Never had a problem before, but this was just delivered. Well over cooked, and chef not prepared to replace! Absolutely not acceptable!

We stayed at The Feathers for the first time and were really pleasantly pleased with our stay. All of the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room we stayed in was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom felt newly done. Everywhere was clean and smelt fresh. The toiletries feel high end and smell amazing. We had a drink in the lounge which was quiet and relaxing. Our evening meal was delicious, as was our breakfast. We’d highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area and will definitely recommend to friends!

We spent a very lovely moment in Raduni yesterday. The food was really tasty and we appreciated the quality of the service. At the end, Abdul even invited us to see the kitchen and meet the staff. All in all, a very well run establishment. Definitly will return again !

We had hoped for a good meal in this historic hotel: sadly no. First they tried to seat us in the draughtiest spot in the room…..pleasant if it was a warm evening, but it wasn’t. Moved. The food: some interesting items on the menu, and overall I would rate this at 3, with hints of 4 for some dishes. So, the mozzarella soufflé was good, but dumped in a rather inelegant display of leaves and asparagus. The fish cakes with crayfish were good, and a good salad accompaniment. Croutons a little soft. The burger and its fries were below average, and the only redeeming feature was a good salsa. We did not even bother looking at desserts. The service was very poor: it was not that the staff were rude or unhelpful……but they were clearly untrained and inexperienced, and initially far too few in numbers. No wine list offered until we asked, they did not know what the pie of the day was, and the food was delivered with no drinks until we asked. Sorry, one can reasonably expect more in such a venue. A poor end to the day.

Very enjoyable stay, large room with good ensuite, a bit creaky but it is an old building. Had a meal in the restaurant which was great with good service

Great time with family and made so welcome and top food.

no gluten free options so i went elsewhere for a coffee and sandwich. It is a shame as it seems a nice atmosphere and as 1 in 100 people that we know of are diagnosed coeliac which is not our choice it is a shame we have no choice of food here

Cold pizza for £11 but the burger was hot burger n chips been I’ll ever since £24.50 😂 cheers for guts ache

Have always had great food from here! It’s become our go to for Chinese/ Thai offerings. Not greasy at all and great portions. Highly recommend.

Not welcoming when you came into the cafe, very cluttered & felt like walking into someone’s house. Lady was busy on the phone to serve me for a while. Wasn’t knowledgeable on gluten free ice cream options and wasn’t completely sure they all were GF. £4 for one small scoop of ice cream is extortionate and there were all ice crystals in the ice cream like the ice cream had been sat in the freezer for months so it got thrown in the bin after a few bites. I will not be returning or recommending.

Staff amazing and the food was amazing we had a fantastic time here . The landlady Tracey and all her staff go above and beyond and it was appreciated . Pool table / darts board and great outside space absolutely loved it 💯
