Such a lovely family own this pub and have clearly poured their hearts into it. The rooms are very comfortable and homely and the food second to none - you will need a good appetite as it’s too good to leave! Highly recommended!

Stumbled across the brewery whilst exploring the local area, opted to try their paddle of 4x 1/3 pints which gave a good range of their beers and ciders. Staff were lovely and offered great recommendations and information about the drinks on offer. Definitely recommend trying the Sundown ale and the Elderflower Cider, I even took home a ‘growler’ as I was so pleased! Although we didn’t eat when we were there I’ll definitely be coming back to eat when we’re next in the area as everything coming out looked delicious 😋

Having now left Sunday lunch disappointed on two separate occasions we won’t be back. Food takes over 45 mins to come out. The roasts potatoes were barely cooked, the beef wellington was too far gone and the Yorkshire puddings were cremated. Washing it down with £9.50 a glass Prosecco seemed folly. Cannot recommend. Go to Tailors instead.

The building is amazing. Go in an order a water. The service is bad and the vibe dead as a dodo. Such a waste for such a beautiful place

Came across Elote after having a lazy Sunday afternoon wandering around the docks, trying to escape the awful weather. We were a bit apprehensive as the menu looked amazing but not necessarily accessible for our 2 children - however, we needn’t have worried as they had a wonderful children’s menu too. The quality of the food was brilliant! We’d been to Mexico earlier in the year - and this food was easily as good (if not better). Great portions and really good value for money! They could easily get away with charging more! We’ll definitely be recommending them - but don’t hesitate to go!

Staying with friends here in Cheltanham, they highly recommended this place Excellent Chinese food... The sticky chicken is awesome. They also recommend their fish and chips... Maybe next time !

Best place I've eaten out in a long time, highly recommend. Food was incredible, setting, stunning and the service went above and beyond.

Hidden amongst a rural estate this place is beautiful. We were met with a handshake and made to feel very welcome. Dinner was fresh, seasonal and fragrant. We returned a few months later and Tim the chef remembered us! We enjoyed the most fantastic coffee and Danish for breakfast ❤️.
