The service was bad I was calling the restaurant and they just turned their phone off or blocked my number bec after ringing multiple times the call stopped going through. I left in the notes can I have a call back to my number and didn’t receive one. The pizza tasted off and the cheese was different. I normally order from here and the cheese didn’t taste right it tasted like it was out of day and was very thick.

Very delicious food proper Indian taste. We really enjoyed the food.

Ordered food from here, ordered lamb chops which came as diced lamb and were freezing cold and had gone hard fries and naan which was also not edible due to the temperature. Called to speak with the manager and was told they are extremely busy which was their excuse for lack of edible food

I have used this place for a few years now and cannot fault it. The food is always excellent, occasionally have to wait a short while as it gets pretty busy.

Great for pizza and peri peri chicken. Good price too - 2x 16" pizzas for £14, and full peri peri chicken £8. Both quality and price are very good.

Place has gone so down hill, the food is getting more and more expensive and the quality of the food is not even that good anymore. What annoys me even more is that I'm having to pay 10p for a sauce on my food? That too, 10p PER sauce. Absolute disgrace, want the original owner back

I recently had the chance to visit Saqib Kabab House in Lozells, and I feel it's important to share my thoughts on the experience. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite what I had hoped for. One of the most noticeable issues was the saltiness of the food. It seemed like every dish I tried was over-seasoned, which made it difficult to appreciate the unique flavors that should have been there. Instead of enhancing the meal, the saltiness overshadowed everything, leaving a lingering taste that wasn't very pleasant. Another aspect that stood out to me was the portion sizes. They were surprisingly small for the price point. I expected to leave feeling satisfied, but I found myself still hungry after my meal. It felt like I was paying a premium for a meal that didn't quite deliver in terms of quantity. This was particularly disappointing, as I remember enjoying generous portions during my previous visits. Overall, I would rate Saqib Kabab House a 3-star experience. It's clear that they have some work to do to regain their former quality. I genuinely hope they can address these issues soon, as I would love to see them back to their best. The potential is there, and with a few adjustments, they could easily improve the dining experience for their customers.
