Updated comment: tried their burgers again after a year and their standard has definitely gone down! They used to have very good packaging too but thats all gone now. Amazing burgers come with useless fries!! They are also expensive compared to their competitors.

Amazing Considering the driver had a stop before me, the food arrived early and hot! I had the philly cheese steak and my partner had the donut burger, I must say its the best take out we have had in a while. We ordered at 11.39pm and the food came at 00.15 and it was fresh. The food was excellent and the price was decent. Will definitely be ordering again!.

They don't use gloves, use bare hands to make burgers and touch your food with hands after touching themselves hair bottom etc

There is puke all over the front window, went in and it smelled terrible, I walked straight back out if the staff cannot be bothered to clean or maintain the place, I can't trust them to cook my food, absolutely no hygiene

Sadly have to agree with another reviewer. This place has gone from 5 stars to 1star. I most definitely won’t be recommending or returning again. Such a shame as I came here a year ago and was fantastic. Food had less quality and taste than a cheap terrible pub sat at the bar, however this time I wasn’t so drunk not to care. 👎🏼

This is my third time here, place went from 5 star to 1, place smelt like sewage 🤮 probably the mop was not swapped for time, ordered mango and lime strips, the worst mango and lime I ever tasted it doesn’t even taste like mango and lime, prawns and curly fries were alright. Overall experience is never again.

Please avoid. Food was raw and chilli beef was cold as if frozen. Also bun was not toasted. Very dirty place.

Loved Kelsie, dealt with a rude customer so well and ensured that everyone else in the restaurant was okay after the man was politely asked to leave. Food was amazing, and service was top notch 👌

Bun and steak sell great food but I have to give them a really low score due to inaccurate opening times, they close when they please which is a no go for me.

Do not enter. Smells of gas. Been multiple times and the staff don’t even care. Fyi my whole circle has been and they say the same.

I ordered just the cheesy fries and the fries were a bit raw, and the cheese they use is not the greatest

Sat here right now waiting for my burger. The restaurant is freezing cold and I’m having to listen to shouting, laughing and foul language from the male and female kitchen staff. I’ve never heard anything like it in a food joint. I’ll not be going back. Shame really as the burger was first class.

Can't fault this place been here 3 times in 3 days. Just want to keep coming back for more. The service we received was second to none. The English guy at the front was a pleasure to deal with. And then the food if you thought the service was amazing the food is even better

Went for a Philly cheese steak sandwich and oh my word so good the steak was perfect so much to choose from great selection the milkshakes are amazing as well I definitely recommend if you like burgers or steak

The Best Burger place in Coventry!!

Had a burger and fries with chili sauce on the side. The patties were juicy and flavoursome, the fries were hot and crispy and the service was polite and friendly, something that is sadly often lacking in Coventry.

The burgers were dry and tough, hairs in the chips. Waited over the said time for food and watching staff sat on the side just sat on their phones. Must be ran by half arsed students or something. Don't waste your time.

Was really looking forward to going here to eat, however, after receiving my meal, I did not enjoy it at all and ended up ordering food from oodle noodles. My partners food was freezing and my steak was just a peace of meat throw in a box, tasteless. Gravy tasted like paper. No steak knife just plastic ones…. Women staff are very loud, shouting over each other and presents as unprofessional. Will not go again. Glad I had a refund.

Great burgers, reasonably priced. Workers are friendly and the restaurant is usually pretty quiet so no painful wait times either.

Amazing food and great quality ingredients! Staff were super friendly and EXTREMELY accommodating, really appreciate the extra effort. Me and husband called in before we came asking if there was a space to pray, we got there and before pray time they had created a space for us, moved tables, cleaned the floor, even offered us a prayer mat. It was really heart warming and respectful. Would definitely come back for the food and the amazing customer service this place has provided me :) 10 STARS !!

The chips you get with the steak are just something else. I usually don't like chips, especially thicker cuts, but the steak chips here are so crispy and soft and wonderful. The portion is good. Steak and chips for £12 is AMAZING 👏🏽 (The portion is big but I was super hungry post-gym and ate most of it before I took a photo) Will order again, if only for the steak chips. The steak wasn't my favourite tastewise but it was cooked exactly as I requested. The peppercorn sauce is bomb too.

