Worst burger place ever! Way over priced, normal burger, fries and drink costs £16 per person. Even assistant said its over priced!!! Ordered chicken burger, which consisted of two very small coujons in a bap for £11. Such a poor place it's unbelievable!

Terrible value for money don’t come to this place

Extremely slow, only 2 person cooking and 5 waiting to pack the order. Takes 20 minites to take your order with 4 people in the queue and then 30 to get your order. It is only few items in the menu. Also way too expensive for what it is. They really need to take McDonalds as example of operation. Poor service.

God Awful. Over 30 customers waiting at the collection point while they continue to take order after order. The staff are super slow and spend more time rearranging the order tickets and stood staring at nothing instead of putting the orders together. Ordered at 13:15, finally given food at 13:55

Food was absolutely impeccable, me and my family really enjoyed it! Great value for money and customer service is top notch! 👍 Will definitely be returning with the rest of the family

Cold, horrible burger, rip off for quality of inedible food!

My 1 star rating is very generous. without any doubt the worst thing I've ever put in my mouth and I've been drunk in gay bars. I could not identify what animal my beef burger came from but being next door to the zoo its probably just a mixture of their surplus stock. The fries at least identify as potato but they were over cooked yet cold. if Gordon Ramsey turned up here the conversation would not be audible on TV. I recommend if you do come here then bring your own sandwiches because nobody wants to take out a 2nd mortgage to feed their family slop bucket burgers.

A meal costing £14.50 each, you’d expect it to be decent quality. Unfortunately this isn’t the case. BBQ bacon burger - tasted very strange, very dry and an awful bun. My partner is dairy free and we were told ‘the only dairy free items on the menu are chips and onion rings’. Eventually convinced the lady at the till the vegan burger is probably alright! However it was disgusting. Just to rub it in, if you want sauce with your dry food (which you do), it’s 40p a sachet. Eat before or after and grab some donuts here, park’s only open 6 hours!

Just awfull we spend 45 pound for rubbish food and everything was bad.so far we loved drayton mannor untill we went here. Food was soggy

Chips were drier than my nans ashes. Burger was bland and the buns were hard, felt like I was eating a rock, meat was bland and tasteless. Only thing good about my meal was the sprite 💀 Why was this almost £8?? Felt like I was scammed because ain’t no way y'all felt like this was acceptable to serve me. Even a rustlers burger is much nicer than whatever this was. For that price I was expecting something delicious and high quality. Just bring a packed lunch or eat somewhere else, do not waste your money here 💀

Visited on 2/8/23 , place was busy due to the chicken diner being closed , couldn’t find a table for myself , wife and 2 kids , they waited around while I went to order , 20 minute wait to order , 25 minute wait for the food after , they food a table which helped , but table where not getting cleaned , mess all over , the food quality was good however , but certainly not £15 meals The kids meals where a rip off at £7.99 , 3 chicken nuggets and about 15 chips , certainly not great value Think I’ll bring a picnic next time we visit

Overall, Drayton manor has been great but this burger kitchen really lets the side down. The burgers are over-processed and dry which is not what I would expect for £15 for a meal. I feel genuinely sorry for the people that are staffing this outlet as they are trying super hard but there's no way they can make up for such a rubbish product at so high a price. Additionally, there are defined queues for card only and card and cash, which then feed into a single till causing all sorts of confusion landing on the poor lass on the till. Come on Drayton management team, sort it out!

Better quality food than a McDonald's or something. Kids falafel burger was very tasty. Chips nice and meat and chicken burgers good too. The building is a bit shabby and it was very noisy (kids and acoustics didn't mix). Only one server at midday so a number of people trying to jump the queue. Otherwise ok. There on a Saturday but not school hols.

Getting your order is probably one of the slowest and recommended bringing your own food if you come to avoid frustration. They just don't have the capacity to deal with large crowds of hungry people. Also, the burgers were just warm, and the burger buns were actually cold as if they had come out of the fridge! All for £38!

Bought a refillable drink for £4.50, went to get the refill and the guy said you still have to pay for refills? £2.75 per refill but failed to tell me that when I bought the REFILLABLE cup, it’s the same price as a normal coke from them so basically they’re trying to rip families off

You expect to pay a premium for food in the park but you do expect it to be half decent too. A Luke warm burger and fries was very expensive. I would avoid and bring you're own lunch or eat somewhere else.

I understand that Park food is expensive and usually fairly average quality - I can forgive them that. What I cannot forgive is that they only have ONE staff member taking orders, but TWO queues! Shocking. I'm also very unimpressed with the wait - order time: 13:57, food collection: 14:08. There shouldn't be such a wait in a "fast food" place. And I had to clean the table myself. Luckily the spray and blue roll was left out so I could do it properly (the table was disgusting). Once we got it, food was decent - chips were crisp and hot, burgers were fine. We bought kids meals for all of us - much cheaper than the regular "combo" (which doesn't include a drink) and not much smaller sized. In fact, I'm sure the kids vegan burger was the same size as the regular one! This place needs to work, even just to reach Theme Park standards!

absolutely disgusting tables are not cleaned staff are rude and do not know what they are doing i asked a skinny guy at the front how long our food will be and he rudely said he doesn’t know instead of asking another staff member he rudely walked off when i received my food the burger was absolutely cold would not recommend going there £7.15 for a cold single burger

Ordered 2 plain cheese burgers along with other items in my order. Was given 2 plain beef burgers, went to exchange them for 2 plain cheese burgers 3 times before I was finally given 2 plain cheese burgers, not a difficult order in any way. Extremely expensive and not worth the money at all.

Disgusting the fact people and children had to sit on the floor to eat their food. No staff where anywhere to be seen atall, it was very unhygienic and poorly managed. I won't ever be going back there

Over charge for everything! £6 for 6 nuggets and if you want sauce then you have to pay extra for it... Dry chicken burger... No kids menu... Just terrible!!

Absolutely terrible fries Luke warm bacon on burger wasn’t even luck warm it was chilled and stone cold was told it came like that when I questioned it with member of staff obviously staff have no idea how to cook a bacon cheeseburger if they think that the bacon should be chilled not even Luke warm on a burger then sorry but they haven’t got a clue how to do a bacon cheese burger as I for one know the bacon is surprised to be hot not chilled like it just came out the fridge. No apology just a refund when I asked for one. wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone avoid at all costs. As staff don’t have a care in the world about the food there serving you.
