Great food Great service . Salisbury needs more sit down cafe style eateries like this one serving hot food and plated meals

Lots of interesting and unusual things to see in this place, lots of random mementoes and furniture pieces from decades gone by. If you grew up in the 70’s or 80’s you’ll recognise quite a few of them. Nice place for a cup of tea or coffee and something to eat too.

We do not know the city, had just arrived at 8pm and literally walked into this restaurant as it was the first we came across that was not a chain and looked like they really cooked. We had a nice welcome, but the lighting is overhead, spots set into the ceiling, providing a very harsh uncomfortable light. It was like eating in Lidl. Small rechargeable table lights would have grabs this rest. Food was wonderful- especially the trout starter. Unfortunately the waitress with all the good will in the world was not trained and did her best but was just not professional. Sweet yes, but a restaurant of this calibre and price needs professional staff, not sweet staff.

Super friendly team putting their customers first! Excellent chicken wraps with a choice of sauces and salad to go with it! 5/5! Highly recommended!

A great pub full of great people A true gem community pub, pubs like these are few and far between a proper boozer! with Exellent regulars who extended us the warmest of welcomes, the bingo on Fridays are a must. Will definitely be spreading the good word and will be back. Thanks for having us

Best pub I found in Salisbury for live Music Ale was very decent too

This was delicious, a lul in the afternoon trade meant it was quiet but the labeneh was delicious and the spicy potatoes, padrons and nduja sourdough pizza were amazing! Highly recommend!

Food was amazing along with the drinks and staff! Atmosphere was grate if not a bit loud due to a birthday party going on at the same time, other than that 10/10

Great food, friendly service, knowledgeable staff, speedy service, comfortable surroundings. Serves wine and beer. Great menu, with starters to suit all tastes. Would go back again. Everybody in out group of 10, thought it a great place

Don’t answer the phone on a Saturday night

Great menu as well as lovely food. Good variety for vegetarians and vegans in particular. All the food is made from scratch which means that even if a particular item on the menu cannot be ordered as a vegetarian or vegan, it can always be made to be! That is why my daughter was actually able to taste her first vegan lasagne and she made sure to eat every bite.

Great service, food lovely and great value too

Beautiful courtyard on the plaza seating for a sunny day. Fresh handmade bites. They have coffee etc, but I did not try the coffee to rate it.

Dreadful pizza, dried out cardboard and pointless. Took most home for the birds. Restaurant quite pleasant inside and staff nice.
