Firstly, the pizza is great and the score is no reflection on their food. I walked in and there was no signage about waiting to be seated or placing an order or anything, after milling about for a minute someone asked what I wanted and I asked if they had a table for 2, they went to check and then told me to go upstairs to be seated. The waitress was pretty prompt with taking the drinks and food orders which was great, but the pizza itself took about 30 minutes to actually arrive. That may not sound bad at 2.30pm on a Saturday but there were at least 4 tables free still so I'd dread to think what a wait it would be when those tables are full and outside is busy. The option on the menu were classic Italian style, no mighty meaty options here, it's all thin base and nice toppings - feels like quality over quantity.

I had high hopes for Red Hot Mamma in Leamington, but unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable. First, the layout was uncomfortable—the stairs were incredibly steep, making access difficult, and the tables were cramped, leaving little room to sit comfortably. The pricing was shocking—a can of Coke was £3.50, which felt extortionate. The pizzas weren’t good value for money, and the dips looked like they had been poured straight from cheap bottles you’d find in Poundland. To make matters worse, pizza ingredients like flour were scattered on the floor near the entrance, which was off-putting and didn’t give a great impression of cleanliness. Overall, extremely bad value for money. We spent £66 on a meal that was less than adequate, and honestly, we could have had a much better experience elsewhere for half the price. Left feeling frustrated and disappointed

Quirky little beach huts, food was great especially the truffle croquettes. Service was efficient and staff friendly. Didn't need to use the buzzer as very attentive. Would recommend for a date night or with a group of friends!

A comfortable and friendly local pizzeria serving large fresh pizzas and other things like arrancini. Nice coffee, cannoli and tiramisu as well. Always a firm favourite with my kids.

I needed somewhere to eat before a book launch and this place was nearby. I chose to sit in the garden which turned out to be more of a courtyard with small huts in. The huts are numbered and come with piped Italian(ish) music and a buzzer for summoning the waiting staff. The food was okay - I ordered a pepperoni pizza that at around £15 was nothing to shout about as it was slightly burnt and didn’t exactly dance with flavour. The female waiter was friendly enough but the male waiter acted as if I were an inconvenience he couldn’t wait to be rid of. At over £20 for a pizza and a drink I feel this is expensive as the quality of the food did not justify it. I’m a bit baffled by the high rating this place has as it’s just okay.

True Neopolitan pizza, amazing atmosphere (especially the huts)

Probably the best pizza I've had in the UK, their pizza bases are delightfully soft yet chewy. I highly recommend the Barbecutie pizza -it's got a really intense, flavourful set of toppings, a must-try for pepperoni lovers who like a bit of chili! The atmosphere is also lovely, and the delicious smell of pizza can be smelled from a fair distance away!

Pretty poor overall We came in on Sunday evening and ordered one gluten free pizza, a burrata and a bottle of wine between two of us First was service, slow. We asked if the burrata was gluten free and met with a scoff from our waitress who explained that it's a burrata, yes thankyou I know what a burrata is? She then quickly backtracked and said its not gluten free as it has crackers or bread served with it? We asked for the bread to be left off which were quite happy with. The pizza came out CREMATED, not burned but black. Chef came to our table when we pointed it out and explained that because the bases wernt made in house (common for GF, no issue) they were cooked twice, we've had many pizzas here before and they were never this bad, thankfully he cooked us a fresh one and was better, granted after a long wait with a quiet restaurant. The burrata was the size of a golf ball with a few cherry tomatoes scattered around it, pretty dire considering its £14. Oh they also charge £25 for a £3 bottle of Sauvingnon, I mean I understand there's a markup but wow. Plus 10% service fee ended up being £65 for a bottle of white, one pizza and one ball of cheese. Won't be back.

I love the food and the huts are incredible

First time at the Leamington Spa site for Red Hot Mama...same delicious food, great service, however atmosphere is not as great as the Warwick site. Very tight and small place. Have to walk through the kitchen to get to seating upstairs. Some out door huts to sit in, but not a restaurant atmosphere. All the seating was benches, so not comfortable if you wanted a nice meal with friends. The benches imply they want you to have a quick pizza and run...what a shame given such a fab menu, and you still get the Napoli feeling with the lemon tree in the 1st floor part of the restaurant...past the kitchen and tight stairwell...

I used to really love this place, but things have definitely changed. A couple of months ago, I ordered pizza and a few other items for delivery. Unfortunately, there were black hairs baked into the pizza — melted right into the cheese — so they clearly weren’t mine (I have blondish hair). I contacted Deliveroo and got a refund. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it was a one-off. However, we ordered again a few days ago, and once again, there were multiple hairs cooked into the pizza, tangled with the cheese just like before. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

Sree was a fantastic and attentive waitress, we will back soon and we love the wallpaper!

Great quality pizza and good service from Eesha

This is an excellent restaurant. We drove all the way from Milton Keynes just to eat here. Unfortunately, we got stuck in traffic and arrived over half an hour later than our original reservation time. But the restaurant understood that we made a special trip and didn’t want to disappoint the children, so they kindly kept our reserved hut for us. The staff were very polite, the food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended and definitely worth visiting again.

Terrible service. Took an inordinate amount of time for food - too focused on the takeaways. Lack of hygiene with waiter blowing his nose repeatedly in restaurant but not then washing his hands. Disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend and barely an apology

The pizza was really good! I had Caprese (goats cheese pepperoni and honey), with nduja mayo dip which was also really good, worth getting. The seats don't have backs to not the most comfortable, but the decorations are really nice and cosy!

