The food was stunning. I had meat chilli&garlic balti with fried rice. The meat was soo tender n melted in ur mouth. Absolutely beautiful.. The guy was so nice that helped me on the phone too. Havnt been happy with a food order like this in a long timeee

Rude service provided by the delivery guy. I’ve been ordering from just east’s and no other delivery guy has asked me to come to a different pick up point but with Azims it’s always the same issue I face. The driver calls me to pick up the food else where and no reason being rude and shouting on the call. As if this is some free food I’ve asked them to deliver to me ! Azims please learn to educate your driver and teach them how to speak politely to the customers- and not to raise his voice at me

My autistic son will only eat butter chicken with/without saag from any Indian/pakistani curry house/takeaway so I ordered 1 butter chicken Balti with saag & 1 chicken korma but got 1 chicken korma with saag & 1 plain! I don’t know what happened for me to get 2 chicken kormas as it clearly shows on the receipt that I ordered 2 different chicken dishes & the butter chicken was meant to be mild but the korma was meant to be creamy mild and I got both the exact same! My son won’t eat it at all 😔

Way too hot, ordered desi medium hot,I'm used to pepper but this I could not eat, not happy at all 😔

The food was generally good, except for the Biayrani sauce. I simply don’t like its flavour. They should definitely offer more options for the Biayrani sauce.

The fish was low quality and had bones and stuff on it was horrible i had to throw it out

The food was cold and delivery driver was sitting inside the car and smoking he did come out and I tried calling him he did pick up the call. I felt very bad in the delivery.

Still amazes me how the Azim taste has been consistently brilliant since the 70's and is still the best balti in Brum.👍👍

Mixed girl came cold chicken was dry. Lamb was chewy kebab was stale. I love meat squirrel, but this was a massive disappointment. The food tastes microwaved.

Great curry but was not happy waiting over 2 hours from the time of order to delivery. Had to call twice only to be told 10-15 minutes wait for the delivery to arrive

I was first introduced to this restaurant back in 2010 and have always enjoyed their Balti’s over the years. Its been awhile since I ordered from here and the Balti’s are still good as I remember, only thing is the medium spice level felt a little hot for my liking so next time I’ll just order it mild.

Naan was fresh and the Korma was so rich and tasy. Loved the Biryani and enjoyed my meal. Driver was polite.

Apart from food coming late. Food was tasty & made nice. Proper Desi food. Chicken on bone was fresh & cooked to order. Aloo palak was made to order specification. Will recommend Azims restaurant again. Just need to improve on time.

In the app, it showed the order was delivered and then I had to wait for 15 minutes to get a call from the delivery person. After getting the call I had to wait for 5 minutes outside my house and then call him back to get my food.

2 hours late, rude driver and cold food never again

The food took long to come and was cold

Placed an order but we only received half of it. Apparently the delivery driver said they tried to call 7-8 times and left a voicemail because there was no answer…I’ve got no record of any missed calls or a voicemail being left. I then called the actual restaurant and the person I spoke to was understanding and offered to send the delivery driver back for a refund of the 2 missing items. The driver turns up at 11:44pm with the wrong amount of cash, left smiling & before I could say anything.

Lovely curry and good value for money...

I didn't mind it being late, it was worth it. But there was no communication to update that it would be late. Beyond that everything was really good.

The fried rice was burnt everything else was pleasant

2 hrs later and the food was eventually delivered. not very good quality rice portions small biriani was terrible served in a small circle tub 1 peice of coliflour few peas and 2 carrots absolutely appalled.

Food was nice, although the naan breads were very hard. And I did order a can of Diet Coke which wasn’t in the order. The chips are £2.50 and are in a very small container and are just not worth the money at all!! They must be making a tidy profit from those!

Was looking really forward for the food. Unfortunately we didn’t accept the food because of how late it arrived. Ordered at 6.44 and it arrived at half 8 i ended up making quick meal at home instead. My kids went bed late after waiting around ages!

First time ordering from Azim’s. Curry was given in a huge container - much bigger than any curry place I have ordered from! My family enjoyed it and I will definitely order from here again. :)

1st time ordering, was only a little late. Chips were soggy, almst tasteless BUT the curry and rice were fab! Would order again.

I know i shouldnt moan but far too much meat i prefer sauce but it was lovely .

it took nearly 2 hours for our food to be delivered we made our own rice and nann bread to accompany our food and it was ruined because of the delivery time very very disappointed

Fantastic value for money. Meat curry was so soft. Really tasty desi style food. Mixed grill was good. All in all top stuff. Delivery was fast 60 mins from start to finish. Family of 5 and still too much food. Good portions. If anything the kebabs weren't very meaty but not complaining at all. Keep it up guys. My grandad used to eat from you guys back in 1982 odd!

Had notification food was delivered, when I called the restaurant it had not even left. Then when it came delivery driver sat in car for 5 mins before calling to say he was outside in his car. Very poor service!!!

Food arrived hot and all of our dishes we're very flavoursome. The paneer shashlik....wow this had a spicy kick but exactly what I love!! Thank you

I am a regular don't leave bad reviews cos the food is good. But Just Eat ghosted my request for a refund. food marked as "delivered" 20 mins before arriving. Naan burned, poppadoms stale/soft & madras was stone cold. went in bin cos they were closed

I asked them to make my curry hot/desi style… and they followed the instructions! Lamb tikka was very tasty. Pilau rice could do with some improving though. Overall 7/10

Mix grill was great but fish I ordered for myself was frozen inside not cooked it
