Been here before and returned. Never had a bad experience in any Lounges to be honest. Very good food, coffee and very good service per usual. 👍🏼👍🏼

The main highlight is that the restaurant is located in a fantastic castle. Not everything was delicious—the pasta was unimpressive, but the halibut and appetizers were tasty. The selection of wines by the glass was quite good. Inside, it’s cozy and atmospheric, perfectly in tune with the castle’s charm. The staff were incredibly kind and genuinely welcoming.

It's a lovely place to come and for the children to play always somewhere to sit and the staff are really friendly

Rubbish service at the bar over 1 hour for food service atmosphere dull only 4 in whole of pub

This is located near a canal but is away from other amenities so although pretty it's is not ideal. Rooms are dated mattresses are uncomfortable with not much support and can feel every spring and bump. Rust in fittings in bathrooms, toilet roll holders broke there doesn't seem to be much pride in their building. The cleaner kept knocking on the door multiple times from 8.30am despite checkout being up to 11. On the other hand it is relatively cheap to stay here and you do get plug sockets by your bed and the reception staff were polite and friendly.

I attended with my daughter, her boyfriend and friends. The manager was DJing, I requested some tunes a couple of times. He didn’t take lightly to this. As a result he barred me Peggy Mitchell style! 😂

Our local Chinese was closed so I decided to try a local pizza .we had an Hawaiian and a veggie .the base was uncooked there was virtually no pineapple but when it can to the ham it was cut into the smallest squares you could get …will I return never should have gone across the road to papa John …
