Worse experience!!! The chicken and rice tasted so weird and the customer service was terrible, they were adding the sauce we haven’t asked for and the guy was so rude!!!!

The staff are friendly, the portions are large and the food is delicious. This is a great kebab shop. The prices are very good too.

Unfortunately the food quality is not what it used to be. Lamb was bland and flavours underwhelming. Portions were small compared to prices. Ordered a delivery and food was cold and chips were soggy. I’m about a mile away and have collected in the past so this should not have happened. The only good thing was their pitta bread which seemed fresh which is why I gave 2 stars and not 1

Ordered through Uber eats spent nearly £40 food arrived really slow and was cold when it got here. Also missed out part of the order. When I phoned the restaurant to find out where the rest of my order was they never answered. Ref-6DF75. Uber was not helpful and said I wasn't entitled to a refund will not be ordering through them again.

The food is delicious at an affordable price. The space is clean and a pleasant environment.

Food is absolutely amazing since new owners took over, really nice & fresh & not leftovers like when the previous owners had it, chicken is so fresh I highly recommend .

Food was really good .My daughter had the shawarma which tasted really nice good size portion. My son had the Donner meat which he couldn’t finish he was so full. I had an amazing lamb machun turkish pizza & some wings on side they were cooked just right and tasted good. The staff was really friendly and i will definitely be going again!

Be advised. They are trading as Sultan Restaurant on Uber Eats and using their logo, misleading customers. I ordered thinking it was Sultan Restaurant on Far Gosford Street. It’s not. The food arrived cold and covered in horrible sauces. The kebab meat is not proper meat. Excessive packaging. The only good thing were the chips.

First time ordering, chicken shish was over done and to chewy. the pitta is a ciabatta bread not flat bread which I didn't expect, so they should state on the menu when ordering. Service and speed of delivery was great

The price of the food is not worth the quantity and quality given. The chicken was dry and the chips were ok. The amount of chicken given was minimal. I got the Lachmuan and was tasty but it was not worth the amount paid for it. Not really recommended.

Be Prepared to wait a long time for a food delivery and when the man delivers he makes no apology for the long wait Then gives you barely warm food that you have to heat up so dries it out even more than it is Meat and salad were edible but the rice was dried out and very little sauce in a very little container Money doesn't come easy but to spend it and be treated with no respect from the company or by Uber Eats shows that they do not deserve decent customers Ungrateful is an understatement

Charged me £9.30 for a mixed kebab wrap "meal". The wrap was the same size you'd get from a tesco meal deal but with less filling. About 2 tablespoons of unseasoned shredded chicken and about 3 centimetres of a single piece of lamb kebab meat. A teaspoon of salad AT MOST. A TINY handful of chips. A portion fit for a 3 year old!! Absolute robbery. AVOID.

after arriving late the dry kebab meat in the dry 'Nan' was really disappointing. The 'Nan' was a ciabatta type piece of bread that nothing like the bread you get in a curry house. there was no sauce on the meat instead a tiny salsa type 'dip' was provided.

The quality of food is ok, however ours was cold. What you get for yoir money is awful, I really do not know how they can change these prices. £10 for chips, a chicken wing and one piece of lamb, really really bad portion size. Day light robbery. Do not bother with the pizzas, they don't have a clue how to make one, and the delivery man tried to keep ours.

My food was delivered to early and cold. The chilli sauce was lacking in liquid, and was a tiny portion. I do not expect to have to heat up a food delivery. Lamb Donner meat very greasy.

Very delicious chicken and lamb donner with chips. Kindly said we could come back next time and pay for drinks. Very good service and food. The large and medium portions are quite similar but I think large has a couple more chips.

Portion size wasn't great, paid for large and was given 6 small pieces of lamb (which was hard and could taste the grease) and probaby 10 bits chicken(cold). Definitely had more rice than meat. The chicken wings were cold and chewy (well the ones which actually had meat on)

Chicken was dry and put in same container as what was supposed to be spicy rice, but in fact cous cous. No flavour I was very disappointed and order was more than 30mins late.

Food was cold 🥶 real shame as we normally like their food I even paid a extra tip in advance for the driver and he still turned up late and as normal had the food sitting on the front seat in a paper bag freezing cold food and turned up late

The food was stone cold as the driver got lost and was very disrespectful when he finally came. He called to say he can’t find the house and finally then listened and put my address into his satnav. There was no apology about him being late instead got told this is your problem that your food is stone cold go complain to google maps (shouted in this in the street) very, very poor customer service and no respect shown. Called the restaurant & they said they would give a full refund via just eat

Banging place we were staying in the Premier Inn and wanted to get some good food bumped into a sound door supervisor on the pub just nearby to here and he highly recommended sultans.The food was ace the lads in there were sound guys and the food was mint,tasty and flavoursome highly recommended.

Food was late and was very old to the point no one could eat or enjoy their food.
