Lackluster place should really only order from here if you have limited or no other choice

Ordered on a Sunday at 7:30, 3.4 mile delivery bear in mind. ETA was 8:05. 8:45 it arrives - £42 and it was cold and dripping with water from condensation. The portion sizes were not to boast about and it was disappointing to say the least. Burgers were nice, fries were simply bad. Naga donner meal was literally donner dipped into MrNaga and some cream. This business needs to step up if it wants to survive in Quinton.

Food was 10/10 and the lads always cater to your needs. Will go back when I'm around in the area.

I ordered a 6oz smash burger as a meal with a snickers mikshake. The burger came with cheese, gherkins, phatt munch sauce, onions and I asked for lettuce too. The burger was honestly delicious and the fries decent too. The snickers milkshake was really good. Highly Recommended*** But much quicker order times for collections. Please disregard all the negative google reviews as they are for the previous shop that was a curry house.

Took a walk here this evening after finding a smash pattie place so close......I have not been disappointed. Fries > fresh crunchy hot noice. 9oz triple smash, special order without onions > absolutely smashed pure flavours! Definitely be back and 100% recommend. Let's goooooo!!!

Ordered a simple chicken curry medium hot, there was no flavour, couldn't taste any spices, very bland. The chicken taste like it was part boiled. Very dissatisfied to say the least. The chicken Tikka starter had hardly any flavour too. Even the keema naan looked and tasted like doner meat instead of keema. This used to be a great curry house, my favorite but OMG it's bloody awful now. What a waste of money and time. Never ordering from here again.

Not happy with my order at all. I ordered a mixed meat madras and a chicken madras. The mixed meat madras only contained minced meat, there was no mix of meats. The chicken madras contained no chicken and also only contained minced meat - so not at all what was ordered. We also ordered two keema naans. These naans were incredibly sweaty, and contained what looked like donner meat from a kebab shop, not the red meat which keema naans usually contain. Then we ordered two papadoms but read the special offers which said 'Free papadoms, mint sauce and onion salad with every order' - we did not receive any extra papadoms other than the two we paid for, and received no mint sauce or onion salad. Really disappointed with this service, and for so much to go wrong. This was a birthday takeaway dinner too which made it even more disappointing.

The food was absolutely delicious and have to say the naan and king prawn bhunas were my favourite. The customer service was amazing, as they really helped us out in picking what the best food would be for a mini celebration and it was all really good. The chef also came out and personally recommended his favourite dishes, which was really sweet. Overall, it felt like an amazing experience.

Me and a friend ordered some food the other night and was happy how quick the came and thought nothing about it until we started unpacking our meals and I noticed that we was missing items so quickly called clay oven and spoke to the man who answered the phone I said hi we are missing some items and he assured me that once the driver returns he will said the missing items out to us. I said ok so sat there and waited and waited…..can you see where this is going…..no missing items turned up and our other food was now cold. Me and my friend have used clay oven for the past few years but as of now we won’t be using a company that lies and doesn’t keep there word.

Well worth trying the Clay Oven just behind Osmaston Road on Swinfield Road. We’ve been wanting an excuse to try it for a while (when we find somewhere we good we rarely try anywhere else) and Clay Oven was really good. Good portions and quality. Well worth a try. Cooked fresh in front of you.

I ordered from this restaurant based on the existing reviews however I am sad to say that the food was a huge let down. The Paneer pasanda was extremely sweet with an overload of coconut. It felt like I am having pina colada paneer. And the Butter chicken was not like how it's supposed to be. While the chicken was still okay, the gravy did not have defined flavours except for sweet. Won't recommend for Indian food lovers.

Food is so nice always on time or sometimes early, food is always piping hot, always use when fancy an Indian never go any where else

Recently started using Clay Oven. The service is fast and delivery drivers polite. Food tastes lovely especially the vindaloo. Chicken Pakora to die for....although I hope not literally! As someone who cooks proper Indian/Mauritian food it was nice to have proper pharata too and avoid the explosion in a flour factory in my own kitchen! Dishes are very reasonably priced too.

Have ordered takeaway from here a couple of times. Always been quick and the food is very tasty. Unfortunately this time they did send one item that was wrong, however as soon as I called them this was sorted. A new item was sent to me extremely quickly, the delivery driver was so polite and apologetic. Excellent customer service, will definitely be ordering again!

Without doubt the best curry I have had in many years. Top quality food, good portion sizes and very reasonable prices. Seriously people give it a try. The tikka masala was absolutely exceptional. Wish could give more than five ⭐️

Poor service, website wouldnt accept order, called directly not allowed same offers as online despite not working. No attempt to rectify issue. Wont be using again.

My sons ordered several dishes late last night. But found the curries taste as very poor. Lack of basic taste as I can very well . The Nan tasted sweet . One star is for the Home delivery. Sadly had to bin the whole lot

Love this kitchen, just over the road, great choice on the menu and cooked fresh in front of you. Great value, great service too..a dish got missed from our order and it was dashed over the road to us, can’t fault them. Sadly can’t find them on TripAdvisor to add to my other reviews.

WORST CURRY IVE EVER EATEN (then minutes later threw up) For a curry with ZERO taste and rice more flavourful than the actual curry please use this "fine" establishment. The meat was chewy and tough. The whole meal was watery leading me to believe it's only been microwaved. After a few mouthful I couldn't eat anymore, compared it with my partners curry which was the same, it was marginally better. No sooner had I tried hers i was sick, twice! My partner phoned them up straight away to complain and was told to seek medical advice and offered a replacement meal, which was the last thing I wanted. No offer of credit or a refund on their part. All in all I was left disgusted with every aspect of this takeaway from food qualiry to service.

Ordered a takeaway via just eat. All the dishes were full of onions with very little meat. The flavours were nice. Won't be ordering again.

They delivered at promise time, the food was absolutely delicious could taste all the ingredients in a lovely curry sauce the mixed grill stunning the marinade al well cooked to perfection I most definitely recommend and will order again real taste of India ,absolutely delicious please try it

I have never left a review on google before but after placing an order here felt I had to. Received the wrong order, so called them up and the manager - who also declared himself the owner - was very rude. He would not accept responsibility for me receiving the wrong order, instead insisting he had sent the correct one. I said I can send photos, or he could come and collect it to show them it is the wrong order. To which he replied ‘I don’t have time to do that, we sent you the right order’ He was very rude, unfriendly and not helpful what so ever. I would not order from here again and will definitely not be recommending

Quite simply the best Indian take away in cheltenham. Portion sizes massive and the naga curry is hot rather than just flavoured. Never been any complaint from me as a regular customer 6/1/18...order for collection...hot and tasty as always...no complaints yet again...have even got leftovers for today

Have eaten from here before and thought it was pretty good! Ordered from here last night and unfortunately we have been put off eating here again. We ordered Poppadoms but wasn't expecting to literally only get one poppadom which i think is really stingey for a food order of over £20. The mango chutney tasted really off! I can only describe it as tasting plasticy/chemicaly...hope it was safe to eat?! After the initial mouthfull i didn't have any more. Maybe just an off day for them but sorry, won't be ordering from here again.

The variety and menu choice is very good. service is friendly and advice on the menu choice has always been excellent. I use this takeaway quite regularly and the quality is always consistently good.

The Curry Hut has done us proud a few times now. The food has some original twists that were very welcome over the normal type curries you get. It was nice to see all the food cooked in front of me and even asking about what to have and the heat of the dishes, the chefs helped suggest dishes I wouldn't have normally had. The delivery was a little slow but who isn't on a Friday night. It was worth it. Go try the Curry Hut!
