Very rude customer service they do not how to speak to people and food very bad

Ordered pizza, arrived fast tasted very good.

Food was over 40 mins late. Food isn't fresh. We have a three Yr old at home who wanted to go bed but couldn't because the food was extremely late . Woman over the phone was extremely rude by saying its fine that there was a hungry / tired baby waiting for the food. After first phone call they said 10 mins(it was already 10 mins late) . Then after 15 mins we called back and the delivery driver had only just left the shop so they said another 10 mins. Finally arrived. Food was not hot and didn't seem fresh. The only things that was ok was the drinks and mozzarella sticks

Food was alright. First time I’ve ever had a pizza with literally no sauce on it. Was bone dry and went in the bin. If you have instructions I:E just lettuce and sauce on a burger etc.. forget it. It will still come loaded with onions and every other vegetable you don’t want on it and you will have to pick it apart before you can eat it. Cheap food and cheap service. Get what you pay for I guess

Order from here quite often and usually have no issues however this time my drink was open in the bag and had spilt everywhere, I ordered sauces and it came with none. Delivery time early as always

Delivery courier was absolute rubbish. Barely spoke English, couldn't find us although instructions were given, asked me to come outside and find him!! I order food because I don't walk well, my 80 year old husband had to go out. Absolutely abysmal!!

my favourite place for pizza and kebabs! always arrives earlier than estimated time and is always piping hot. delivery driver is sooo lovely as well. only place I'll order from if I fancy a kebab ❤️

As the feview says.. Abysmal. Ordered at 18:33, it is now 20:00 and we still have no food. Restaurant was no help at all, always saying every 10 minutes: "Driver is 5 minutes away". I was then met with: "Driver had an accident, " funny part is THEY STILL SAID IT WILL BE DELIVERED IN 5 minutes. Asked for a refund knly to be told - call just eat, but just eat doesnt even take calls from customers anymore, only e-mail. Do not order, unless maybe you are leaving from work at 5pm and want food at 8pm

We have ordered from here many times. The food is always gorgeously hot, so tasty and so affordable. My favourite are the fries… they just get them so crisp and perfect 😍 Will continue going back. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Garlic bread pizza was just cheese ok dough no garlic taste ,chicken strips were just about cooked pale and soggy would not order again price reflects the food

I sent a message and phoned too due to lateness. Twice my app changed from ‘enjoy your food’ to ‘it’s on its way’. It arrived cold. The chips were dry and cold. The onion rings were undercooked and soggy. The pizza was cold and so was the chicken strips. I think the driver went awol or something, I should have just handed the food back to him but Pizza House assured me it would be hot. I regret paying for this and will never order from there again.

Ordered food at 5.55pm. In app said delivered an hr later. Phoned shop and guy said driver 5mins away. Waited another 25mins and called shop again. He said driver had been and called me 4 times, when I explained that no calls were received and I had 3 security cameras at the front of my house, he said he would make again with fresh dough and deliver it himself I said brilliant thank you....over 2hrs later still nothing. Shocking service. Refund requested.

I'm a returning customer, the kebab is always tasty and never have a problem but seems being a returning customer the standards drop, the pizzas just arent the same and are always tough and overcooked.

Delivery was stupidly late, and when my food arrived I started to eat and it was very gritty like I was eating sand. After inspection I found that I had lots of little bits of either plasterboard or stone in my naan bread. Rang restaurant to complain only to get hung up on.

I had food missing from my order, it took 7 phone calls & an hour & a half for the missing items to be delivered.

I also ordered cheese stuffed crust pizza which also didn’t come. Considering it’s usually good service, this time around they’ve been very poor.

The culinary offerings are of exceptional quality, and the staff, who are of Muslim faith, demonstrate an extraordinary level of customer service. I am particularly appreciative of their willingness to provide service late into the night. The food is prepared in a hygienic manner, and the prices for burgers and pizzas are quite reasonable. The owner is a pleasant individual, and the Afghan employee is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

everything about this restaurant was amazing. i got there at 11:25 and was out by 11:40 with 2 pizzas and amazing customer service. i rate this pizza restaurant an 11/10 everything was perfect

We have found a fly in our burger meal food and nothing has been corrected or been done about this !

the option for donner kebab on naan seems to have been taken off the menu, it's still available but in pitta which is nice but just isn't a donner kebab to me.

