Uncomfortable seating. Wear a coat when it's cold outside, because it is just as cold inside! Got food order wrong, they 'rectified it' the replacement was still wrong, didn't have time to wait for it to be made right. Removed the stuff we didn't ask for

One of the worst pizza shops in Coventry city centre. Poor food quality and poor ambience. The quality of food is soo poor. Hygiene is a question too on this place

Great lunch time deal pizza reasonable price and very tasty. Garlic bread side was sadly a let down and very dry. Slow service to start off and pricing could be more clear but certainly would visit again

Worst place ever! Waiting time on an empty shop floor over 30 minutes! Wrong pizza! I used to go there every month for the past 7 months. Everything was always fine! Until now! I always been served by a charming and kind lady who even remembered my order every time I wanted to place an order! There was I male who served me. This time was a disaster! Ordering vegan pizza with vegan topic! Receiving vegan topics but dairy cheese What kind of a joke is this! The answer was You never told that you want your pizza with vegan cheese. I may the one who have to aak Or the person there should ask if it is not sure. What if I was allergic to dairy products? Never gonna go there! Worse customer service ever!

Pizza hut Coventry is wonderful place to dine in and take away the have very good offers but you need to ask from staff before billing. Staff is very helpful and supportive. Sitting arranged is about 30 t0 40 people easily càn accommodate in this place.

Very bad experience, even though you go @10:30pm, they send you back saying we are closed. How shitty service is this. Food is anyway oily.

Everything was fine with the delivery apart from one minor issue - the dips I ordered were not in the delivery.

Food was good but the Service was so bad. Person serving had a pair of airpods in and didn't remove them. Hard to get his attention. Wasn't interested in taking our order. Not helpful at all. Meal took well over 20min to be done. Plus they had the same song on repeat the whole time! Please note this is NOT a buffet style restaurant, with salad cart etc.

First time eating at the new Pizza Hut Coventry by CODE, and I can say my experience was terrific, I dealt with Rishabh and I can honestly say he was great, gave me a deal that was good to feed the family for a week, top man

During the evening of May 2nd, 2024, as I approached the counter to place my order I was met with a disheartening experience. The female staff member attending to me seemed to adopt a consistently rude demeanor throughout our interaction. As I attempted to convey my order preferences, her responses were curt and bordered on being dismissive. What struck me the most was her tone – it was not just indifferent but rather surprisingly loud, almost as if she were shouting. This manner of speaking not only made the atmosphere uncomfortable but also left me feeling quite taken aback. creating an overall unwelcoming atmosphere during what should have been a simple and pleasant transaction.

Worst Customer Service. They couldn’t even serve the pizza with properly cut into slices. Guess what we order large Pepsi and they gave us 3 bottles of 1.5L Pepsi

They have not recognised the way they are treating their customers they don't have enough cutlery and things and the service level is completely zero; they forget that's its pizza hut is really well-known brand and their behaviour is impacing the brand value and really horrible experience customer service and customer value literally zero. Worst palce ever to make a decision to eat in better to go one near to that even though they have small sitting area but staff was much better than this place.

In my experience Worst place to eat ever ; worst customer service ever they don't even know to value their customers and behav unprofessional way and the lady staff was literally out of her sense looks like they have forgotten that they are representinga brand and not maintaining brand standards. Generally pizza hut are really great but this one is not even any near comparison of any other the only reason to visit was timing but better to choose something else than go and be witness of that kind of customer service form pizza hut.

They own me £41.67 I’ve been waiting for weeks now. I paid for food & never got it, I kept speaking to Lad called J he promised me my money but still haven’t received my money. I’ve ask for Manager several times & all they say is she not in. Or phone in morning. So I do & still not there. What does one do? Any ideas… I asked for delivery . When I paid they tell me can’t deliver that area.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Incompetent staff who are ignorent, rude and have no idea what is going on. From taking a simple order over the phone with the me confirming 3 times of it being vegetarian, they made me a meat one… I phoned and they mentioned there was nothing they could do. I have been using Pizza Hut on Fairfax Street since opening and they do not care about your dietary requirements. Staff are very rude and do not accept any of what you are saying they just do not accept that this is a big issue for anyone with dietary requirements. As long as they have their money…. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Wish I could give 0 stars.

This is not a restaurant, it's a delivery place that has seating. No salad bar. No plates or cutlery, you order and you eat your pizza from the box. Also if you're gluten free, like i am, you need to beg them to let you use a pizza cutter cos the pizza comes uncut. Suggestion: have a dedicated gluten free pizza cutter? Like you have a dedicated vegan one. The attitude of the staff was also pretty awful.

Went for pizza. Some reason the pizza taste funny. One stuff member wasn't really helpful. There was another staff member a little older that was more willing to give us more information of how the process works at pizza hut. You have to order online when I try to do so the signal wasn't very good when I finally able to get online couldn't be go through the process of paying because then it asks for a payment card. I had a card with me but the account is shared so I would have to put a passcode in and it would be difficult to get the passcode if people can understand that. Anywho staff member was able to put my order through the till and pay with the card that way. Only had to wait 5 or 10 minutes food.

I mean, who doesn't love being told that they can't use their TasteCard or O2 Priority Rewards even though the app says otherwise? And don't even get me started on the manager's not so charming attitude. But the pièce de résistance of this establishment has got to be their impressive lack of variety. You thought they had a salad bar? Think again my dear, because they don't even have that. No, no, no, they're much too cool for that. All they have is poor customer service and a distinct lack of options. It's like they're daring you to come in and try to enjoy yourself. All in all, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delightful evening filled with disappointment and confusion. 10/10, would not recommend.

Shouldn’t have bothered with the chairs and tables - set up for delivery, menus and deals advertised above the till aren’t actually available, after finishing order was told to order online, no cutlery or condiments, would put a minus star for atmosphere if I could.

From the outside looks all good, however went to order and the Asian woman was arguing on the phone with I'm guessing a customer, nobody would take our order, another girl came said the Asian woman will take the order however she wasn't interested atall would rather spend 20 minutes arguing on call with customers, waited for around 15 minutes before giving up and walking out, need to sort there customer service out no wonder the place was deserted

The worst branch I have ever been I asked for forks and knives the said we don’t have, okay I want ketchup they said no we don’t have, I asked for cheesy bits which is in their menu, also I asked for the offer which is in their menu, so the first and last time to go this place and I don’t recommend it to anyone
