expect.
