Wanted to try their food, but don’t think this will ever happen again

the quality of the naan was rubbish it hardly had any meat in the naan it was like ordinary naan I won't buy this type of keema nun again

I always order from this place and normally the food is decent but this time I was let down and probably won’t order from here again. I ordered x 2 meat biryanis and received chicken biryanis instead? If I wanted chicken I would’ve selected chicken. The restaurant didn’t even have the decency to inform me of this which is disgusting service.

Have you changed your meat supplier. What type of meat cut you started using?. It was chewy and hard. I stopped eating your meat curries I thought I give it a go after quiet a while but I didnt enjoy it just ate the sauce left the meat hard as rubber boots. I will only order the chicken breast from now on. Don't compromise on quality.

2 hours late and missing items. Normally they are ok on delivery and get the order right. This time around they were terrible. it took numerous calls to get through. even then I was told "it's on the way" but still took over half an hour and the starter box was squashed and virtually flat.

Ordered 6 rotis and got 4, chicken balti was very sweet with no spice even tho I asked for medium. Very disappointed as this was my first and last time ordering from here.

I’m a regular here. The food is amazing and the customer service is on point. I would highly recommend the Meat Balti and Keema with potatoes and peas with tawa roti.

The popodoms were stale, but I didn't order them. The curry was an oil slick but super tasty, and the paneer was some of the best I've ever had. I'd order again

the spinach doesn't taste good and fresh like last time it's taste like been cooked days ago.

I ordered 500 grams of chicken on the bone and boneless lamb. The food was delivered fresh and hot. One garlic naan and four rotis were also included. The food was delicious and tasted homemade. The garlic naan was exceptional, and the roti was very good. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you. P.S. I appreciated the complimentary papadums and pickles.

You will not believe it. We have been regular clients of Azims since 1981. Never disappointed. Delicious food every time. Our favourite is balti meat, chicken and mix vegetables balti. Usually order delivery service and takes approximately 45 minutes and delivered hot. Porathas and garlic nans are super tasty as well. Sometimes free pardons are soggy but ok. Highly recommend. Can order desi style if need more spicy flavours. Good potion size as well Thank you

I waited for my order but your restaurant allowed me to place an order but when I called I think you guys were closed I didn’t receive my refund but I find it disgusting that a restaurant can take money but not complete an order and I’ve tried to call but no answer

ordered mild creamy but the lamb karahi was packed with black pepper it was extremely spicy I am a regular customer they cud do better test of food was 👍

My first time ordering from here. The food arrived a bit later than delivery time stated. The Medium Meat Balti i ordered tasted Mild and was full of oil. Was a bit disappointed with the food as I was expecting it to be better.

The chicken pakora was extremely dry and hard, did not taste fresh at all. The chicken curries were fine, the meat curries were not as good. The potatoe in the saag aloo was quite hard. The kids meal portion was good. The poppadoms and salad/sauces/dips were the best thing about the whole meal.

When it was meant to arrive it hadn’t so I called up and they realised my order came was noticed (didn’t come up on all their devices). They apologise and chucked in a free food and got it out to me 20 minutes (priority call). I would have gave it 4 star the delivery but I also had to walk to the car to get my food (the street leading to my apartment was closed). I asked the guy to park up and walk to my building but he said ‘sorry can you come here and walk please’. Chilli panner was good!

My second order from here and the first one was really impressive. Compared to that this was extremely disappointing. The food arrived very late which is understandable given it's the weekend and I'm not complaining about it. but everything tasted very blend. don't know why would they put SO MUCH mushrooms on the curry sauce that came with the biryani! as if it was a mushroom curry. the kebabs were nice, but everything else straight to the bin. hope they'll do better next time.

Long time waiting for food. I'm still waiting about 40 minutes to have my food .

Been going here for a while now its about 10 miles from where I live but is worth the drive out. The food is always very nice and the portions are nice and big and well worth every penny and also very cheep. The front of house are very friendly and welcoming the chap with the glasses is a top bloke and has great customer skills. The other bloke is also very friendly and welcoming and can take a big order off the top of his head and doesn't need to write it down. We had a party of around 10 and he didn't miss a thing when he told it back to us (quite impressive) always leave a tip as its well deserved would fully recommend.

The first time I went here was earlier this year and I was actually impressed with the food. However, me and my friends were overcharged and no receipt was provided! I thought I'd give these lot another chance. Hence, earlier this month I went again to Azim's WITH MY FAMILY only to get overcharged at least £15 extra and the waiter didn't give a receipt. I hadn't realised this at the time but when I got home I was annoyed with myself for going. I ALSO HAD TO KEEP ASKING FOR SMALL THINGS LIKE SALAD AS THE WAITER KEEP FORGETTING! PLEASE STAY AWAY LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! YOU ARE BETTER OFF TRYING ANY OTHER RESTAURANT! Hygiene is also poor.

