McDonald's in Cannock Chase

Ordered Sunday night/Monday morning whilst the update was done. Ordered on the app, had money taken but wasn’t sent to restaurant due to update on tills. Was served by a young girl who was absolutely exceptional and did everything possible to ensure that our visit was a good one, it was the first thing I mentioned to my partner as we left. Her attitude and the way she handled our situation was brilliant, well done x Fries 10/10 Nuggets - 11/10, honestly the best nuggets from Maccies in a long long time Burgers - 10/10 Thankyou for your great service, please continue 🤞

Worst McD's ever here, the fries had no salt and the shake was warm 🤢

I ordered a double Big Mac with bacon no sign of bacon what so ever and I got 4 cheeseburger patties instead of the Normal Big Mac patties pure laziness

Says open 24hours but told they are closed when trying to get coffee at half four

My receipt didn’t print from the machine so had to pay at the till, my food was colddd like there’s about 5 staff members and food was still slow to make and was cold I mean I was tired long journey on the motorway could not be bothered

Drinks including coffee were made in bulk and left awaiting orders, staff were on a go slow, McMuffin with cheese had two odd sized halves of muffin and egg not warm enough to melt the cheese! The white coffee was virtually black so very short of milk! Scanner would not scan the qr code on our app so had to order as guest

Staff very friendly, working to their limits looking at how busy it was. Shame no paper to print receipts at the ordering machines. Screen with order number stopped working during our visit there.

Went in this morning for my break (hgv) driver stood at the till for 10 minutes waiting to pay for my order. The women looked at me several times and just ignored me. I then called to her about letting me pay for my order. When she finally did it I could hear her telling the other staff yeah that's his order. I ended up throwing the whole food away as I didn't trust eating it after her comments

Food was mediocre. Fries were luke warm and hardly any salt. The most disappointing factor was there was a hair in the large fries 🤢 Did we complain no! The meal was cheap enough but still not acceptable.

This is the best motorway services ive been to. Always stop here.

I want to apologise for my rude behaviour towards the staff as I got panic as the bus was about to leave at Norton M6 toll branch. I sincerely ask sorry to all the staff that was working today at 12.30 am. They are all doing a great job especially the girl who was cleaning the floor and serving me simultaneously. I am very sorry for my behaviour.

Large latte here is standard sized (300ml). Food standard and service fairly quick.

Had breakfast here while travelling south, nothing to complain.

Anyone else get food poisoning after eating here on Thursday 14th March? Stopped by here on Thursday afternoon. Ordered 2 Big Mac meals and a nugget Happy Meal, waited 15/20 for our food to arrive cold but, as we needed to get back on the road, we ate and left. Lunch time Friday, my 2 year old starting vomiting. By teatime my son and myself could sh!t through the eye of a needle and couldn't keep anything down. Now Saturday evening and we're still suffering but thankfully the baby seems his happy little self this morning. Yeh, don't think we'll eat here again (don't think I'll get eat maccies again after this) and definitely would not recommend! AVOID!!!!

We had a 15mins break while on our coach journey, service was very swift. A good place to stretch your legs after sitting for a long time.

I don’t get a chance to visit McDonald’s very often so I was really glad to stop at this motorway service station and get a Maccies. I was able to order my meal electronically and got some loyalty points by using the McDonald’s app. I ordered the Quarter Pounder meal which came with large fries and a Cola. Thankfully there was table service which was a relief as the counter was very busy. I was able to sit in a clean dining area and my meal arrived within 5 minutes which was brilliant. The fries were hot and my burger was delicious. Overall a great experience. Thanks for reading.

Quick stop to refresh on a journey north, and was pleasantly suprised how clen the whole place was, well done

McDonald's is always an easy option for majority of people unless there dietary requirement like vegan and vegetarian. The service is quick and friendly. The self service kiosk is another added advantage to avoid queuing. Nonetheless to say that the food is mostly cooked when ordered and get customised food order as well. We always like the deals of the day - wrap of the day. This one is great with a meal deal - fries and drinks. Plenty of seating and toilet facilities. A great option on the motorway!

Visited around 1am and felt a bit sorry for the staff, several coaches of football fans were in and they didn’t have enough staff to cope through no fault of their own, food was as expected and the staff were very patient with everyone

Staffing and systems need to be scrutinised further to deal with the high volumes of customers at this busy service station branch. Service is slow and messy, staff work hard but more are clearly needed.

Discovered that the veg bites were gluten free! But they weren't very nice unfortunately. No milk on tray when delivered to table

Despite the services being fairly quiet, McDonald's was well staffed and our meals were cooked fresh to order, and ready to collect very quickly. Hot and tasty as you would expect. A very large seating area with lots of clean tables available, and no litter in sight. Good food and good value, despite the motorway prices.

