The food was stunning. I had meat chilli&garlic balti with fried rice. The meat was soo tender n melted in ur mouth. Absolutely beautiful.. The guy was so nice that helped me on the phone too. Havnt been happy with a food order like this in a long timeee

I have used this place for a few years now and cannot fault it. The food is always excellent, occasionally have to wait a short while as it gets pretty busy.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! I ordered a strawberry daiquiri, now I've had plenty of them and know what isn't an actual strawberry daiquiri, it was literally syrup with Ice! I asked for a refund as I wasn't happy and the service was horrible, the lady was very rude and wasn't taking on board my feedback, literally the worst I've ever been spoken to! They seriously need to understand this isn't the right way to go about things, would never recommend going here!

I won't lie, the service here is not very good. The workers are not trying to be friendly. I feel like they don't get paid at all. The attitude towards the food is also very poor. I ordered a pizza, but they made the shape very strange, like if someone smashed the pizza.

Ordered food from here, ordered lamb chops which came as diced lamb and were freezing cold and had gone hard fries and naan which was also not edible due to the temperature. Called to speak with the manager and was told they are extremely busy which was their excuse for lack of edible food

Called them for first time I asked for delivery and ordered around £17 meal he told me ok I call u back in 2 minutes they didn’t even ask my address lol its 1 hour passed still no call🥴

The food is always freshly cooked, and they have a quick service, i love the cod and chips. I come all the way from halesowen. Friendly family run business. Always bustling in this joint. 💯 *CASH ONLY PAYMENTS.

If I could give a lower rating I would food wasn't fresh hard chips like they reheat them lamb Donna is cheap meat and over greasy ain't been there in years food definitely gone down hill one clear it's no longer Indian it's halal and that's a pitty as its low quality meat but I guess if you never had the food before you wouldn't notice the big difference Handsworth is not the same s++t hole now total waste of money avoid

(Note: Jawad fish and chips were closed for 2 months to change its name to Charlie 2 and style to make foods delicious) I went to Jawad Fish and Chips before, Service is okay but it takes like 6 minutes sometimes, the food is tasty, the atmosphere is alright though
