This was the best pizza I've ever had in UK 🙏 Also I thought I didn't like Cannoli, but I tried one here and it's actually amazing.

A comfortable and friendly local pizzeria serving large fresh pizzas and other things like arrancini. Nice coffee, cannoli and tiramisu as well. Always a firm favourite with my kids.

Service is always impeccable, amazing Punjabi staff who are always attentive, they are quick to acknowledge customers and always smiling when you go. The only issue we had was that there were no water bowls for the pooches, and it was a hot day.

Thought long and hard before leaving this review, as I want to make it as balanced as possible: In terms of the restaurant and the atmosphere, it’s been nicely laid out and is quite character full. The service wasn’t overly attentive. But we were sat down our order was taken quickly, and we received everything that we ordered. The biggest disappointment for me at hot mamas are the pizzas. They are neither thin and crispy or thick and deep pan. Sort of a weird in between? They were also a bit soggy which is never good when it comes to pizza. I really like the design, the attention to detail, and what they’ve tried to do with this branch and the other branch in Stratford. But if you go to serve and advertise yourself as a pizza place, the first thing you have to get right is your hero product!

Pizzas were good. But took over 45 minutes to get them, and the staff did not warn us when we ordered it was going to take that long. My kids were starving and annoyed by the time we got the food. The staff was friendly but offered no solution or compensation. Overall, not a great night out

Lovely place, food was excellent as was the service. But it was so loud inside with people talking I couldn’t hear myself think.

Pizza was fine but the staff don’t know how to work the tills properly and there is no duty manager on call - member of staff pressed the wrong button for cash on the card reader and her solution for this was to put her own money in the till and ask us to transfer money into her personal bank account. Avoid

The food is very decent as most reviews suggest : pizza was very tasty but admittedly slightly sloppy, the olives we ordered as a starter were also very nice. The only downside with the food was the garlic bread with cheese which just didn’t taste right - too oily and the garlic was overly excessive. However, the pizza was pretty delicious and I guess that’s the main talking point of this place. The food was almost surprisingly well priced. What brings my review down a couple of notches was the lack of professionalism. Only 1 waiter was dressed in uniform, which isn’t normally a problem, however the doorman was dressed in an Emporio Armini tracksuit and others were dressed casually. The service itself wasn’t very attentive however the servers were nice, including the doorman, but their ‘nice’ attitude did seem slightly forced (the servers used identical talking points/questions with all tables). The servers are also not 100% fluent in English either, I think the restaurant is run by mostly Eastern Asians which of course is no problem at all but just something I wanted to note. The other point which brought the rating down was the atmosphere. The downstairs decor was nice, cozy, and not too forced. It’s zealous and vibrant, but upstairs it’s a bit too much. The toilets on the top floor were themed as a st**p club which I found very inappropriate for a family restaurant and I quote : ‘this isn’t a pizza restaurant this is a st**p club’. It was meant to be funny but it just felt forced and very tacky. Overall, it just feels slightly awkward and out of place in a town like Stratford. The restaurant genuinely has a lot of potential but a lack of people knowing how to run the great place they have. It’s rough around the edges at the moment, but with a couple of team talks, toned down decor, and attentive service - this could be a great restaurant in the future. I would recommend giving the pizza a go personally ; a takeaway is better at this point of time.

Pizza was delicious and the beach huts are really lovely. Properly covered, really lovely atmosphere. However the service was somewhat patchy. Lovely service when ordering, but the pizza took 50 minutes to arrive after ordering. Not a problem, it was very busy, but we were rushed into finishing up as they have a strict turnaround time on tables. As the delay was not our fault, getting rushed to finish up did detract from the overall experience and the server at the end was a bit abrupt, suggesting that we needed to hurry up in a way that implied we were at fault when the delay was not our fault. Might give it a try again at some point in the hope it was a one off, but won't be rushing back.

Some of the best pizza I've had outside of Italy. We previously visited their restaurant in Warwick, but this was the first time we went to the one in Leamington. The restaurant does not have as much of an atmosphere as the one in Warwick, but the beach huts are a fun idea. Pizza was excellent and the service was okay. It sometimes felt like we were forgotten in the beach hut and service could have been a tad quicker.

Visited Saturday evening to dine in with my kids, the food and the service was excellent. However This may sound a little awkward but i still want to share my experience that i felt uncomfortable as i was leaving the restaurant i saw that the white man in the front standing near the laptop with blue eyes was staring at my back. I found that very disturbing and i wanted to speak up but since i had my kids with me i stopped because I didn’t wanted to make a scene but i will say to teach that man some respect and manners.

Really nice having pizza in those colourful beach huts at the back of the property. They are decorated in bright colours giving a summer vibe , pizza was great , always has been.

