Nineteen58 @ Belgrade Theatre in Coventry

I recently visited Belgrade Cafe Bar in Coventry and was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered a toastie and a flat white for £9, but unfortunately, both were far from satisfactory. The toastie was bland and lacked flavor, while the flat white was poorly made and tasted off. Moreover, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, which added to the overall negative experience. I hope the management takes these points into consideration and makes improvements.

Really chill spot, great for being productive.

Both staff miserable . Cup of tea was awful , no idea which brand they use but both of us found it undrinkable . Wouldn’t go back again , it used to be a lovely place

Had lovely customer service, when I got ordered a coffee I had to pay an additional 75p to have dairy free. Found that was not fair on those who cannot have dairy.

Staff miserable food even worse.Cold soup, scrambled eggs horendous.Get new staff!

Very disappointed at my visit at the belgrade cafe today, staff are sooo unhappy & very rude. Ordered a latte, no thank you of the girls surviving. Coffee came looked like a coffee I could have made at home I asked for another one & all I heard was FOR GOD SAKE ! Wow so asked for money back ! ! I thought going to the theatre was an enjoyable experience but not the cafe bit !

Drink only. Service a little slow but no complaints.

Queues too long. Went to see a play, waited ages to be served, and then given drinks. Had to rush as although allowed lots of time, we were delayed, we took our drinks into auditorium and then struggled to find a suitable place to put cups. My son and his wife didn't manage to get their drink or order interval drinks. Lovely theatre and the play was amazing. Would go again but the drinks provision needs reviewing.

More vegan food please and variety..staff changes so much.service good.

I didnt eat, but the flat white was served with a beautiful heart in the foam and brought to my table.

Belgrade Cafe is an amazing place especially if you want a place to take photos. Beautiful ambient and it’s a beautiful atmosphere

Beautiful surroundings and top quality food.

Nice and pleasant atmosphere. A very decent decaf latte, and they make it wet, that's if you prefer no froth on your latte. I meet a some friends here quite often.

The food is good and the service is really good and the atmosphere is good I'm meeting my friends there again on Tuesday to have lunch and a chat so we can catch up with them all.

Nice cafe, good amount of seating. I have only been in twice and the second time I got a quick snack and a drink which was nice. They also serve alcohol if you want any. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would go back in.

Wonderful place for a Snack or Substantial Meal with hot or cold Drink including alcohol if preferred. The Whole Theatre in itself is a Credit to our City. I visit regularly for Shows & Food. 👍👌

Friendly staff and good choice of drinks

Great vegan options. (The vegan lemon cake is gorgeous) The Café has a beautiful interior and the Theatre puts on amazing shows.

Wonderful surroundings and great service. Easily the most beautiful decor I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing as an eatery. Take a few steps upstairs and feel like you’re in a 1920s New York hotel. Magic.

First time been here and was very impressed, nice and clean and not too expense either. Service was excellent

It's a really nice place with fantastic cocktails. That was the best Cosmopolitan that I have ever tasted. It's newly opened apparently, the music was a bit loud but overall I really liked the place.

Very convenient cafe within the belgrade theatre building ,entrance via the street or within the belgrade theatre, both street level wheelchair friendly. Experienced friendly staff, reasonable priced, looking over the multi stepped water feature

When visiting Coventry I always partake of lunch at the Belgrade Theatre. The food is excellent and staff friendly and cheerful. Pop along if ever in Coventry and see for yourself!
