Subway in Lichfield

Lazy staff who can’t be arsed to turn the toaster on past 6:00pm With very rude staff. It was so dry and horrible will not be returning 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

When we entered, we were told wuire gruffly that the sandwiches were a set menu and nothing could changed. The woman who served us appeared impolite and frustrated. Completely lacking in any people skills. Not going to be visiting again. If you want advice I would go the extra mile and visit Brownhills.

Not been back here for nearly a year after a ridiculously aggressive server reduced my wife to tears on our last visit, unfortunately it has not improved. Staff are still all disinterested and aggressive towards customers. I'm unsure how this branch manages to stay open. 2 out of 4 sandwiches ordered were wrong despite clarifying the toppings numerous times. The next nearest subway is brownhills. Save yourself the headache and just go there.

The staff here got our order wrong and refused to fix their mistake. The one lady was very aggressive and rude when we pointed out the mistake.
