The best restaurants in Lichfield West Midlands

I won't be ordering from this one again unless there's a change of management. Wasn't happy with the service and didn't enjoy the chicken. I'll stick with the one opposite for the time being. Could do better.

Got a pizza today ,it was very good& freshly made.the place is also neat and clean. Staff is very cooperative very happy to have this place in local .

Local pork pie and fresh cobs food wise. A propper British pub that deserves to be cherished and supported. Lovly beer garden.

The worst take away. Wish we’d read the reviews first. Terrible quality chicken. Dry burger. And vile tasting artificial sweet sauce on the chips which was missing half of its promised toppings. Utterly gross. Do no waste your money.

Absolutely awful service. Most expensive pizza in town, but hands down definitely the worst too. Delivery service was an absolute joke. My own mistake for choosing Dominos. I’d leave no stars if that was an option.

Way over priced, quality and taste good. Not many tables to sit at so probably better as a take away. Funny location as it is at the back of a supermarket.

Breakfast sub looked yummy on advertising board but sadly nothing like it. Had sausage, cheese and egg on classic. Tasted nice but the egg was an omelette nothing like photo. Member of staff wasn't very welcoming. I felt I'd intruded on his day. Don't think I'd go back.

The munch box was just a box fiull of stale chips, ridiculous amount of chips, a few chicken balls, a few tiny ribs and bit of shredded chicken, £17.99!!!!!!!!!, avoid at all costs

I had a chicken fajita burger but the bun was burnt, the chicken burger itself was delicious shame about the bun.

Excellent, brilliant food chicken burgers I love and chips always get chicken burger and chips. Very polite staff great food been having this food for three years. I love it to bits great people great staff great delivery.

We are good customer's of wingers and usually everything is perfect but this evening we had as we usually do the house fries but nothing on them this time, what went wrong, ruined the meal for us all I am afraid. Should have had Skin on fries topped with our signature spice mix, crispy fried onions, coriander and sriracha mayo. But nothing. Really disappointed.

Got sent wrong size pizza, called up and sent photos but got no help

A visit to the Garden Centre at Shenstone. Sadly in decline after being so well managed previously. Visited today, there were no staff around to ask questions. We were interested in quite a large item but sadly no sign of a price. I asked a young lady if she knew where I could find the price. She quite sharply said that if price not there I would need to take to till for them to scan. I decided not to purchase from here.The till was right the other end of store. Previously we had visited centre and after buying a few products asked to collect a John Lewis order, we were told we would have to wait for assistant to come off their lunch break. This centre used to be so well managed with good customer service, you felt special when visiting. Sadly customer service is poor after being very good. I have to say the young man on the till was beyond excellent, very pleasant, a “good morning “, “is there anything else I can help you with”.
