The food tastes great but one drink that was advertised was not available, idk why but that doesn't affect the rating I give, the toilets are clean which for me is really important, the atmosphere is calm and casual which I really like, thank you Costa staff and have a happy new year.

Avoid, advertise deals and then don't charge appropriately, service is slow and coffee is average, save your money go to greggs

Most rude woman I have ever encountered in a customer facing role. Rolled her eyes, made rude comments to her colleague about me, the most unprofessional manner and attitude. Would avoid and drive to the next available Costa.

The coffee is not the same every time I use the place. Sometimes it is strong other times week ….3/4 of a cup sometimes so not very consistent. Minworth drive through

The worst costa I have ever been too. Rude staff. Never have any food in the morning. Always talking to each other on their headphones. And very expensive . I visit costa regularly and this shop lets them down . The costa at asda across the road is completely the opposite

Vegan ham and cheeze sandwiches we're very nice, green tea was good, hot chocolate I said what no cream? Told I didn't ask for it? Replied I wasn't offered it which was disappointing I'm normally asked if I want cream or I get it anyway as I had large, scanned my app for the 'beans' but never received them, I don't think I'll come back to this particular store again sorry

I had an awful experience yesterday my car broke down at the window. All the staff was so lovely and helpful especially a lovely boy called Jayden who even got his mum to help out. Absolutely lovely they were. And then another worker I didn’t get the name of…closed the drive through down today. Till it was picked up. So very helpful. Thanks you to all those who helped me. I appreciated it so much.

I had gone to this costa, after feeling exhausted before my day had even started, as I knew it was going to be a long one, however this Drive thru experience at this branch changed ny day with just a minute of an interaction with Vicky, She is bubbly, friendly and efficient. She had literally made my morning from simply just being herself, I just wanted to take a minute to recognise this as its not often you get that kind of experience nowadays. So Thank you Vicky for being you!

Brilliant as always, Recommend a visit

Such a weird environment inside. After the staff took my friends order, I had to wait 10 minutes to be served after as the staff were too busy talking and didn’t acknowledge I was there.. I Wasn’t asked if I wanted any extras with my drink when I did so didn’t even bother giving them any extra of my custom. Our drinks weren’t even hot. No friendly approach. Won’t be visiting again.

Worst Costa I’ve been too. The only time I use this store is if the Costa in Asda is closed (before 8.30am). Drinks always taste bad and seems to take 3 times longer than any other costa to get your drink. I’ve been about 6 times now and 3 of those the drinks where wrong and when I did get the right drink it tasted like drain water. Save your time and if you can, go see the staff at the Asda costa. They know how to make a drink…
