My only relation to the place is unfortunately problematic. I passed by late afternoon, got in the parking area only to see that it was not what we were looking for. So, we did the loop in the parking area, searched on Google maps for another closeby cafe while sitting in the car in the middle of the pathway with the engine on, decided within a couple of minutes, because of the traffic waited at the gate to exit for a few seconds, and left. A few days later, I received a parking notice of £100 for entering the parking area. It's the first time in my life for being charged a penalty for not parking! I have appealed but yet haven't heard back from the private company. The whole experience is unfortunate and damages the reputation of the cafe, which might be a good one - I didn't try it. I hope this is resolved on the basis of mere logic.

Very happy with this place - has wifi, and lovely selection of coffee, cakes, sandwiches, breakfast and specials. Great atmosphere, with a great community and lovely staff.

I like Club Cappo, not just because it's local to me but it is a clean and friendly business which I would recommend if you were in the neighbourhood

Lovely cafe but they do not welcome people working in the cafe as the plugs are all off limits. It's a shame as we were planning to spend the afternoon working and buying teas/ coffee. In the end we had to leave when we ran out of laptop battery and find a cafe elsewhere. It's a shame we couldn't stay and support our local cafe.

Just lovely . My friend is recently in a wheelchair. Access is good and we just love the time we have here .. 😀 x

It's a pleasant enough place. Staff are always friendly. Prices are a little high but it's always busy when I've been so I guess local people are willing to pay that much. Nice that I can get a coffee when I'm out with the dog and the jar of dog treats is a bonus.

Loverly cafe perfect for a catch up with friends and wheel chair friendly which is a must in my current situation, friendly staff great atmosphere and fabulous cake.

Popped in today on a dog walk and had such a lovely experience. The lady who served us with the red hair (sorry I didn’t get your name) was so welcoming and friendly - really Made the experience even more enjoyable. Water and treats were happily provided for our pooches and we thoroughly enjoyed our drinks and cake! Will definitely be back.

Can’t believe how expensive this place was. Paid £8.65 for a sandwich and a can of pop. Was charged a £1 extra for cheese. Sandwich was mediocre at best with cheap ingredients used. Coleslaw was awful. Won’t be rushing back.

Came to Club Cappuccino today to work while my car had an MOT down the road. Staff were really nice and friendly, food and coffee was amazing as always - but really appreciated one lovely lady bringing me a glass of water whilst I was neck-deep in emails and work. Was so kind of her to notice and I didn't get to thank her before I left. So thank you 😊 xx

Brought my nephews here for breakfast. Although the food was nice, the customer service left a little to be desired! The lady who served us wasn’t overly friendly to start. Then once the food came out, we realized that they had overcharged us for 4 orders instead of 3. I was told to come and get a refund when we’d finished. We asked for sauce, and 2 small packets were given between 3 of us. I asked for another one and she almost reluctantly looked at me as if we shouldn’t be asking for more! When we’d finished our food and I went to ask for the refund, another man on the till was there so I explained that we were due a partial refund, the lady was in the background and instead of actually apologizing for the mistake, she just gave the man the receipt and told him what to refund. And again didn’t apologize! This might sound menial to comment on, but a friendly face and customer service goes a long way! It’s easy to make a mistake when it’s busy I’m sure, but apologizing to the customer should be essential. Won’t be returning in a hurry!

Very noisy inside unfortunate, difficult to hear one another unfortunately. Think it's probably the low ceiling.

I've been a few times to this cafe. The staff are always very friendly. The food is delicious and fresh. As a coeliac I've never had a problem with their breakfast butties, filled jacket potatoes or GF cake options and there's always a good range of meals for me. The drinks are well made and the coffee is always hot. It's not big but it's definitely a lovely place to kick back and relax.

Great food and choice of cakes. Can be difficult to find a seat at peak times but this is because it’s so popular. Strangely had a breakfast sandwich at 10am and got crisps and salad? That was a waste really as it wasn’t eaten, and was charged price for lunch time sandwich as apposed to breakfast. Otherwise, love the club sandwich !

Beautiful food and good options including vegan at reasonable prices, staff friendly and plenty of tables inside and out, dogs are welcome outside on decked area, there are also heaters outside, ham and cheese toasty was very nice and so was the vegan cheeze and onion, one of us had green tea which was very nice, definitely worth a visit

This little cafe is one of the best ones I've visited. Food was amazing and staff were really friendly and helpful. My wife jokingly asked fo extra bacon on her sandwich and they did and didn't charge either.

We popped in for a quick coffee and ended up staying for longer than planned. Lovely, clean and welcoming. The staff are lovely and very knowledgeable about dietary requirements and there’s lots of gluten free options. Will definitely return.

Staff are lovely and friendly and the drinks and pastries are wonderful. The hot food can be very hit and miss (cold toast, overdone poached eggs, burnt croissants) and for the price it's quite disheartening.

