Nice locals pub with plenty of real ales on offer.

Visited for an evening meal, best steak I've ever had. Also first time I've been able to enjoy a zero alcohol pint on draft (designated driver!). Busy little place, pleasant staff - recommended

Go here for Breakfast / Brunch occasionally, the breakfasts are awesome. So much choice, my partner is Veggie and the veggie breakfast did not disappoint.... Also had the king tapas one evening which is fantastic, live music afterwards too. We walk from Ripple (3.5 miles) with the Dog most weekends so being dog friendly is great. Staff are really polite, friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place..

Very busy on our visit but service still very good. Great selection of real ales.

Visited here on paddy's day, had a few bread rolls/cobs/batches/ very tasty and the Guinness was on point

The best Takoyaki! We came in on a quiet Tuesday and the server was lovely, the restaurant has lovely decor and very authentic. The food was served within excellent time and did not disappoint, we will absolutely be returning again. Thank you for having us.

I always get greeted with a friendly smile. The service is quick and the food and drinks are good.

We went for the Sunday all you can eat buffet and we were really impressed. We like variety, so we often go out for buffets across the country but this probably served the best quality food we've had from any of them; we enjoyed every dish. The setting was lovely with a big car park and the other guests were all nice and civilised too (there was no feeling of pigs in a trough, which we sometimes get in other places).

Great to pop into / stopover if you’re on your way mountain biking. Great pies and even better beer!!
