The best restaurants in St Michael's Coventry West Midlands

In all honesty, ffs. It's a locals pub, nothing great, however the locals a lovely and friendly the staff are superb. I do like this place only because I now the owner, bar staff and the locals. Has potential to become a great local pub.

Drove into Coventry for my fav hot chocolate & toasted teacake . It's 7pm . They said I can't have a teacake only food off the menu !!! We just left.

This place is one of the worst I have ever been to. Awful service, staff were rude, grimy and horrible atmosphere. Had to walk out. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Insufficient food and poor customer service

El restaurante del hotel por estándares de tomillo es bueno. Un menú sencillo, que no es caro, siempre hay nuevos platos para probar. A veces más fácil para comer en que aventurarse por la ciudad.

Went with a group and we all had the all you can eat menu. I loved that it was cooked to order, not a buffet, and everything was great. Service was friendly and she was very patient with our big group. Paying is by cash or bank transfer, and it was very easy to pay by separate checks. Would definitely recommend!

Its just so nice here. Oldee worldy and plenty of real ales. It gets very busy peek pub time though. Evening weekends and a lot of evenings its impossible to get a seat so I would say not recommended to someone disabled like me. I can do a few steps but can't stand and it wouldn't be accessible for wheelchair.

Botanist, Coventry will be duly missed for all it‘s style and fantastic drinks which Coventry probably never deserved in the first place.

Worse experience!!! The chicken and rice tasted so weird and the customer service was terrible, they were adding the sauce we haven’t asked for and the guy was so rude!!!!

We come to this Bella Italia almost every weekend as both the food and service are amazing. Our usual waiter, Andrew always makes sure we have everything we need and most times guesses what we’re about to get without us having to tell him - bonus points for being super nice and full of smiles! Definitely worth visiting :)

They can do better with the price! Some of us are working class with no side hustles 😉… the soup cost £13 without swallow and in major cities like Birmingham for example, soups are wayyy cheaper 🤷‍♀️

Excellent food probably one of the best Indian meals I have had. Some dishes not often seen. Service was excellent also.

Ordered through the website. Had an order confirmation email and money taken from my account. An hour later, food still hadn't turned up. Tried to call them but straight to voicemail multiple times. Turns out they were closed. Had to go through my bank to get a refund. Doesn't look like it's the first time they've done this to people. Used to be great, avoid now!
