I had the pleasure of dining at Chikaros Birmingham, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we walked in, Imran and Qasim went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality was warm, attentive, and truly top-notch. Now, let’s talk about the food—WOW! Every dish was bursting with flavor, cooked to perfection, and beautifully presented. Whether it was the succulent grilled meats, the delicious burgers, or the perfectly seasoned sides, every bite was an absolute delight. You can tell that a lot of care and passion goes into the food here. The atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy, making it the perfect spot for both casual dining and special occasions. The service was fast, efficient, and full of genuine warmth, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A huge shoutout to Imran and Qasim for their outstanding service and for making our visit so memorable. Food was lovely I recommend the Chikaros Drip burger, atmosphere was great, staff were amazing and went above and beyond to provide a great staff- especially Aisha and Qasim :)

Great experience at this restaurant. Manager goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. They also have a kids play area which is a bonus. There is a wide selection of food on the menu and the service from lyba was excellent.

Lovely place our favourite place to go to. Excellent service food is 10/10. Hospitality was great by Qasim and Aisha and her team looked after us very well. My son’s 9th bday he truely loved everything thank you for making it special. Hodge hill Chikaros.

We ordered take out collection and we had to Wait over an hour for food and the chips were hard and cold, nachos were freezing. The platter for 2 was ok meat tasted good and rice was nice! but still Gutted as we spent quite abit of money for half the food that was cold.

The hot shot chicken Parmesan- is to die for!!!! Love visiting this joint, great food, great service, great location - just great, great, great 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Staff are so attentive and family have a great time here - do check it out 👍🏼

Came here from London with my family for an iftar meal and was very impressed with the service by the Chickaros team! Very accommodating and quick service that came on time for iftar for everyone to enjoy. We had a little issue with one of the meals but was quickly resolved by Qasim who compensated us for the mishap. May Allah provide Barakah to the team and business as everything exceeded expectations! Thank you so much!

I came to chickaros today and was served by Sara. She was extremely helpful and I didn’t know what to get and she suggested chicken goujons and chips since I didn’t fancy something too heavy. It was a very good recommendation and I really enjoyed the meal. Sara was a very nice server who helped make my experience enjoyable. Will be coming back again

Chips were served soggy were not cooked properly staff always asking for reviews when the food they serve is low quality. The reviews are not legit. Do not recommend. They don’t have much customers in shop which shows that food is not as great as shown in tiktoks.

Hello World here if you have young kids this place is amazing. The food here was amazing. We were served by Aliyah and Ammar, Aliyah gave us good hospitality. The service here was fast and excellent. My children both absolutely loved it here with the play area. I totally recommend this restaurant.

I have eaten here many times and standards have really declined recently. Food has been cold and of poor quality , whilst eating in the restaurant has been cold and food served on cold plates.
