Food was cold, I live 2 minutes away, that is why I do not buy no more, I had 2 little extra pieces of chicken on my pizza, waste of time, couple of pound when you get 2 pieces, nothing, robbery. Nearly £20 for a useless pizza, avoid...people learn to cook, avoid

Ordered sweet&sour chicken in batter balls thay were rock hard batter was awful 😖 egg fried rice wasn't much better,and the banana fritters the batter was rock hard Disgusting will not use wing lea in future 😑

I’ve been using this chip shop on and off for years. The last couple of times have been average but tonight I felt compelled to write a review, which is something I didn’t want to do, but after the food tonight I feel like there needs to be change through criticism. I had mixed meat and chips in a tray. £6.50. A pretty standard price for a good quality tray of food. Unfortunately this was far from it. I ordered at 7pm so should be fresh chips right? I don’t think so. They had that chalky texture that chippy chips get when you let them go cold and reheat them. The donner meat was ok, could’ve done with some better seasoning but ok. The chicken however was awful. Had a chemical taste and a strange consistency. I don’t know if they’ve changed supplier of there meats but I’ve never had such underwhelming meat from a chip shop. Not even the cat wanted it and he’s normally up for some chicken meat! Salt and vinegar was asked for but was so scarce that if I didn’t see them put it on I would’ve assumed they forgot. I will say the young lad who I assume owns the place wasn’t there and it was the old boy who was running the place. He seemed to prefer talking to the other staff member rather than listen to another order from a customer after me. He couldn’t grasp what the customer wanted and ended up serving the wrong food. All in all it was a disappointing trip to the chippy. I do hope they can improve but seeing reviews over the last two years it seems they’re happy to earn the coin without any care of quality or care. I won’t be hurrying back

Used to be a 5* takeaway, now barely a 3 Last order the burger had no relish and the bun was burnt. The pizza was barely warm as were the chips. Shame, it used to deliver such nice food. I'll leave it quite a while until I order from there again.

Staff are so beyond rude, we were waiting at the bar for around 10 minutes while a member of staff was stood behind the bar texting, and then received Baby Guinness's like the picture attached. When we asked for them to be remade we were told no and that’s how they come. i’m not being funny it’s not. Thankfully Stewart remade them for us and he was lovely. They really need to reconsider their staff and their attitudes.

Probably the worst McDonald’s in the British Isles. Food cold, hanging around for too long before service because the crew are slow. Dirty tables and floors.

This takeaway, never fails in giving fantastic food. Everything is always beautifully fresh, not killed with salt and delicious.

We had our engagement party here on the 3rd August, fantastic night had by all, buffet was brilliant everyone enjoyed the food, dj kept everyone on the dance floor, staff worked very hard making sure drinks kept flowing, overall a fantastic night would highly recommend for any functions. Thank you to all the management and staff for helping make our night one to remember.
