Popped in for breakfast today. The service was great, particular thanks to Jordan and Michelle, who were fantastic. Highly recommended.

Have been using this takeaway for years this evening after a forty minute wait to get home and find sweet and sour chicken awful really nasty taste aswell as salted chicken looked like a 2 year old had done it it looked like it had been cooked 2 days ago rice also had a disgusting taste to it not the usual standard at all tried to call them to discuss couldn't get answer kept going onto voice mail where you couldn't leave a message will not be using again

3 of us came in for lunch on day trip to the NMAand after doing the land train we came in for lunch and we were very pleased with the food and service

I went to the bike night. Hog roast was a nice surprise. Plenty of bikes and a good spot next to the canal to sit and relax in the sun.

Going down hill a bit. Manager is miserable never smiles. Food has gone very greasy. Never use to be the eggs are slimy covered in oil. Hash browns fried to death.

A fascinating and poignant day. Superbly laid out. So much there but ample space for quiet contemplation. Well done the Royal British Legion.

Went last night and was greeted badly but then when it came to paying they tried to say I ordered more than I had, before then charging “chutney tax” which was on top of the price of poppadoms, I’ve been here my entire life and never once has this been a thing. They charged 4 people 60p for chutney? Thats almost £10 for 7 poppadoms. Then he asked me again if im paying for the poppadoms before adding a extra 80p to my total thinking no one noticed, my friend pointed it out to me and its annoying because the food is great.

Fabulous service and great fish & chips. Slightly more expensive than our local chippy but portions are extremely generous so we felt good value for money. We especially liked the homemade tartar sauce. Will definitely visit again when passing through on the canal. Menu looked great

Excellent take away good from Alrewas Delhi , ready in 30mins. The veg balti and chicken tikka balti were amazing. We were given complimentary popadoms too. We shall definitely be back.

Called in on chance when walking along canal. Really excellent, very friendly & helpful service. Menu great GFA options, with plenty of choices across whole menu. Definitely recommend.

Stopped here for a Latte during our walk. Unfortunately it was made with instant coffee. We had a small size which was tiny. Two mouthfuls and it was gone and at £2.50 expensive. For that money you can get a decent size cup and a real latte. It is a shame because this is a nice place, but would go to the other cafe next time.

We waited an hour for 3 meals and one was wrong. Every time we go in there the waiting time is ridiculous and you can hear people complaining. My advice to the owner do not take orders without making it clear your waiting time. We would only go back for a drink as you dont have to wait and your less likely to get the order wrong.

Was there a couple of weekends ago. Absolutely love this place! Staff so friendly and kind - asked to move tables to accomodate some late friends and nothing was too much trouble. Beers great. Atmosphere really inclusive and everyone friendly. I think this is my absolute perfect pub. Would recommend with my whole heart and the rest of our gang would say the same. We need more places like this!!
