The lady at reception was lovely, she let me change my room due to an issue with smell in the first. I encountered a problem with trying to use the kettle as the cable is too short to plug in and stand it up properly, I used it on a tilt. The rooms are medium sized, a lot of colour for a bedroom but that might be my personal opinion, quiet and clean otherwise with parking. Breakfast is not the best quality and limited variety but otherwise not bad and buffet style so you can eat whatever you wish. I had an issue with my sink, there was no way to take the plug out and a few other little bits like that. Overall, a solid option for a standard hotel with minor issues.

Excellent service and food quality. We had Sunday roasts which were great, plenty of meat and well cooked with a good range of side vegetables.

The City Arms (which many years ago used to be Ma Coopers) is a popular pub in an area of Coventry called Earlsdon. Earlsdon has a very good shopping area and, of course, after a shopping spree it's a good idea to have refreshment and a bite to eat. The City Arms is an excellent place for this. The staff are friendly and welcoming and there is usually a reasonable amount of room. Due to Tim Martin's thoughtful planning of his Wetherspoon chain, that The City Arms is part of, the prices of food and drink is not high and greedy, as it is in some other pub chains. If you are in Earlsdon do give The City Arms a try! You won't be disappointed.

Great food and excellent staff. Really happy with the experience, it has become our go to Indian restaurant.