Went last night around 1am and ordered a simple milk cake and crepe and took over 45minutes to an hour to make. The milk cake is pre-made and it took 45 minutes to an hour for a simple crepe. It was not busy only my order. The worker repeatedly told me 5minutes and 1 minute but wasn’t ready however the desserts were okay just took to long

For work we bounce around alot and this is by far the best little find I've had in ages! Little miss communication when my colleague ordered cheese steak and just got a steak but was fixed within minutes. I got the bin father and it was to die for, not to mention the chicken strips. Any bad reviews for this place are definite flukes. (Wish I had a picture before I wolfed it down)

Ordered through ubereats,l. It seemed high end by the looks but highly disappointed in taste. The beef burger was so salty that it was inedible.Moreover extremely cold with bad presentation.The other peri peri burger was very average. Waste of time and money.

Had my first meal here dynamite prawns with rice. I mean if you go for quality this was very very tasty. Next try will be the burgers. To be continued...

I had the whammer. Patties were drier than cardboard. The burger was extremely bland. There are much better halal burgers in Coventry for cheaper! I was having a good day until I tried that burger. It genuinely ruined my day.

I always get the beef burgers. They are solid. Very tasty. I recommend the fully loaded fries. Yum

Can’t fault their burgers but a welcoming smile would have earned an extra star, and let’s face it, a smile don’t cost anything.

Its not I can safely review a restraunt or take away with a full 5 stars but I was very impressed with the burger I had. Real beef patties and I had two of them including some sweet potato fries which were done very well, not soggy and also crispy. The lettuce and pickle's tomatoes etc all came fresh. Staff were both friendly and gave a positive experience, the decor was very nice with the copper piping. Hopefully I'll be able to come again but as I'm just passing through highly unlikely but of you are thinking of eating here take that opertunity.

I think this might become my local. Ate here 2 days ago and went for the peri peri chicken and it was good and the chips were good too! Will stick with my first meal here though, the philli steak. Enjoyed that.

I ordered for chicken and rice, I got chicken with a box full of chips, and when I queried customer service, they basically said they didn't have rice. They could have simply notified me, and I would have cancelled my order. It was a waste of both time and money.

Great meal for my first time. Meat was cooked thoroughly and the toppings were just right. Will be going again for sure. Only criticism would be for the packaging as the cajun fries were not wrappped meaning cardboard packaging wont be recycled as its contaminated

The place is good, the waitress is very polite. They process order in good pace. But the sitting place is very small. So, it's good for takeaway.

Don't know why there are few hate reviews but my time here was beyond expectation. The burger is undoubtedly the best beef bun in Coventry. The service was okay since the staff don't remember which dishes are in stock until I already ordered, they checked with the kitchen and got me refunded.

I would give them zero stars if it was allowed, the two girls at the counter should really learn some customer service manner - anywhere else would be better than this place, avoid it if you can.

Awful place, avoid if you can, much better places to have some food in earlsdon. Customer service is just the worse.

It was like the parent owners had gone out, leaving the teenagers in charge of the restaurant for the evening. Ate in, but zero service. Had to confirm they were open due to the surprised look on their faces. Unfortunately they were either glued to their phones or having a great and noisy time in the back kitchen. Food was served in paper takeout trays, with plastic knives and forks (unlike the pictures). Not invited in, had to ask to sit down, not invited to order, had to get up and get our own drinks, not offered any salt, sauce etc ... noticed half way along it was stacked on the counter. Ignored by staff apart from taking money at the start and putting the food on the table. Shame because the steak was actually tasty, well seasoned and cooked.

The food was amazing so much so we ordered to take away for the road, however dine in cutlery needs a rethink the plastic takeaway isn't suitable for the task .

It could be better the service was mediocre the girl serving us had no mask on and was clearly sick not acceptable. I had a burger and chips with dynamite prawns.. the prawns were delicious burger was OK but please improve staff

Very disappointed with experience and food at the coventry takeaway, to start, when walking up to the shop, there was 3 staff standing at the door smoking, which was very intimidating and off putting then when making the order it was all very confusing and miss understood and to say 4 times what I wanted. Whilst waiting for the food thr 3 staff came in went straight to the kitchen area to prepare food, either out washing hands. Then seen valine in the kitchen area as well. Once the food came there was all confusion even tho we were the only ones in there. Getting home to eat, the order was wrong only thing right was the cheesy chips which were the worst things iv ever eaten.
