Domino's Pizza - Lichfield - Trent Valley in Lichfield

Really convenient has plenty of parking outside. Other shops over the road if you meed anything else.

Ordered a pizza with 20-35 min wait. 70 mins later I called to chase. 5 mins of being on hold they told me to wait 10 minutes. No apology for it now being double the longest time. Called after 10 minutes to cancel my order. Again no apology and no customer service whatsoever. Confirmed I’ll get my refund but I don’t hold much hope of that being hassle free.

Wrong order, extremely rude staff

Very friendly staff and very understanding about mistakes on orders. Incredibly helpful and the food was delicious!

A tale of 2 halves unfortunately with this store. Placed an order online on Friday 28th June and the site glitched (probably due to poor signal) and was ordered incorrectly. I rang the store and spoke to the wonderful Amelia to see if I could amend the order and after speaking to her manager she was informed that she would need to cancel the online order in the system and reorder it over the phone with me. Amelia was really patient with my lack of signal and the struggle of trying to place the order and super helpful. Her manager informed her that my refund would take 5 working days from online and I'd have to pay again, no problems at all. On Monday 8th July I noticed I still had not received my refund and am still awaiting £32.98 to be returned to my account, meaning I am currently down over £65 for my pizzas on 28th June. I rang on Tuesday to enquire about the refund and despite 3 phone calls and call backs and being informed that they would need to call the office and look into it and get back to me I've heard nothing and am having to spend another day, it seems, trying to get my refund. Honestly this is SUCH a shame as I was so impressed by the level of customer service and help from Amelia but unfortunately it has all been spoiled as I have not received my refund and am out of pocket with nobody seemingly able to help me get my money back. Here goes day 2 of trying yet again to get money back for a duplicate order......

First order from this new store. Pizza's were cold and base overcooked. I won't be a returning customer.

Amazing pizzas. I love the simple pepperoni 😋 our daughter had the Vegan pepperoni with pineapple, just as nice as our normal pepperoni, i did try a slice. The grandchildren enjoyed the Plain cheese 😋😋 thank you for your great service 👏👏
