Good food but the young lad serving genuinely couldn't give e a rats ass about being there ...no please thankyou..nothing ...had earpods in the whole time...just a simple bit of politeness would help

The food was disgusting, both dishes had a horrifically thick layer of oil on top. The naan bread was dry and tough.

The chips were soggy. Felt like they had been in the bag for 40 minutes. Chicken was tough. Very disappointing

Tandoori chicken was reheated and not fresh at all. The smell was terrible so had to throw it away won't be ordering from here again

I am using this place for long time. Their Chicken Dansak, Lamb Biryani is the best one in the Coventry. Services is just outstanding, If you want to feel the real taste of food then don't miss to give a try them. All the best Aladdin Balti.

Used this place for 25+ years, had a slight decline in recent times but tried it again and was well worth it, back to their best, we had chicken naga and chicken madras, top drawer

Updating my review 4 years later. Thought I’d give them another try. Wish I hadn’t bothered. Ordered two different curries and a naan. Both were the same. Watery, tomato based and overly spiced. The naan bread was broken up and a piece missing. 2 stars for the chicken as it’s quite tender but needed marinating for longer. I don’t get the good reviews on Just Eat. Some people just don’t know what a good curry tastes like. Original Review: Have ordered a few times from Aladdin Balti. Our recent order of 5 different dishes all looked and tasted the same. Each in a bright red thick sauce which they must use as the base for their curries. Some of them were chunky, full of onions, even when a dish doesn't specify onions. Some were mild when they specified hot. We've had the same 5 curries from another Indian takeaway and each one was different. There was just no variety in the taste. The quality of meat was good. Chicken is succulent and tasty and portions were good. The naan bread is nice and fluffy and bigger than expected. Very standard takeaway curry but it could be so much better.

This was my first order from this takeaway restaurant in a year or so (used to order on Uber eats but no longer on there) I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the food, the chef saif’s special sauce was like water and the chips were really cold. Been put off ordering from here again.

I read a previous review about hardly no chicken in the chicken tikka naan, so i called before hand. I ordered 2 and after asking Aladins balti prior to purchasing, they said that they now give more chicken. Im affraid this wasnt true (please see photo). I ordered 2 but it was littery half of the amount of chicken that normally get from other restaurants.

Ordered the exotica curry and I think I got the wrong one as this one was tomato puree based and had loads of green chilli in that isn't in the description, overall good food, hot and on time

The chicken tikka biryani is lovely and with the cucumber , lemon and tomato add a refreshing flavour. Also I love how the restaurant give 20 percent of using the app. They also give lovely complimentary foods if you're order us over 25 pounds

I ordered two butter chicken ,9 lil chicken chunks,smaller than your thumb,£9,50 each,phoned up making complaint,they were proper rude,said take it up with user eats,disgusting it's there responsibility,,stay away from this place ,rip off,need closing down beware Don't order from user eats from this place beware

Ordered based on the reviews on here but our food wasn't very good, not worth the money at all. The mild masala was tasteless and the keema naan was really dry. Chicken tikka was a very small portion just 4 small pieces of chicken. The best part was the garlic bhuna which was tasty but not worth over £30 for one starter, two takeaway curries, a rice and naan. I've had much better curries.

Not the best I've had but still not the worst. It arrived very hot I can't fault that .the lamb in the bhuna was very tiny pieces but quite tender . And the taste was different but I suppose every restaurant has its own take on a dish .

Really lovely food! Deffo one of the best I've had in such a long time in Coventry. It has changed over and our food was delicious. Given 4* though as I love lamb in my curry and barley got any meat which was a shame last time we ordered it was mostly sauce. A part from that, it was nice. Also comparing to other places, others do throw in some poppadoms etc if you spend a lot but even so, will be ordering again. Thank you

Waited over an hour for the food and item were missing, called restaurant who implied people do this all the time and refused to send out missing curry! Very poor customer service for loyal customers!!!

Try to order online. Then found is was just cash. Rude man answered could not understand him at all. Will never order from this place again.

Lovely food but I must say poppadoms are expensive as are the dips £5 for two & 3 dips ( which were very poor quality), considering this is something they used to give away I won’t be ordering those again I’m afraid, otherwise the food was lovely.

Food was delicious, nice for the curry to not be swamped in oil! Just because my number one got to.

