In case none are aware, - they have swapped all their pork pepperoni, sausage, ham and bacon to "beef" to appease the 10% of Muslims in the area. So if you enjoy real pepperoni I'm afraid you will have to go to Dominos or Papa Johns!.

I visited Pizza Hut last night and had a really good experience. We ordered a large pan pepperoni pizza, garlic breadsticks, and a Pepsi. The pizza was hot, cheesy, and cooked perfectly with that signature crispy crust. The breadsticks were fresh and soft, served with a warm marinara sauce. The staff was friendly and our order came out quickly, even though it was a bit busy. The restaurant was clean and comfortable for dining in. Prices were fair, especially with the combo deal we used. Overall, a satisfying meal—great for a casual night out. I’d definitely come back again!

I recently ordered from Pizza Hut, and I am beyond impressed with the entire experience! The delivery was fast and arrived exactly when promised. The pizza was still hot and fresh, with the perfect balance of flavors. The crust was just the right amount of crispy, and the toppings were generous. I also appreciated the friendly delivery driver by Rishabh.

Supper clean and amazing flavour.

We ordered a pizza thinking of its purely veg one but the moment it arrived it had ham in it, we made a request to the person to change it to veg one and truly he was really kind, he was ready to make a new veg pizza again for us even knowing it was a mistake on our side.

Toilet is badly maintained... Rest are good.

Brilliant. Lovely server staff, very attentive and helpful, delicious food as usual from Pizza Hut with the salad bar being topped up regularly. Just a little cold in the corner we sat.

I tried the Chicken Sizzler pizza from here recently and I must say it has ruined my stomach because of the overloaded spice. As a person who worked for Pizza Hut before, i must say the staff needs more training on the toppings. The toppings has to be generous but not chilli flakes or chillies.

Wasted my money by ordering the most expensive pizza on the menu but still the toppings were missing. Ordered a loaded chicken supreme pizza but the funny thing is that the chicken was missing from the chicken pizza. Check the pictures.

I ordered from this Pizza Hut Store yesterday and the guy behind the counter was a bit rude to other customers, which wasn’t nice to see. I ordered my food and after about a 15-20 min wait I collected my food and walked home which is around the corner. When opening my box I was greeted to this pizza which I’ve attached below, it was freezing cold and very doughy, it was so undercooked i had to throw it in the bin. I was not impressed at all.

It's half 9 and the shop is open till 11. Dine in option was refused means I have to take out. I personally don't find this reasonable as it is an hour a half before closing.

I had a bad experience at Pizza Hut on 23/11/34 . The staff member at the til was surprisingly rude and unwelcoming. His behavior left me feeling unwelcome, and it significantly impacted my overall dining experience. He was very rude towards his coworkers too. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

The pizza is too cold and oily , and they workers did not compensates if anything goes wrong from there end and rest is fine

I have have given one star as that is the minimum. I would have given 0 or in minus. I have ordered pizza and it's almost 2 hours now but still I haven't received my pizza. It's so pathetic and annoying.

Below average pizza. The driver wouldn’t even deliver to my door I had to go and meet him at the door of the main entrance of my apartment building as he says he wasn’t allowed to come in . Overall very disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

Uncomfortable seating. Wear a coat when it's cold outside, because it is just as cold inside! Got food order wrong, they 'rectified it' the replacement was still wrong, didn't have time to wait for it to be made right. Removed the stuff we didn't ask for

Worst place ever! Waiting time on an empty shop floor over 30 minutes! Wrong pizza! I used to go there every month for the past 7 months. Everything was always fine! Until now! I always been served by a charming and kind lady who even remembered my order every time I wanted to place an order! There was I male who served me. This time was a disaster! Ordering vegan pizza with vegan topic! Receiving vegan topics but dairy cheese What kind of a joke is this! The answer was You never told that you want your pizza with vegan cheese. I may the one who have to aak Or the person there should ask if it is not sure. What if I was allergic to dairy products? Never gonna go there! Worse customer service ever!

Pizza hut Coventry is wonderful place to dine in and take away the have very good offers but you need to ask from staff before billing. Staff is very helpful and supportive. Sitting arranged is about 30 t0 40 people easily càn accommodate in this place.
