Pizza House in Coventry

Delivery was stupidly late, and when my food arrived I started to eat and it was very gritty like I was eating sand. After inspection I found that I had lots of little bits of either plasterboard or stone in my naan bread. Rang restaurant to complain only to get hung up on.

I had food missing from my order, it took 7 phone calls & an hour & a half for the missing items to be delivered.

pizza tastes plastic and bland, toppings are stale, don't order from this place !

I also ordered cheese stuffed crust pizza which also didn’t come. Considering it’s usually good service, this time around they’ve been very poor.

The culinary offerings are of exceptional quality, and the staff, who are of Muslim faith, demonstrate an extraordinary level of customer service. I am particularly appreciative of their willingness to provide service late into the night. The food is prepared in a hygienic manner, and the prices for burgers and pizzas are quite reasonable. The owner is a pleasant individual, and the Afghan employee is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

everything about this restaurant was amazing. i got there at 11:25 and was out by 11:40 with 2 pizzas and amazing customer service. i rate this pizza restaurant an 11/10 everything was perfect

We have reported this to food hygiene as nothing has been done about this!

We have found a fly in our burger meal food and nothing has been corrected or been done about this !

the option for donner kebab on naan seems to have been taken off the menu, it's still available but in pitta which is nice but just isn't a donner kebab to me.

The menu has completely changed and everything taken off which was lovely food beforehand!! Have been ordering from here for a long time now probably twice a week but so disappointed in the place now. Ordered a large wrap and the wrap was stale and roughly around 10 pieces of kebab meat. Poor options on the sauce available no sweet chilli option. Not sure if I will use this place again and it’s a shame as the food use to be 10/10!!

Hot which is great , but changed the chicken 😦 ? Had some hard black lumps in the chips ?rest of the food amazing ! But chicken wasn’t as good as before , and no chicken strip wrap available anymore ? Or chicken strip meals ?

Arrived 20mins late was ok but small portions ordered large kebabs but was not as expected not much meat

All of the food was horrible chips didn’t come with the meal. The milkshakes were absolutely disgusting basically milky water and for an over £50 order for three meals was a complete rip-off

I'll be honest, I absolutely love the munch box normally. I ordered doner and chicken with chilli sauce, and I received some tandoori red chicken with no chilli sauce. I normally love you guys, but I felt let down tonight. not sure I'll be back.

The delivery driver was extremely rude. Just because of this I won’t order from here again. He needs to learn some customer service skills

This place getting bad press for some reason. Ordered 3 times now and each time has been bangin. More than happy to give them 5 stars.

Please note, when looking at any replies from this company, that it of there stunning 22 one star reviews, almost half of them mention rude bad disgusting customer service, yet every replies says "we weren't rude" So to clarify, lots of individuals say your rude and give bad customer service, and it's just yourselves who can't see it and wish to blame your customers, go figure. Also, I had phonecalls after walking out of this establishment, without even ordering due to how bad the service was, with threats in calls including we know your car, we'll give you, and so on, (police informed and provided with the recordings) Shame, cos this place used to be half decent if you were desperate, but walked in tonight to see 2 rats behind the counter Needless to say, ate elsewhere Council informed I'm adding this edit due to being accused of lying To be very clear, 2 rats have been seen behind the counter of this shop The description of the rats is as follows Fully clothed, 2 legged, female Like I said, not lying, the same to rats are always there As for rude, if you wear ear pods, don't moan about not hearing customers And seeing as the latest review before mine clearly states rude service 3 months ago, I guess it's a long term issue Will not tolerate bad service from companies whom I spend with, so I'll take my business elsewhere Was around £40 a week or so, your loss, not mine Goodbye

Great tasting food as always. Very tasty. but less than half a bag of chips… where they go? Had a desert from the first time.. and it will be my last from there.

Was too greasy couldn’t eat it and chips were lyk rubber 2 full kebabs meals went n bin defo won’t order again

Unfortunately, my chilli sauce had opened on transit and spilt all over my Grandsons food.

