Cookie dough was burnt on the outside and raw in the inside. Clearly not cooking it to the correct temperature.

Donut balls were hard and burnt, soft on inside hard on outside.

Bought strawberry waffle, waffle was almost uncooked and raw whilst being dry. Only good part was strawberries.

Ordered the Kanafeh bar on deliveroo. I cannot beleive I was charged £13 for this tiny thing!!!!! I’ll never buy from here again absolute waste of money. You’re better off going to dolce desserts & paying £3 more for a bar 3x this size. Never buying from here again.

Delicious! The best kunafa in Birmingham & outstanding customer service.

First of all the service is sooooooo good. We went in to try some of the viral dubai chocolate menu and they have soooo many options from crepes to dream cakes to brownies to strawberries to the actual Dubai chocolate bar itself. The ice cream is soft serve which was really good too. Over All 10/10 experience. We had the Dubai chocolate crepe and the Dubai chocolate bar and we are definitely coming back for more it was very good. Only recommendation is to get the crepe without white chocolate.

IVE BEEN WAITING SINCE 10:00 AND ITS 12:00 AND ITS STILL NOT HERE BEEN PREPARING IN THE KITCHEN FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR THIS IS A DISGRACE

first experience was decent here however having returned I’m struggling to understand why my cookie dough is solid. If I wanted a solid cookie, I would’ve ordered it. There is not a single piece of dough in this. After scraping back the sauce i’ve realised it is near enough black. Thanks for the 45 minute wait

My wife gave birth yesterday and I need some desert trays made last minute as I was holding a small party at home. I rang chocoberry and they did an amazing job within a short space of time. Biggest Joke of a dessert shop, how you giving me sauce for the San Sebastián cheesecake, charging £7.50 for it and the sauce is frozen solid.

The portion sizes were great! After being quite disappointed with the portions at Chloe Gourmet, I decided to give this place a try, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the peri chicken bagels, which came with chicken and cheese on both bagels—super flavourful. I also had their hot chocolate, which was absolutely delicious. The only downside was that it was extremely hot and stuffy. The service was quick, and the menu was extensive. There’s a nice balance of savoury and sweet options, making it a great choice overall.

Lovely miniature waffle selection. The staff member was very helpful and I really liked the a atmosphere when I visited - as it was quite late and fairly quiet!

The amount of times I have ordered straight away when they open on uber eats then they say they run out of item within seconds after opening. Like seriously if you don't have it just remove it from your menu!!
