Superb in Lichfield

The munch box was just a box fiull of stale chips, ridiculous amount of chips, a few chicken balls, a few tiny ribs and bit of shredded chicken, £17.99!!!!!!!!!, avoid at all costs

Going back a few years, this used to be an excellent takeaway venue. Unfortunately, after a series of disappointing takeaways, I won't be going again. Ribs were literally all bone, spring rolls and chow mein was all noodles and no shrimp or meat whatsoever. Poor value for the price paid.

Sat 23rd July 2022 used superb for a long time but not been there for a few months and after our meal today I wont be going back again.we love special fried rice it was filling loads of mixed meat chicken and prawns plus the veg.Today ordered 3 of the above, in all three dishes one piece of chicken,one piece of beef and two prawns that was it,dish was 95 percent or.more veg,had chips and some prawn toast paid 80pence short of £30.they should change the name of this dish from special fried rice to rice and veg.disgustingly disappointed and will not be going to Superb again..

Fast delivery!!! I ordered chicken curry & egg fried rice and all i can say is Top food , top service and the delivery driver is very gorgeous !

Absolutely diabolical service and meal. Took nearly a hour to come(in Burntwood), when cams had a total different order. Took nearly half a hour to get the correct meal, with numerous phone calls. Didn’t even get a call off them to find out what was happening. No apologises for the inconvenience. Arrived and it was horrendous, went in the bin. Can’t say nothing good about it, from the chips(BURNT), curry sauce,(TASTELESS), Chow mein(sloppy mess with soggy noodles and mushrooms. Chow mein should have little nice pieces of chicken in not half a breast!) Waste of £20, will never be back here and will not be recommending it to anyone!!! Would give minus stars if I could!

Used this place for years always good but the last few visits it as totally changed, it is now truly awful we will not use it again.

I’ve given them a few chances now I might be really unlucky and just get the wrong person serve me. I had a foo yung that only filled two thirds of the tub and phoned them to express my dissatisfaction, I was passed from multiple people who could not understand English to be left speaking to a child...I gave up! I gave them another chance and was left with the wrong meal I just left it that time but once again and the last time I order a simple plain chow mein to go with my foo yung etc and there’s no bean sprouts...I phoned them up to ask if they had run out? No they just got it wrong!! Again 😡 I don’t want free stuff I just want it right! Not much to ask really?

Food standard choices but superior quality, prawn dishes in particular of exceptional quality. Telephone service very efficient and rarely wrong.

We love SUPERB's menu and the food is always excellent! We have used it for over 20 years! During the few months the takeaway takes a little longer to prepare but I think that is a reflection on the popularity of this little place. Staff are pleasant, food is freshly cooked and always hot and tasty. Just allow more than 10 mins when you order your take away, last order was collect in 30 mins. Not a problem for us, it was delicious!

As the title suggests,it is just the best. I have never had a bad meal from here and I have used it regularly now for over 30 years. Staff are always pleasant and the food extremely plentiful and always tasty. It isn't even our nearest Chinese but it is always the one we use.