It was half 8 at night, I hadn't had s proper meal since around 11 in the morning, so on my trip I was happy to discover a mcdonalds, I wish I hadn't, first off, the recipt didn't work so I was left guessing which meal was mine, then the chicken selects I had ordered were extremely crummy, one of them fell apart in my hands. Staff questioned me as if I was stealing someone's mcdonalds

Computer systems down AGAIN 50 mins before food could be ordered

Food was good, self order machine didn’t print receipt so I didn’t know my order number - staff were helpful helping me find my order number though. Quite a long wait for a simple order (nearly 15mins)

I’m not really a McDonald’s person … but it was the only concession open at the coach station so grabbed some chicken dippers and fries. As expected not exactly fine dining …

Absolutely terrible the food was cold when delivered drinks was leaking in the bags and spent £3.80 on dips 10 sweet curry and 4 sour cream dips and never received them or money back for them and the number on Google doesn't even connect to them

Chaos...we were travelling from Gatwick to the NW, mid stop is the M6 toll services, most places shut down or closing and McDs was hectic , the numbers system collapsed so they turned the screen off, nobody knew what they were doing..

Good mcdonalds. Use it everytime we go to visit family. They share the seating area with other restaurants. The services is quite popular so generally always busy, so I'd try to avoid busy hours like meal times.

If you use the machines and don't check the number when it flashes yo You're in trouble of the receipt machine doesn't work - like 90% of the time. Mcdonald's needs to do.kich better here. Also the tables aren't cleaned often enough, at least there are plenty of them though. Also the prices aren't exorbitant at the.service stations as they are with Burger King and moat other places.

Bit chaotic and service slow but there were a lot of people queuing and ordering and staff quite overwhelmed with coach loads of people

Waited 30 minutes for my order of burger, fries and milkshake. Chased my order after 20 minutes, when it came the double cheese burger was missing a burger. Second attempt was also incorrect third attempt was ok. The guy next to me ordered chicken selects and was given an empty box. I’ll not be using this McDonald’s again.

McDonald food is full of seed oils, processed carbohydrates and sugar. A recipe for ill health.

They have no more Pokémon cards if your children are looking to get a happy meal and Pokémon cards!!!

Slow lazy service very frustrating when you just want a quick meal on a trip.

Obviously under staffed. Manager having to deal with numerous complaints while I waited for my food. Over 13 minutes just for a big mac and fries. Even then the fries were not hot and had a slightly unpleasant taste (fishy). The burger was actually cold.

Latte and breakfast roll. Easy and cheap on my phone app. Takes awhile to load if inside. Very busy restaurant. Again no place to wait while waiting for food.

So rude, we were on a strict time schedule and had 15 minutes to get back, it took us ages to get served to pay for our food and several different members of staff walked right by us??? we then wait around 10 minutes and our food still hasn’t been given to us, and all we got was two 99p burgers and some medium fries, it wasn’t busy and many other people after us had ordered more and gotten theirs quicker! We then asked the manager working, and she was so rude to us even when we said we had 4 minutes left, our food was just sat on the side ready and yet we were told we still had to wait a few minutes! We then get our food and the burgers are barely wrapped and the cheeseburger had a rip on the front which might i add is highly unhygienic, and the burgers were cold. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS will not be coming here again, these companies really need to check who they are employing.

If you need gluten free don't stop. Plastic wrap cake only .

If I didn't have to stop here due to screaming children then I would have walked back out again. The chips were cold and soggy, you can see them stacking up loads of containers therefore god knows how long they were standing there. The coke was flat and the big mac looked as though it was out together by someone with a blindfold as there was more lettuce outside my burger than in, the same with the sauce. I then had to go back to the counter twice, once for the sauce I'd paid for and a second time for napkins as there were none in the condiment station. If the queue hadn't been so long I would have complained my heart out but all I wanted to do was get away from the place. Eat here if you really must but honestly raking the bins might be cheaper and tastier.

This is part of a motorway 🛣 service, Norton Services, and this Friday it happened to really look very busy. A queue for the ordering screens, about 7 of them, took close to 10 minutes before placing your order. Once you had placed your order, you could wait 5 to 10 minutes to collect your beef quarter pounder burger meal with fries and a drink, costing just under £8. It was a bit tiring and the burger 🍔 tasted a bit bland. Pity the staff when having to attend to so many customers. Fast food not so fast. Of course, you try Leon restaurant close by.

Worst service ever. I told the staff plenty times that my bus is running and i am out of time. No order received even in 10 minutes. I really have to run without taking the food. Worst staff and worst service ever.

This is a great McDonald's located at the Norton Canes Services on the M6 Toll, not to busy, lots of self order boards, no queing, clean place and quite relaxing

I had a very poor experience. I waited for 20 minutes and still did not receive the item I ordered, which caused me to almost miss my bus. This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this establishment due to their poor service. They don't even care .

Excellent for a service station

На приёме заказа работают либо слепые либо очень глупые люди. Часто пробивают не то, что ты хотел. А после разводят руками. Это касается ваучеров за парковку. Ужасно.
