Delicious Sunday lunch chicken burger and also child meal. Delightful staff, kind, helpful and attentive. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Lovely food but must comment on the very warm welcome and service throughout. Bar staff very smartly dressed and helpful.

Happy visitor from Devon, great pub good selection of real ales and the menu in the restaurant is very varied. Try the bubble and squeak cake with poached egg for starters👍👍👍

Popped in for a spot of lunch. Wow, the food was absolutely amazing. The brsised beef with buttered greens and dauphinoise was lovely. The beef just fell apart. My husband had the cheese burger. It was juicy and succulent. The coleslaw was home made. The staff were so polite. Overall we had a lovely time.

Disappointed Sunday lunch, pint Stowford, pint IPA, pint Guinness and a large white wine £28 !!! Sunday lunch served warm on a cold plate, gravy was to thick, starters and mains put through as individually priced, when menu clearly states 2 and 3 course which confuses the Bill, we did challenge it, then we were over charged £20, the waiter did put this right but in the process charged me instead of refunding !!!! Hopefully this is sorted, will see in a couple of days on my bank account. Disappointed when we spent £160 for 4 people.

Amazing place, our server Lucas was so friendly and could not do enough to accommodate our big party of grown up and children. Lucas is the perfect representation of excellent customer service. The food was delicious and very fresh.

What a pleasure it was to go into a real ale Inn that was spotless,with staff dressed for the part of an old inn.well done to you all at the seven stars.we only called in for a quick drink but it is now on our list of places to have a meal in and enjoy the family atmosphere. it really is SEVEN STARS.

Have visited on numerous occasions and always welcomed with a smile by the regular staff, warm & friendly. Good choice of local beers / ales etc., reasonably priced too. Generally excellent food and quality from local butchers, only criticism is their Sunday roasts aren’t great unfortunately, hence giving 4* review.

Nice pub in the Homend, Ledbury. Food good, high quality ingredients used, great selection on the menu. Very comfortable inside, dogs not permitted in restaurant but are allowed to join their owners in the bar for food. The staff are hardworking and polite.

Lovely food, great steak. Fair price. Restaurant was a bit noisy from the bar area. Service just needed a bit more. Don’t like the wave vaguely sit anywhere approach. Why automatically assume the salad is for a woman and say that unusual when it’s not? Will be back purely for the food. Service needs work.

Booked a one night stay on Sunday June 16th at this pub in my home town , I was told the room was £69 ,and I asked if dogs were allowed ,I was asked was it a male or female dog,as the week before someone had stayed with a female dog on heat and they had left blood all over the room ,I asked was it extra for my dog , Michelle the assistant manager had said NO , that evening I noticed a huge cobweb that had been there months ,and dried blood on the floor , I put a complaint in and asked for a full refund , the manager called me on 4 days later on Thursday 20th June ,and refused to give me a full refund ,and told me if he had been there he wouldn’t have let me stay as Michelle told him I had refused to pay £15 extra for my dog , I was told there was no charge ,and surely if I had refused then why did she let me stay , I was refunded half of what I paid ,and the assistant manager clearly did not tell the truth ,and the noise from the pub was awful, with one customer also being so drunk they helped her up the stairs and allowed her to stay the night in a room ,

Very nice manager, fantastic room…no breakfast due to only few rooms available for a chef to come in and cook. Parking is £7 per 24 hours and not at the hotel, which is the only down mark on the hotel

Food was enjoyable, but unfortunately our evening was totally spoilt by dismissive attitude of the male member of staff, when I politely raised an issue about the portion of my food.

Looking for somewhere casual for a drink? Do not go to the Seven Star. We were charged £14.15 for a pint of beer and a large rose wine....Glad we decided not to stay for lunch. Definitely felt as though we were ripped off! The strutting waitress,in her noisy boots, across the wooden floor was the ambience spoiler. No quiet lunchtimes here, thanks to her. Fortunately, found another lovely pub not too far away where the drinks were £8.25 for the same round and a much quieter ambience. Get rid of the noisy boots and the over inflated prices and we might just return one day, though I doubt it!

Had a lovely overnight stay here. The manager and staff were very helpful and attentive, room clean, tidy, and all we needed. The food was really nice and very reasonably priced. The bonus for us was it was dog friendly, so we were able to stay over the night. Highly recommend the Seven Stars.

We were only staying for the night (en route to Devon) but are so glad we found this pub/restaurant/hotel in the heart of Ledbury - itself a great find. Lovely staff - Michelle, Lucasz and others were very friendly, attentive and good to chat to. Food was excellent - we had the Steak dinner and a small English Breakfast - both very tasty. We would definitely stay here again, thank you.

very disappointing lunch here today. All 4 of us left at least 50% of our meals.(burger; fish; sausages). We chose pub on basis of their claim of meat and ingredients being of highest quality from their own farm or other local sources. Having eaten there I genuinely do not believe this to be the case.

Stayed for 2 nights at the seven stars. Staff were very helpful and pleasant as well as looking so smart in their uniforms. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, hot and very reasonably priced. Room we stayed in was large with everything we needed . Unfortunately bed was quite lumpy new mattress needed ,some minor tlc required needed in bathroom(grouting) and bedside cupboards scratched and walls scuffed. We could hear everything from the bar but stopped around 11am so didn't bother us in anyway but be aware .

Excellent food in the restaurant, Rooms were nice if a bit quirky being a tudor building. Disability access isn't ideal though due to stairs. Staff were really nice, helpful and friendly. Good whisky selection.

Incredibly helpful manager was able to accommodate our last minute booking for 14 at short notice on New Year’s Eve, sent us the menu so we could pre-order. Super friendly team, very welcoming and helpful. Meal and desserts were delicious including the vegetarian options. Very efficient and tentative, lovely atmosphere. Location in the centre of charming Ledbury. Perfect in every way. If we’re ever back near Ledbury for a weekend we’ll definitely book there again!

Really disappointed with our stay to be honest To start with being 6’ft 1 couldn’t stand in the room without my head being tilted to One side ! Lots of noise coming from above Next door s pipes and the rocking sign outside on the wall kept me awake all night then to top it all off some one decided to start having a reconfiguration of chairs in bar below at 745 am and it awoke me from any sleep I finally did get at all Also not major the lamp kept cutting out and the bed was at and angle due to the floor being on a slant Now I know it’s old and has character but I wish the stated the room height and noise thing when I booked 🥵 sorry guys

Met up with great friends before we head off to different places around the world for work. We had vegans, vegetarians & carnivores in the group & everybody really enjoyed the dishes they had. I had the roast turkey and trimmings which was really tasty - fantastic roast potatoes (always a sign of a good pub meal). The veg curry, tagine & burger we’re all devoured leaving happy faces & empty plates! It was a great mid-week lunch & perfect way to say ‘farewell’ for the time being.

Stayed here with a friend, and we had a room each. The staff are faultless and the food is excellent value. The rooms were totally satisfactory, unfortunately on the outside f the building between our rooms was the Seven Stars sign, which was gently swinging in the wind, but making enough noise to keep us awake for long periods. I was actually in bed for 8 hours, but slept for no more than 4. In the morning I mentioned it to a member of staff, but obviously she said ‘nobody’s ever said anything before’.

Great service in a delightful restaurant at the rear of a proper pub. Food from their own farm and delicious. We had a 3 course Sunday lunch and the portions for each course were just right. Great value. we were a group of 5 (supposed to be 6) and our table was roomy enough for our food etc while not being too big for conversation. We had family from Ireland with us and they were very pleased with the whole experience. No car park but several public car parks within 2 mins of pub.