The menu has completely changed and everything taken off which was lovely food beforehand!! Have been ordering from here for a long time now probably twice a week but so disappointed in the place now. Ordered a large wrap and the wrap was stale and roughly around 10 pieces of kebab meat. Poor options on the sauce available no sweet chilli option. Not sure if I will use this place again and it’s a shame as the food use to be 10/10!!

Hot which is great , but changed the chicken 😦 ? Had some hard black lumps in the chips ?rest of the food amazing ! But chicken wasn’t as good as before , and no chicken strip wrap available anymore ? Or chicken strip meals ?

All of the food was horrible chips didn’t come with the meal. The milkshakes were absolutely disgusting basically milky water and for an over £50 order for three meals was a complete rip-off

I'll be honest, I absolutely love the munch box normally. I ordered doner and chicken with chilli sauce, and I received some tandoori red chicken with no chilli sauce. I normally love you guys, but I felt let down tonight. not sure I'll be back.

The delivery driver was extremely rude. Just because of this I won’t order from here again. He needs to learn some customer service skills

This place getting bad press for some reason. Ordered 3 times now and each time has been bangin. More than happy to give them 5 stars.

Please note, when looking at any replies from this company, that it of there stunning 22 one star reviews, almost half of them mention rude bad disgusting customer service, yet every replies says "we weren't rude" So to clarify, lots of individuals say your rude and give bad customer service, and it's just yourselves who can't see it and wish to blame your customers, go figure. Also, I had phonecalls after walking out of this establishment, without even ordering due to how bad the service was, with threats in calls including we know your car, we'll give you, and so on, (police informed and provided with the recordings) Shame, cos this place used to be half decent if you were desperate, but walked in tonight to see 2 rats behind the counter Needless to say, ate elsewhere Council informed I'm adding this edit due to being accused of lying To be very clear, 2 rats have been seen behind the counter of this shop The description of the rats is as follows Fully clothed, 2 legged, female Like I said, not lying, the same to rats are always there As for rude, if you wear ear pods, don't moan about not hearing customers And seeing as the latest review before mine clearly states rude service 3 months ago, I guess it's a long term issue Will not tolerate bad service from companies whom I spend with, so I'll take my business elsewhere Was around £40 a week or so, your loss, not mine Goodbye

Great tasting food as always. Very tasty. but less than half a bag of chips… where they go? Had a desert from the first time.. and it will be my last from there.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I'm not one to give reviews like this but felt the need to share. Staff were rude. Food was not as advertised, chicken fillet burger was not a fillet. Ice cream with nothing to eat it with and no cutlery or napkins offered. A loft hatchback was hanging open over the people's heads on the next table to us. This was reviewed as the best kebab place in cov... not in the same league as cov kebab house or kebabish.

Ordered a massive amount of food, every item ordered arrived and was hot! Friends were trying for the first time and really enjoyed it! We order at least once a week!

It’s not arrived. I’m still waiting. Because I used the service for a separate order it looks lik the pizza has not bothered arriving. I’m quite furious. And will calm down before I react to this.

Masala fish was very small and barely any fish on both. No sauce was added to the ones which should have had. Really disappointed.

The only fault i had was, the man that delivered the food, didn’t follow the instructions i gave which was “please don’t ring the doorbell, baby is asleep. Please leave food in the porch. Thank you” he did the opposite. He rang the bell then started knocking on the window and when I confronted him about it, he said he had read then note then forgot

Misleading info, marked as driver left by the restaurant but when I phoned the pizza still not left the site

Wow and wow again. The burgers used are top class and the chips were excellent. Piping hot and crispy. Fantastic delivery driver and speedy delivery. Absolutely awesome.