After a long walk with the dogs we went Club Cappuccino on a Sunday Morning. Three Adults, 2 children and 2 dogs. We sat outside due to having the dogs and we sat under the outside heaters and we all was nice and warm. We had Hot chocolate, tea and pop and toasted tea cakes which we all enjoyed. The dogs got a bowl of water and a dog biscuit each. The staff are really friendly and it finished off our enjoyable Sunday Morning Look forward to our next visit there

Enjoy lunch after a walk in New Hall Valley.

First time visited to meet some friends. Good choices on the menu with yummy cakes. Great for parking with lots of areas to sit and enjoy. Will be revisiting.

Website and their Instagram accounts clearly state that they have gluten and dairy free options. However, the last few times we have been, these options have not been available with nothing in the cafe being gluten free. Very disappointed as they clearly state these options are available.

Chipped teapot, brown stains in cup (even after asking for a clean one) and only enough milk for the coffee - had to ask for some for the tea. Cake ordered but never arrived - had to ask for that too! Not impressed. Young girl who brought our order to the table was lovely though!

Visit weekly as a member of Wylde Green Wheelers cycle club. Great location, perfect seating arrangements, warm friendly welcome everytime and of course cake to die for. Love it.

Go here regularly. Always have excellent service. Cater for gluten free and lactose free drinks and food. Can book ahead which makes it easier.

The staff (the girl with the shoulder length hair tattoos on both arms + glasses piercing) weren't nice to my friends and I. We were told in a sing song way to 'sit down girls' when we were looking at the cakes preparing to order. Since then we always see that staff talking behind our backs and looking in our direction, it is very unsettling and uncomforting

Latte was like kettle water. Ordered a breakfast muffin and I was given a white soft bap. At the point of ordering I wasn’t advised they didn’t have muffins and was given the cheaper alternative - not what was advertised.

Not dog friendly. You can sit outside on the terrace with a dog (today is 3° and torrential rain) so give this place a miss if you have a dog with you.

Can only agree with previous reviewers on the cleanliness of this place. Sadly the standards have gone right down . Tables not wiped or sanitised , sticky from previous customers . Covid regulations seem to be a thing of the past here . There is no sense of urgency with the staff to clear plates from the counters or tables , Probably due to the fact nobody to wash up ? Menus are no good filed on the other side of the cafe . Customers need to be aware what food is available on arrival. Maybe another board on the wall to display the menu ? i.e. Soup of the Day , sandwich fillings etc. The staff must be fed up constantly repeating themselves !! Finally , staff are not wearing masks or sanitising during service . Such a shame but the standards are not what they used to be .

Can't believe I've lived in the area for 4 years and never been here before. Lovely little cafe, tables both inside and outside under large canopies. Lovely range of products, great service and everything was very tasty.

Great place for a coffee and chat. Food ok but takes ages to come. They need to invest in better ‘commercial’ kitchen kit to speed up service then it would get another star.

Lovely area to have a coffee and chat. They are very helpful if you have a dog providing fresh water.

When I retire, Club Cappuccino, I hope, will be my final resting place. There is a laid-back hum to proceedings as distinguished fellows and ladies converse in comfortable surroundings. There is plenty of space out front under parasol cover. There is plenty of plush seating inside too where light pours in from the sky lights. It isn’t an artisan coffee shop, nor should it be. As long as the staff smile, the large folding doors are open and the soothing hum of conversation continues. Club Cappuccino will triumph.

Has been a Covid while since we've been able to sit and have a coffee out. Really nice place to do just that. Nice and clean inside and out. Staff very friendly and provided an excellent Covid safe service. A1BANGON!!!

I’d been here a few times and it wasn’t great but could forgive the shortfalls as wanted to support local. Unfortunately I had a really unpleasant experience here most recently so I don’t know if I’ll be going back

A nice clean place and staff are friendly place. Nice place to meet up. However I don't like their coffee. A simple black coffee is what I like but it lacked any real flavour. No alternative coffee bean was offered, so sorry Club Cappuccino you are not for me.

I had a tasty panini and a hot drink Very fairly priced

My husband and I visited Club Cappuccino yesterday morning . It was extremely busy both inside and out . We managed to get a high stool table for two just inside the door . The queue from the counter to order food and drinks made it impossible to social distance . The floor was marked off but due to number of tables it wasn’t possible to social distance correctly . People in the queue were apologising for having nowhere else to stand . We visit this coffee shop about once a fortnight at different times . The staff are very friendly and helpful but when it’s busy they can’t see to drinks food and clear tables ...the later then needing to be sanitised before being taken by new customers . This rarely happens as the minute one lot of customers leave the table is grabbed complete with all the dirty cups etc which get removed when the new order arrives . I am trying to be realistic here in that the staff are working flat out but can’t include the new covid rules as too busy . Two tables taken out down the middle would make the queue safe and give the serving staff room to move . We will continue to visit as it’s a lovely local coffee shop but even masked up when not eating it still feels uncomfortable . We check in and sanitise but the seating is a tad close together.
