We went for afternoon tea at New Hall hotel, excellent experience, food was amazing and the staff were very friendly. The location is amazing too!

We recently held our engagement party at New Hall Hotel, and I want to highlight the exceptional service we received from start to finish. Rebecca Barron, the Sales & Events Coordinator, was incredible—her support throughout the planning, the event itself, and even after, has been second to none. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making our event special. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere was perfect for our celebration. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the wonderful experience we had. Even after the event, the follow-up care from Rebecca and Helen Evans, the Sales & Revenue Manager, was fantastic. They really took the time to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Overall, the pre- and post-event service has been the best we’ve ever experienced. We highly recommend New Hall Hotel for any special occasion and would love to return in the future.

I and my husband had a weekend break for our anniversary, he booked a master suit , and all I can say OMG its was amazing !!! everything is just perfect for our lovely weekend, the hotel it self is outstanding, we used spa and massage facilities , Our breakfast was absolutely delicious, staff super welcoming and very professional. If I could rates 10 stars I would do it , we been in so manny hotels in past years even in 5 star ones and new hall is my favourite one so far. Will I go again ABSOLUTELY 💯. The girls in spa were so helpful with a skin care and advices that I was really needed, and I back home with some treats for my self. Our room was spotless and had absolutely everything you ever need, we had nothing short for entire stay , room service made sure everything is there for a whole weekend we stayed , in fact I just wanted to stay in the hotel all time as I felt so relaxed in there. If you looking for complete relaxation weekend I would advise NEW HALL HOTEL for you.

Had a lovely stay at New Hall, peaceful and scenic location, rooms were clean and comfortable. Spa and pool were a great addition. All staff helpful and welcoming. Good food and cocktails 👍🏽

Arrived for a work event and after working in the lobby area for a while, went home without my charger. Asked reception if they could check and they found it, posted it to me and all sorted within days. The place is wonderful and the service is of course, top drawer - it was all day, even without the above and beyond of sending me back my forgotten charger :)

We had an afternoon tea for my nan’s birthday and it was lovely. The location is beautiful, the food was amazing and the service was exceptional. Our server, Hannah, was so lovely and she really paid attention to us and made sure we had everything we needed. She overheard us say it was our Nan’s birthday so she bought out a little something for her. Thank you so much for helping make the day so special.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The staff were incredible, the house and grounds are beautiful & the breakfast was top notch! The only one thing I would say is they could do a lot better with the beds. The pillows felt very cheap and the mattress too. But other than that amazing. There were two weddings the weekend we stayed but the staff handled everything so seamlessly that we didn’t even know! The spa! I wow! Stephanie and Laura are hands down the best massuse’s we have had. And Steph from the spa was really amazing helping us to add additional salt scrub treatment! Which was SO GOOD! The pool area was so clean and the pool is a great size ! Thanks everyone! We will see you soon x

My husband and I recently visited New Hall Hotel for a three night relaxing stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and baby to be. We were so pleased with the peaceful grounds, spacious, comfortable rooms and delicious food. We were also particularly impressed by the service and treatments in the spa. Vicki gave me a wonderfully hydrating pregnancy facial and Caroline, a fabulous relaxing massage. Spa manager, Steph couldn't have done enough for us either while we were using the facilities; all three ladies were extremely attentive and friendly. We were greeted by the helpful and bubbly reception team on arrival. Chelsea on reception went above and beyond by delivering a special chocolate plate to our room to congratulate us on our baby to be. This was truly touching and kind, thank you! At breakfast, Lucy made delcious oat iced lattes and was super conscientious at all times. Apo also very kindly arranged for us to have breakfast out on the terrace one morning, which definitely enhanced our stay and Pedro provided complimentary champagne and dessert chocolates at our anniversary dinner. This was all very much appreciated and made us feel very special indeed. We will definitely be visiting you again, we loved it. Thank you so much to all the team!

Me and my wife just want to thank all the staff at new hall hotel and spa. We spent the night at the hotel after getting married and I can’t praise the staff enough. Super friendly, great sense of humour in the restaurant. The food was delicious, room service was excellent. Beautiful grounds, relaxed swim in the morning. We will definitely be coming back for another visit, thank you all so much. We loved it The Johnsons.

I had the most amazingly wonderful overnight stay,with my best friend. Beautiful hotel and spa, staff friendly, welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Rooms are absolutely fantastic. Our Evening meals A la carte were to die for, delicous, Thank you our amazingly beautiful stay.

Wow, what a location absolutely stunning grounds and hotel. Food was amazing I had a vegan burger, on the first night and attended an event the next day that was catered all the food served was absolutely delicious service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for the very attentive staff. I can not fault anything would absolutely attend again

I would give the staff 6 stars if possible. Excellent service and food. The hotel is absolutely magnificent.

We had an amazing stay at New Hall Hotel & Spa! The staff were incredible, very friendly and helpful. Every member of staff always had a smile on their face and nothing was too much trouble. The venue is stunning! The room was perfect with everything you need. The spa facilities were also great. The breakfast was unbelievable! By far the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had! We had an absolutely amazing weekend celebrating a milestone birthday. Everything about our stay was perfect including the suite and the impeccable service . All the staff were so friendly , attentive and helpful. The food in the resturant was delicious...special thankyou to Mike and Mo who couldn't do enough for us . I visited the spa & had a luxury facial which was so relaxing and again the staff were so friendly and helpful. All in all a fabulous hotel in beautiful grounds .Would highly recommend.

Amazing place for a great break away from normality, excellent full body massage which helps you feel relaxed and chilled. Will definitely be booking again soon ❤️
