K-Town Chicken in Lichfield

Order delivered, missing half the food ! got intouch with the place and they would not refund the correct amount of money ! Onto them for over an hour continuous arguing with us ! Terrible customer service . Will never order from there again

I'm absoloutley disgusted with this place, don't have a phone number which I find really suspicious, cancelled the order as didn't trust a place with no number and no refund 😕 so basically your robbing people. Avoid at all costs

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! They’re a scam. Placed an order at 2am and by 6am no food but claiming it was delivered. No contact number nothing absolutely disgusting service wish I checked Google reviews before ordering. This place needs reporting and shutting down. VILE

Do not buy from this business. Food would be nice if it was hot and if they could give you the correct amount of food. Twice now I have ordered through this business and twice only had 1 person eating. Such a shame that business owners don’t care enough to have people want to come back! Just do not order from them, you have been warned

The first place I've used via Uber eats and food was great, the only thing missing was any kind of sauce/dip etc 😞

I’ve tried to order my food of just eat on my lunch which was at 1 pm. Spent £23 on my order. I don’t understand why they have not got a contract number. So people can find out where there order is. I don’t understand how it would 2hr to make some burgers. I don’t know how I am going to get a refund. 🤬

Chicken drumsticks were nice, chicken strips as dry as a Nuns Fanny, chips like cardboard, coleslaw I never tried it after smelling it 🤢🤮 Forgot to pack garlic mayo for chicken strips. Was disappointed wouldn’t order again.

Fries were nice but the spicy sauce was sweet. Chicken was dry and rubbery and the breading was crusty not crispy. Burger could have had some sauces or something on it. Probably won't be ordering again, shockingly expensive for what you get

Coleslaw was cheap shop brought. Chicken wings were undercooked and grisly. Chicken stripes not breast just compact naff bits of the chicken. Absolutely vile

Ordered cajun chips with my meal literally counted ten chips absolutely disgusting considering I paid 17 pound for the meal.

Melted my cheesecake with the chicken wings, couldn’t eat it looked like something you get when you have a big blister. Won’t order again they’re terrible.

Ordered a meal from here for the family, the food came, got the burgers out the bread was stale absolutely disgusting, shocking knowing this was made and sent out this way!!! If you want a quality burger try Patty Freaks class burgers and always delicious!!.. avoid this dump..

didnt get to customise the burger, too much mayonnaise. If someone was allergic, it would've not been good.

The food came in 25 minutes and arrived very hot. Their bbq chicken wings were delicious alongside perfectly cooked fries! Highly recommend the garlic mayo. Best takeaway in Stafford by far!!!

I could not rate the food as it never arrived. Avoid avoid avoid. Wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering on Uber Eats. No contact number to dispute either.

The food was phenomenal. A bit too much mayo on the chicken burger but it was a lot of food for a good price. They even spent the time to label all of our boxes in an adorable way. Definitely will be ordering from this place again!!!

Chips and onion rings overcooked today.

Chickwings are cooked plain and taste bland. the sauce which is from a bottle is just poured on top. They’re not coated in the sauce or marinated plus the sauce (I had Korean) wasn’t great. The wings are also a bit rubbery and a bit big. They’re more like drumsticks than wings. Delivery was quick.

Everything good apart from got a Fanta instead of a coke

When we first ordered from here the food was spectacular. Last night the whole lot went in the bin as it was solid dry and inedible. No sauce on anything. We were charged £1 for extra pots and they were barely even 1/4 full and the size of a £2 coin pot, unlike the last time. Spent nearly £40 and they aren’t giving us a refund as we didn’t take photos. Such a shame. Won’t be ordering again.

Burger was nice Chicken tenders were horrendously dry to the point where no one would eat them They were so stingy in the sauce ok everything that I couldn’t taste it. Put more sauce on so I can taste it or don’t bother with any at all It wasn’t worth it, maccies is cheaper and more satisfying