The food was delicious but the service was so slow. We must have waited 20minutes once sat down with no drinks order. I had to go and ask if we needed to go on to order. The food arrived within a reasonable time and everything was exceptional, really tasty. But then we waited a very long time for the coleslaw to arrive and then had to wait for the bill. Considering there are only a few tables I don't know why it was so slow! It's a shame because apart from that it would have been 5 stars

Very tight space, although outside is better. Stratford-upon-Avon even better. Promise you won't be disappointed there.

Fantastic environment and fantastic pizza

Not good….. I had heard great things about this restaurant in Leamington but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype. The starters were overly deep fried, the pizza was a wet sloppy mess and the service was quite poor with the staff either shouting at customers at the cramped front entrance to wait another 5 minutes or just generally being disinterested in the actual restaurant area upstairs. Luckily the Warwick part of this chain is quite good but I found this Leamington one gave me an upset stomach and was just quite poor!!

One of the best pizzas I've ever had! However at busy periods the wait times can be long (which is understandable, they are a popular place) and the time estimates for takeout can be way off (30mins+ over).

Would not recommend, We Love Pizza or Leopard Spots are considerably better. Hopefully Rudy's will give this place a kick up the proverbial when it opens soon... Customer service this evening was appalling. Took 40 minutes for someone to take our order, then took a further 35 mins for all Pizzas to be served. Staff apologies were insincere at best and male staff member arrogantly dismissed our complaints that "we're just busy". Despite clearly serving other tables before serving all our pizzas. So it is clearly incredibly poorly managed. Have to say it's a real achievement when We Love Pizza is made to look like a bastion of good customer service but they've achieved that tonight... Would be 1 star if Pizzas weren't too bad.

The pizza is good but every time I look at the menu I want to rip my eyes out because of the spelling mistakes: Proscuito -> Ham Very hot -> Very hot Picante -> Spicy 5-Cheeses -> 5-Cheeses Cheese in carriage -> Cheese in carriage

Consistently late on collection orders

Great food and great service. The pizza was stunning! Really good and felt properly Neapolitan. I really enjoyed and there were various selections of pizza, amazing! I would say perhaps ask for more non spicy options but that’s unfair, the restaurant is called Red Hot! The service was good and water was constantly being refilled but it just felt a little cramped and points - there was no where for us to leave our jackets and it was a shame as the waiters and chefs all seemed really friendly. It was really nice and I recommend, the prices were very fair too.

Sadly I have to give 3 stars which is a shame as the food was really good. Sadly the service was badly lacking and that’s half of the experience when dining out. The restaurant is very small and cramped, but that was fine, it kind of added to the vibe. We arrived having pre booked at 17:15, and the restaurant was already busy. I get that it was Saturday night but 2 young lads serving didn’t seem adequate. Some time passed by and nobody came to ask what we wanted so I ended up catching the attention of one of the waiters. Starters ordered. Food was good, but it was another half an hour until we received our mains. And then still I had to ask the waiter where our food was. I do have to say that the pizzas we received were very good. We spent 1 hour 45 in the restaurant which seemed excessive. It’s good, but could be better still.

Best pizza I’ve had, if you want a delicious wood fired sourdough pizza this is the place. Not to mention the lovely service 10/10

Best pizza around in Leamington. Our new favourite. Lots of variety, delicious, quality toppings and they let you change the base to your heart's content. The pizza dough is fermented over 24 hours so no bloating from bread. Staff is always very polite. We dine in and the atmosphere is great, amazing, polite service.

The guy that runs the bookings is quite possible the worst and rudest human I've ever met in my life. If you come here make sure to get him as far away from You as possible

Been at Stoneleigh for Race Retro for nights. We cam twice for not reason other than the first night was simply brilliant. Ignore any other reviews, if you like pizza, this place is the best. Not in Leamington, but for many miles!

Walking in and the manager came to our table requesting to see our reservation even though the waiter took our booking and sat us down. The staff were rude service was slow and food it mid. We were the only people of colour in the restaurant and noticed that we were treated differently. DO NOT COME

Easily the best pizza I've ever had in my life, I've been going here for several years now and it never disappoints. Every now and then the menu gets updated with new options and they are always fantastic. The staff is friendly and kind, very good at their service and the kitchen is always amazing at preparing pizzas on time. Truly a wonderful place 5* all around!

Loved this place ! Amazing Food - I had the nicest pizza I'd eaten in over 30 years. I loved the atmosphere and the decor with fake lemon trees it was so colourful and fun. There are steep winding steps so its no good for anyone with mobility problems.

Having being impressed by the Warwick branch on a number of occasions, my first visit to Leamington was very disappointing. The pizza itself was pretty good but the service was poor. After 30 minutes with no drink order, we had to call the waitress over ourselves. Same again for food. The food then took over 90 minutes to arrive. While I understand we were a larger group and the restaurant was busy, multiple other tables were served before us and 90 minutes is more than enough time to cook Neapolitan style pizza. Throughout the night we were never offered further drinks and instead had to grab the attention of the waitress whenever possible. The icing on the cake was being chased out of the restaurant as if we had overstayed our welcome, having spent hundreds of pounds on food and drink and a mandatory service charge. I won't be returning.

One of the best pizzas I've eaten!!! Can't recommend enough.