My friend and I went out for dinner as just the two of us; we booked a table over the phone, the member of staff on the phone said they were fully booked when we called but offered us a later time which was fine. When we arrived we were ignored by the staff and sent round the restaurant to different servers who just passed us around. We were told our table number and expected to find it ourselves (the tables weren’t numbered for us) and when ‘shown’ to our table the waitress just pointed at our table from across the restaurant. The upstairs area was clean and decorated very nicely, however rather cramped. As two guys getting dinner together we were given dirty looks with the assumption that we were a gay couple, my friend being on the more flamboyant side. We found this extremely offensive and do not think any form of homophobia should be tolerated. The serving staff were disrespectful, dismissive and inattentive, we could not catch their eye to ask them anything and with the restaurant being busy we were unable to call them over. The food was fairly good however the 50 minute wait for said food was rather deflating. The highlight of the night had to be the male server in the patka and cap quickly charging us so he could go back to flirting with the girls on the table next to us. Would not currently recommend this place for dining out until the staff have learnt how to treat customers appropriately. If it helps the restaurant put a name to this review I was referred to as “Patrick” even after correcting the servers multiple times in person.

Visited this Friday evening to have dinner, food was exceptional, we arrived a bit early so we was asked to wait very rudely by the guy in front, i think he was the manager of this place because he was near the laptop and was telling customers where to go but he was very rude and aggressive towards me just because i arrived early and when i asked him, why are you talking to me like this, he blamed it on his European accent, all other staff was very friendly and respectful towards us. We wont be returning until he gets good training to speak with customers.

One of the worst experience I had ever with pizza place. Ordered pizza alongside with starters, starters arrived fairly quick but the pizza never came. After 1 hour from ordering we asked waitress who didn't seem to know what is going on, the supervisor was rude and arrogant we ended leaving this place without eating. We overheard them talking to each other saying they forgotten to start preparing the food and then to us they said this is normal to wait for 1 hour for a pizza despite the tables that came after us started to get their orders and they treated us as if we are idiots and don't want to wait. Never visiting this place again, waste of time and money.

Wonderful pizza - The best in leamington by far. The service is very speedy and friendly too and whether it’s eating upstairs or outside in the beach huts the atmosphere is very quaint.

Great food, great service.. I would recommend that for £6 the bottles of beer need to be big for that money, £12 a pint would stop me bringing my family again, get draught installed and do a proper pint for £6.50 and I’ll pay it, apart from that, everything else is good

Went for lunch with my family, my 1st time. We booked an hut out the back which was really cool. They were quick to take our food order and that was were the decent service ended. All the pizzas were really nice. We were disappointed with the service , we felt like we were forgotten, they didn't even mention drinks. The girl came out with the card machine and we asked for a box, which she went to get but didn't come back. We heard the hut next to us ask for a box and get theirs while we waited, so I took the pizza up to the door and asked again and to pay which I was told to give her a min as she was busy, which I was not impressed with at all. So food was nice but service was rubbish, worst service I've had in a while

We have come to this pizzeria many times and the pizza never disappoints unfortunately for the first time we felt really not welcome, after 1hr only we were pushed to leave the table when the booking slot clearly indicates 1.5 hrs . It’s a pity that also this nice independent place is becoming like many of the impersonal big chains …

The food was delicious, and the waitresses were so polite. However, later on, the manager rudely asked us to vacate the table.

Pizzas are still excellent - but the service has gone down hill quickly. Our server would not let us move table, then we had to ask for our allocated table to be set. Then we had to ask for our table to be cleared. Since the dip in service the restaurant are automatically adding a service charge. The server asked -were you happy with the service today and when we said yes (out of politeness) they added a service charge to the bill before we tapped to pay. Not cool!

What a lovely find in Leamington. Really cool restaurant with personal individually designed table huts in the garden. Fun and tasty starters and finally a decent pizza restaurant that relishes in exciting toppings. Add this to extremely attentive staff and a decent wine list. We can't wait to come back.

What a load of rubbish call your self Neapolitan pizzeria yet nor the owner or any of the staff are Italian. Put us outside in a hut like we are dogs with a none existent service! Definitely will not be coming back!!! Pizza taste was mediocre and overall very poor service.

I would have preferred a plate to put my share of the sharing platter on. We had to ask for a plate. Also no spoons for the dips.

Great pizza, really fantastic. Some of the best I've had in the UK. Service has becoming shocking in recent times. I won't be visiting again soon. My friend said he used to go a lot, but doesn't any more for the same reason. He has a friend who works there, and said there has been a change of floor manager—and it's bad now, unfortunately. Last time, the two of us were put in the outdoor hut, for away from everyone. Took almost 1h to get pizza! Took ages to get the bill, too. Basically, they forgot about (or ignored?) us. We booked indoors, but we're put outdoors. We thought we'd try it, but zero atmosphere outside. Definitely go inside, even if they try to put you outside. They enter the tip amount for you, and then ask how the service was. It was awkward for me to have to say how bad it was, then they took the tip off. *Bring back the old staff!*

Food is amazing. Best pizza in town by far. The service is getting worse, and now they even select the tip % for you. It's not the restaurant policy or in the menu, so I think that this is quite rude that they preselct the % of tip for you in the card machine.

I liked the pizza, my husband not so much. But garlic bread can be better. We took the order with us and got a 20% discount, which was nice of course. The place is not big, but cozy. There is a courtyard where you can sit outdoors. For the service 4*, because I had to wait longer than the promised 25 minutes. Pizza boxes deserve special attention, they are very beautiful)
