Went and ate there service is top as well as the food and the staff was friendly and big up the maneger abdullah

Food was excellent & staff were lovely. Especially ruhksar the waiter for being kind & attentive to us during our stay. Felt very welcomed for being a first time customer. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Qasim, the staff was friendly and attentive. Each dish was well-prepared and tasty, with great presentation (the portions are hugee). The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a nice meal. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for excellent service and good food.

I recently dined at Chickaros, and I have to say, the service was outstanding! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Qasim, he greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. Qasim was attentive without being intrusive, making sure our drinks were full and that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. What impressed me most was their knowledge of the menu; they provided excellent recommendations that really enhanced our dining experience. I had the Kebabish Mania the food was delicious, but the exceptional service truly made the evening memorable. I highly recommend chickaros for anyone looking for great food paired with top-notch service!

Food was 10/10 , nice spot upstairs for the kids , but the customer service was 11/10 qasim and amina went over and beyond for us , really made us feel welcome , qasim and amina keep doing what your doing fantastic service.

Brilliant experience ! Quasim ( sorry if I spelled it wrong ) is a wonderful manager ! Nice and welcoming ! We went there for our brother’s birthday on 24/8/24 ! And it was a great experience! And this woman called Aaminah ( sorry if I spelled it wrong ) she landed us a charger to charge our phone ! And if you have kids choose the 2nd floor because there is a playroom for kids to play in ! Great and sweet workers ! Definitely recommend this restaurant!

1st time trying out. They had a party upstairs which was the reason we had to wait over 40mins for food. Past my daughters sleeping time. Food was lovely but nothing special. Highly priced, portions were very good. I like the fact they have play area for children. Brother Abdullah was very friendly and welcoming. Just the waiting time was disappointing, price wise it is how it priced.

Came in for a birthday meal with a group of friends and family. The service we have received has been excellent from the second we walked in and walked out. Big congrats to Abdullah for his superb service, very attentive. We all loved the food, I had the hot shot Parmesan. It was okay for me, too sauce for my liking. I did ask for it to be very spicy and it were mild for me. Overall it’s been an excellent meal out, good service is more important to me than food. Keep it up guys 👏

We dined in on Monday evening and it was honestly the best dining experience we've had, ever. We were greeted by a lovely girl who quickly got our table ready for us and served by Abdullah(?) He was great and couldn't have made us feel more comfortable. Customer service was amazing. We had young children so the playroom was a great way for the kids to burn off energy and keep them entertained! The food was delicious too, our favorite were the prawns for starters. The main meal portions are generous and definitely fill you up! We will definitely be returning inshaAllah.

Really loved the food and the mocktails. The service from the staff was absolutely amazing. Qasim made sure to look after us the whole time, kept checking in if we needed anything and even generous enough to give us mocktails on the house. Would definitely come every week if I was rich enough lol.

Ordered 2 munch boxes over the phone. Staff couldn't decide what they included. Ordered 1 chicken burger 1 beef burger, they gave both boxes with chicken burgers. The chips were soggy and cold. The burgers where buns where crumbly and cold and the burgers collapsed and broke up whilst eating the chicken in the burgers was very dry. Wouldn't order again and won't be going back.

We went as a family. Food was OK, depends on personal taste. But all the family did enjoy the food. Portions are really big. Could actually share a main. Service was really good, Amina was a gem, really need more people like her in the service industry. Thank you for a nice meal

Came here to eat food, the food took ages, and when it arrived it was cold, come on you made us wait and cold food, the guy at till wanted me to say the place was good bt i couldnt say it was good ,then he tried to offer us something else but I rather pay and get good food from somewhere else,next time make sure your customers food is hot/warm and not cold!

Didnt expecting such a disappointing visit after many people recommend, we ordered the dynamite prawns and kebabish tacos, the starters alone took around 40 mins which we had to ask 2x about, when ordered the waiter didn't tell us how long the wait would be for our food. Once arrived the prawns and donner meat was cold which i told the staff, mains came out 15 mins after so we waited around an hour for mains, which when asked the waiter said the philly cheese steake takes time... once arrived the hot shot Chicken parmo was fine but philly cheese steak was cold, also not a classic its in a tortilla wrap ? Such a odd item anyway had to send back due it to being cold and waitted another 10 mins, mac and cheese also very oily and had to send back yo be heated up, other people in the restaurant were also frustrated as i could overhear them with similar requests. Very disappointed in the visit food was cold not up to standard not worth the cost, lost appetite by the end of it. Some people also got their orders before us ? Even tho we came first. Poor show chickaros not sure il visit again. Didnt have this experience with ladypool rd branch. Mocktails were also bland just syrup and 7up not a Mocktails.

Went to Hodge Hill Chickaros today and I was blown away. This is the 3rd time went with my friends we had the best time. Food was amazing as usual bit the service we got from the waiters there was outstanding!!!. Abdullah was our server and he was brilliant, kind, helpful, attentive and very polite. He made the whole experience 10 times better. Well done to all the staff 👏 you are fantastic.

Chikaros Birmingham at Hodge Hill is a pleasant place to dine in. Out of so many options in Birmingham, we chose this, and to be honest, our decision was right, thanks to my niece who suggested this place. Let's start with ambience they have beautiful setup for dining. We were a group of 11 family members along with kids we were trying to settle down on the ground floor, but then one of the service persons guided us upstairs where there is kid area to play and a very private type seating space especially for family and it was perfect spot for us. Beautiful ambience, clean tables, and very moderate lights, so all of these things were making me feel better at this place. The best part is that usually, when we go to a restaurant where steak and fish are served, there is always a smell from tables or its like in the environment, but this was 1st steak house where I observed air freshener is being sprayed time to time and making environment much better and no smell of steak or fish will be observed. Kudos, for that approach, I think all steak houses should do this. We all ordered different dishes for ourselves, which included steak, chops, grilled, nachos, etc. Every single thing was delicious, and the quantity was massive. I will say that management has invested a great time in understanding customers, which shows results in their food. Try their steaks they are really good and cooked as per the requirements, which is perfect. Ariba, such a gem at Chikaros, a true definition of " available but not visble," which is the best quality a service person at a restaurant should have. Many times, you must have observed that waiters are just kept on looking at your table and make you feel uncomfortable while dining, but Ariba was attending us periodically, but she have skills to make customer feel comfortable. Service was prompt and quick. Our huge order took only around 20 mins to prepare and served, and food kept on coming without pause. Not a single miss in order each and every detail we asked for was there on table. All colleagues of Ariba were helpful and acknowledging us while our stay. Thanks a lot, Ariba and crew, for making our stay pleasant at Chikaros.

Came in unknowingly just before their closing time but the staff were extremely welcoming and sat us down. The food was amazing and the whole team was extremely friendly. Their whole team provided us with excellent service so much that me and my brother had to leave an Amazing review for them. The food was well flavoured and well portioned. The fish was flaky and the mac and cheese was creamy. The waffle was also delicious. Had a lovely time visiting chickaros Our server Qasim was amazing! He made us comfortable, was very polite whilst taking our order and engaged with my loud vocal 1 year old. He has amazing attention to detail - my daughter had stole our straws and he came over with extras without us having to ask.