Unfortunately I ordered 2 poppadoms and only 1 was delivered I order a chutney, there was no option to pick which one and as I only like the onion one I put in the notes a request for the onion one but I was delivered some weird yoghurt looking sauce Never had any issues with this establishment before so not all that impressed on this occasion

Portions much smaller than before and bulked out with tomatoes. Bombay Potato consisted of a single medium size potato. Not very good value.

The food has really deteriorated in quality since this place changed hands. The meals are just thrown together and hard to tell apart with handfuls of whole chillies thrown in if you order something that is supposed to be spicy

Never order from here the food was so disgusting it was inedible!! What a waste of money. When you ring up to inform them you get a mouthful off the restaurant. Very unprofessional and unreliable service

The prices they charge on JustEat is a disgrace! £7•50p for a Bombay Potato mains! £3•50+50p for delivery. The food is low quality ingredients & tasteless.

This places food slays every time it’s the best food i’ve eaten and i could eat it for the rest of my life. I wish i lived near this place because i would be here everyday. THE NAAN BREAD IS THE BEST IVE EVER TASTED AND I WILL NEVER EAT A DIFFERENT NAAN FFOM ANYWHERE ELSE.

I tried there food first time and the only thing I liked was Tarka dal, roti was over cooked and burnt, Sat Panner tasted tarka with planner and hardly had any spinach in it even than tasted so much like sweet dish as it contained lot of sugar. Salad wasn't included although free papodom was given.

We ordered food, came on time, tikka massala great, BUT prawn madras was terrible, the supposed prawns were smaller than the smallest shrimp you could imagine, absolutely tasteless, half the size of a pea!!! We rang to complain, they said that was the trend!!!!! Said they'd ring back, well that didn't happen.

Yesterday, me and my friend really enjoyed the food !! Really loved it. The staffs were really friendly and very welcoming to their customers. Looking forward to visit again xx.

If they put as much flavour in as much as they use red colouring I'm sure it would be an outstanding curry. I've had jar korma with more flavour than a medium curry from here. And to top this, undercooked (raw in places) nan bread. Just don't waste your money and buy a jar.

Excellent food. And you can see it being cooked if you bend your neck a bit. I think more eating houses should be like this.

Just eaten a Tawa from this establishment. It wasn't chicken, more like an old hen it was so tough. There are off my list of takeaways.

Took my order and refused to deliver to my building wanted me to walk a mile up the road to their delivery driver! Avoid rude and arrogant on the phone!

AVOID AVOID AVOID I like to order from different places to try different things and that was my mistake, I had the lamb, chicken and prawn tikka masala, mushroom rice and pizza naan bread. One of these has given me food poisoning for the last few days, I will be reporting this place to Coventry council, thanks for the days of being sick

Just finished a brilliant meal - it was a joy to eat. I really recommend the Shaslick Korai and Cheese Naans. Definitely our favourite takeaway.

The vegetarian sides & mains, together with the tandoori chicken starters are the best things on the menu. Everything else is average but not bad. The staff are always very friendly.

Amazing place !!!! Amazing food ! And amazing staff. I wouldn’t order from anywhere else but call them direct as they are lovely to chat to. But I just had to share how good the staff are so my friend sam after a long day at work she ordered our food but sent it to the wrong address could have been the app could have been her ? But the manager was so understanding and he sent our food to us freshly cooked and in a suitable time as well and honestly saved the day! The food is always amazing and don’t have a bad thing to say about it.

It's been a while since I ordered from aladin balti and I won't be ordering again. Awful food greasy and no vegetables in the curry - they even overcharged me!!

Chicken tikka sylehti jalzrezi is absolutely fantastic. Totally reccomend.

This was first ever visit to Aladdin Balti and it will be my last! Me and my family ordered three different balti's (keema,chickhen,lamb) yet all three came in this red sauce and full of onions and nothing much else. After seeing other reviews it might be good for Aladdin Balti to change there menu to support there customers needs and bring back the traditional indian flavouring. If i could score Aladdin Balti a zero i would do.

Since the older gentleman no longer works there the service between the two younger guys is a disgrace! Despite the bad service I continued with my order and once it had arrived I was equally disappointed, bright red in colour and filled with onions. I will defiantly not be spending my hard earned cash with them again, such a shame since I’d used them for years while the older guy was there, they have ruined that business.

Local reasonable quality food. I tend to have the same dish so can't comment in general. The dish i have is always very good.
