When the food arrived one big slice of my pitzza was missing, when i call to restaurant they said very arogant to me "yeas we cut from it ,hope u don't mind " i do mind u took advantage i pay cash and i can't have a refund ...shame on you!!!

I gave this place a second chance as my first order from them was terrible. This one was even worse. They sent a margarita pizza instead of meat feast. The other pizza had barely any toppings at all. Both pizzas were greasy and completely flavourless. The chips tasted reheated. The only plus point was the salad, which was the usual pizza toppings in a container, but at least it had flavour. Massively disappointing and won't be making a third order from here, the "food" went into the bin.

I call them for food delivery, thay said oky then they took my order. But after take my food Order they didnt took my address and payment, just say ok then cut the call, after i call them they didnt even received my call, very bad customers service. Never back again.

Food came piping hot and the quality was 20/10 cannot fault it and the staff listened to the instructions and made it to perfection!! :)

Not impressed, waited over an hour from the initial estimated time of delivery. Tried calling the restaurant, they didn't pick up. When I asked for some money back because of the lateness of the order, they refused. Will not be ordering from here aga

The service was bad I was calling the restaurant and they just turned their phone off or blocked my number bec after ringing multiple times the call stopped going through. I left in the notes can I have a call back to my number and didn’t receive one. The pizza tasted off and the cheese was different. I normally order from here and the cheese didn’t taste right it tasted like it was out of day and was very thick.

My order was missing a couple of items. I phoned the restaurant, was told their delivery driver had gone home already, but that they’d still have the missing items made and delivered to me. All food, including missing items, were delivered hot/fresh and very quickly. Overall, excellent customer service and great food. I would definitely order from them again.

Foods gone really bad, had burned solid pizza and chicken not fresh, I ask for sauce guy said he packed it, come home, no sauce packed.

Don't bother ordering the margarita special as they won't bother making it and will make a normal margarita everytime. There is literally no point in them having it on the menu. If you order late at night when many other establishments aren't open then expect your food to be burnt to a crisp and inedible. If you call they will fix it right away but the amount of mistakes they make is ridiculous. Avoid if you aren't desperate to eat. They should just close down as they clearly don't care about the food that they serve

I understand that sometimes it's busy in the eve but it is not acceptable to give out burnt pizza when you not this is the not the standard and especially when we pay

Took 1/2 hours to come for one kids meal and 2 sides! Told me it was delivered online after 50 mins, phoned them just after to be told 5 mins till delivery! It wasn't! Food was hot can't complain about that but delivery was a joke!

Ordered pizza at 6 was informed it would take 45minutes, by 7:00 no pizza. Phoned up at 7:00 was informed ten minutes away. Driver turned up at 7:30, food was cold not impressed. Driver said only one worker fir delivery, very disappointed especially fir a Saturday night one driver. Very mean and stingy only two pounds taken of my order which in total was £22.00. Will stick to my usual delivery pizza,

I ordered 4 pizzas and it was one of the worst tasting pizza I have ever tasted as the bread was hard and the cheese was barley even on the pizza. The toppings tasted old as if they had been in the freezer for a long time and the overall experience was also very embarrassing and revolting. I would never go here as it was a waste of my money and time.

It was 1 hour 10 mins delay! I called the restaurant 4 times. They said they were busy and lacking enough staff support! If you were busy then you would leave let me know that you will be delayed rather than keeping me waiting! Or you could have stopped taking orders or you could have gotten more staff. You must not make the customer suffer.

To less sauces in the tubs and the pizza taste really bad it looks like there is soil mixed in it they need to improve with their toppings and they need to totally remove mushroom for the toppings it taste bad and they need to see what is the best combination to get the best pizza over all no good
