The best restaurants in Lichfield West Midlands

We came here for my Mom's 70th Birthday what a fantastic time we had. We were looked after superbly by Sue who was our waitress. Sue was so friendly and polite and made sure everything ran smoothly and we had everything we wanted. All of our meals came out together which isn't easy with such a big group. It was very tasty and came out hot, great value too. All of the other staff looked after us really well too. We often pop in for Saturday afternoon drinks but after this fantastic meal and the amazing service we'll be eating here again for sure! Thanks Sue and everybody else for making my Mom's 70th Birthday so special

shambollick - dirty seats all stained, paper cups even though there were pottery cups on the counter and dreadful service taking over 15 minutes to get a coffee ridiculous. the store looks very run down too and no staff around. no wonder places close down what happened to customer service - will not be going again.

Fries was like cardboard and who makes the burgers need a new job every burger iv had iv had no sauce on ..food ain't great won't be spending money here better fast-food then this place

can’t be arsed to answer the phone nor get the food right. this is a constant problem with this mcdonald’s. don’t waste your time

Terrible food. Cold, Tasteless and not worth the price. Not going to return again. Do not bother with this place it is extremely disappointing

The saddest burger I’ve ever had. Barely warm and very basic cheeseburger. Think it was called the premier cheeseburger… nothing premier about it. Very bland. Cost £16.90 as a meal which felt like an absolute rip off. Chips were okay.

Lazy staff who can’t be arsed to turn the toaster on past 6:00pm With very rude staff. It was so dry and horrible will not be returning 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