Waited for almost 2 hours for food no apology food was OK but I was past hungry at this point if I hadn't ordered on my card I would have gone out got something would of been quicker.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I'm not one to give reviews like this but felt the need to share. Staff were rude. Food was not as advertised, chicken fillet burger was not a fillet. Ice cream with nothing to eat it with and no cutlery or napkins offered. A loft hatchback was hanging open over the people's heads on the next table to us. This was reviewed as the best kebab place in cov... not in the same league as cov kebab house or kebabish.

Ordered a massive amount of food, every item ordered arrived and was hot! Friends were trying for the first time and really enjoyed it! We order at least once a week!

It’s not arrived. I’m still waiting. Because I used the service for a separate order it looks lik the pizza has not bothered arriving. I’m quite furious. And will calm down before I react to this.

Masala fish was very small and barely any fish on both. No sauce was added to the ones which should have had. Really disappointed.

The only fault i had was, the man that delivered the food, didn’t follow the instructions i gave which was “please don’t ring the doorbell, baby is asleep. Please leave food in the porch. Thank you” he did the opposite. He rang the bell then started knocking on the window and when I confronted him about it, he said he had read then note then forgot

Misleading info, marked as driver left by the restaurant but when I phoned the pizza still not left the site

Wow and wow again. The burgers used are top class and the chips were excellent. Piping hot and crispy. Fantastic delivery driver and speedy delivery. Absolutely awesome.

Amazing food hot tasty pop cold not put in with food

Normally great food from here and love the chicken. The chicken was like warm at best as we're the wings. The munch box looked nice but was sweaty and cold. Food was an hour late and it showed. Also the chicken coating was soggy and falling off the chicken. Far from the best from pizza house this time!

Had mixed kebab on Naunton, and food was tasty and fresh and enjoyed.

Best kebab in Coventry! I had the kebab special, the flavour and quality of the meat was something else. Gutted I’ll be moving soon and just coming across this gem. I will 100% be ordering before I leave 😂❤️

A good kebab is really hard to find, but the one Iv just eaten was absolutely delicious. Really well seasoned and good quality meet. Chips were tasty also. Yeah 10/10 for special kebab.

Had this order a few times now and always really tasty chicken, better than the Colonels in my opinion! Last order was missing a few bits of chicken pieces and wings, but the shop notified me an I agreed to have a few substitutes Cannot fault this place what-so-ever. Worth an order.

My first time ordering. Everything was fresh and hot. On time too!

Took over an hour to arrive, (I don’t even live a mile away) although was told 15 mins, arrived chips were cold and tasted re-heated, burger was warm but batch was dripping with oil, hangover food at best! Would defo not recommend, well for burger n chips anyway

Very nice meal again. Ordered because we had guests and they were not disappointed. One small mistake, I ordered 2 x cheesy chips and 2 X normal chips and got 1 X cheesy chips and 3 X normal chips instead. It happens and it didn't spoil our enjoyment. Will order again for sure.

Disappointed with this pizza it's clearly obvious it's 🔥 Called the shop to inform them and was told that's how they do all pizzas 🤣🤣🤣🤣.don't like giving bad reviews for local businesses as . But I have to be honest I wouldn't recommended this to my friends . Hope they change and improve Paid £17 for this and 2 drinks Delivery was a bit late.

Second order from this restaurant. Mini chicken bucket this time, for two people. Chicken finger licking good and so much of it! Also ordered a pistachio milkshake which was beautiful. Thick and still very cold, as were the cans of soft drink. Very good value for money. Recommended.

Order didn’t even turn up like a refund

It's a shame food was lovely . But the garlic mayo we ordered was put in with red hot wedges. That both burst and went all over the bag . So dips or wedges were ruined. Why put cold items with hot food. Ridiculous

Food was slightly later than first estimated but communication was amazing and food arrived piping hot! So tasty, enjoyed everything we had Will definitely order again