We ordered really late in the night after a very difficult day and really needed some nice food to cheer ourselves up-- we could not have been happier with our order. Tasty food, all arrived warm, there were even two free poppadoms! We both had the chicken tikka masala balti and a garlic naan, all of which was absolutely delicious. The person who delivered the food was very friendly too. Definitely a new favourite, we will be ordering again! <3

Delivery driver very rude I write note less spicy but still the put to much we can't eat it waste of money.

This was by far the worst curry I have ever had. I couldn’t even eat it. The rice was bland, the curry tasted nothing like what I ordered. The meat didn’t seem right and my naan bread was horrible too. Even the mint sauce was horrible. The only item that was how it should taste was the papadom. I will never order from here again!

The food was fabulous. Loved the chicken Balti and meat vindaloo, with some onion bajis, garlic naan and some poppadoms all gone down with a few beers. No complaints. The driver was so polite and I wished him a happy Ramadan (was his last drop off the night so blessed him a safe journey home too) But will be ordering here again 100%.

Food was OK, I ordered the curry 'Creamy mild' but it was neither, although what I could manage tasted fine... The rice had a TONNE of mushrooms in - which I hate... The delivery driver was a top guy though, really friendly and personable!

Received wrong order ; ordered a mild tikka received a hot spicy curry with hot spicy side sauce and instead of a garlic nan a plain nan now hungry and to late to order anything else as on a work trip and up early in the morning…

These lot are no good, ordered a takeaway and repeated my order step by step twice and the guy over the phone then repeated after me, took the food home only to discover parts of my order was not there... phoned them an the guy over the phone apologised even tho i knew he didnt mean it did not really seem that bothered told him i came all the way down from walsall, did not offer a refund or anything.. the rest of the food was just ok, the best part was the chilli n mint yogurt they were nice apart from that they made me angry n raised my blood pressure overall ruining my evening.. so i wouldnt bother with these again unless if i became the manager myself n started baby sitting them through every order, i just dont understand how you can get it wrong when there was nobody inside neither was the phones dinging off, actually, i do realise why they wasnt busy, they making a habit of shorting customers on orders. Also the place has no parking absolute nightmare to get any parking.

Ordered lamb chops, spicy wings, meat seekh kebab, fish tikka, naan and chips. The chops were nice and a large size, the wings were nice, can't comment on the meat seekh kebabs as they didn't give them to us unfortunately and instead we found chicken tikka was given, they didn't inform us of the substitution, would have preferred to know instead of having chicken tikka forced on us. If you don't have something then tell your customers and be honest And at least substitute with a like for like could have put chapli kebabs in instead or shami kebabs, Wasn't that helpful when we called and pointed out what had happened. The salad given was nice and fresh and the mint yogurt and chilli sauce was nice. The chicken tikka was OK, The naan was average. The chips were no good unfortunately. Poppadom was nice. The fish tikka was tasty but found a huge bone so just be careful when eating any fish from here. In two minds regarding if would order again from here again or not purely based on the seekh kebab mishap and due to the bone In the fish and the chips not being good.

horrendous and fraudulent dishes. we ordered a veg biriani that tasted of only cardamom and pepper that was greasy, a mild chick Balti that had no tomatoes and looked like custard, the cheesy Naan had no cheese, the veg pakora were cold and tasteless, the popperdoms were old, the dips 4 of them were nasty, even the chips they could not get right as were undercooked and hard, you would be better of ordering a box of wiskers cat food than ordering from here. the worst food ever. salad was dry.

I asked a restaurant to cancel my order if it takes more than 15 mins to deliver the order it has been 70 mins already. they msg me 15 mins later (not phone me) saying it will take another 20 mins. food was cold as it was waiting for 40 mins for them to find a driver for a 10 mins journey. They shouldn't have accepted the order. i never write review but this restaurant should be AVOIDED. It is a classic Asian restaurant, no understanding of customer service.

Slightly over priced, the food was a little dry, less spicy and not warm enough on arrival. Overal, the taste was lovely. I recommend everyone to try it out, I will dedinately be ordering from here again.

I eat here now and then with my husband and/ or friends. This restaurant gives you good quality authentic food for a reasonable price and doesn’t rip you off. I absolutely love eating here and the manager/ front of house Tan is amazing. He can handle anything, any order, any way you like it, he sorts you out. I love this place and will continue going!

This is a lovely takeaway.We had a few bad experiences with Just Eat and decided to give it another go after a long time.First time ordering from here and would definitely order from them again.The only reason I didn't give full stars is because the paratha was a bit greasy but the biriyanii was lovely. Lovely polite delivery driver too who was very apologetic for the order being just a little late Good customer service.
