great food, really tasty , I must have order a dozen times and always very good. I have never had any loyalty discount for the sixth order . so I'm taking back a point or 2

Ordered the Mixed wrap with chips and cheese, absolutely lovely, only thing was it was mainly lamb not much chicken, and only a few chips in the wrap, apart from that, spot on 👌🏼

Just order directly from the takeaway, just eat kept moving about the delivery time and should’ve said there were no drivers available. Food was great though

Went in for a quick take away. The website says 30 mins collection, but was impressed when they store called and asked me what time I intend to drop by. Got there 5 mins later and food was ready. Really happy with the food and service!

FOOD NEVER ARRIVED. REFUND STILL NOT RECEIVED I used to like this place - but I still haven't received a refund months after food delivery didn't turn up. I had to phone repeatedly before eventually being told the drivers car had broken down. Which is fair enough if so, but it was over an hour after food was due to arrive and they didn't once attempt to reach out to let me know. After refund wasn't processed, again had to phone repeatedly over several days before I got a hold of someone - who told me to drop an email to them. I've still not heard back despite chasing a few times - have since got fed up of trying. Food is half decent, but really disappointed (and feeling frankly ripped off) by shoddy business practices and poor service.

Absolutely lovely, highly recommend and you've got two new regulars. Really delicious.

Although there have been in Salisbury for a while now . 26/ December was first time and I was blown away by the flavours . Well done can’t give a star rating as it only goes up to 5 should be a 10/10 best in Salisbury

Went for the special wrap with aubergine, falafel and halloumi which was fab. Ordered a yogurt drink to go with it but I guess they ran out as I received a vimto but I don't like sugary fizzy drinks, I'd rather they'd have asked me

This is an amazing place to eat, I came with my friends and it was a great place. They were really friendly and food was on point. I recommend the chicken shawarma wrap!!

Food is good, took a lamb wrap.

The food for the most part was really tasty - I ordered two falafel dishes, normally not a huge falafel fan but really enjoyed them (nice to see that they had so many veggie options too). My husband really enjoyed his meat dish. The food came in really nice portioned containers (salad separate to hot food etc so really easy to reheat leftover hot food). Only let down was the sauces - just so very bland. Garlic Mayo tasted like pure yoghurt, hummus bland, just no flavour in any of the sauces.

The kebab platter was more than enough for two people. Large portion. Lamb kebab was juicy and tasty.

Food was absolutely freezing - your driver got lost and we could see him driving round in circles - it left the shop at 520 and got to us 30 mins later

Rude member of staff slammed his fists down on the servery when we had to remind him what we'd ordered as he started shaving the wrong meat. The food is usually nice here, but it's the second time we've had poor service. Not going back again.

Placed order through chef online who took my money and gave me a collection time only to be told by the guy when we went to collect that he did not have the order and did not want to help resolve. He was working on his own and was shaking his head every time more customers joined the queue!! Simply to busy to care and was dripping with sweat with no gloves or sign of hygiene. Massive shame because the food looked good. I went and got my food elsewhere as I could not get him to help me. Interestingly going by chef online Mr Shawarma printed my order 3 hours later. Hopefully I get my money back at some point. A sorry or maybe can I take your order now would have been nice. Bit of a waste of 2 hours of my day.

Delicious wrap, I got the falafel halloumi and aubergine special. Very helpful and friendly staff behind the counter. Would definitely recommend if you need a quick bite to eat in Salisbury. There are two bar stools inside that you can sit at but it's mostly a takeaway place FYI.

WOW! I’ve been searching for a good kebab house in Salisbury that served proper Flat Bread and this did not disappoint. Very very good.

I am a regular customer and often eat your food. But today I am very disappointed in the old man's sales attitude. I ordered Large lamb kebab & chips for £9.50. But actually the portion of lamb is much less than usual. But what bothers me most is that his attitude is very rude and unpleasant. I will definitely never go back and I will tell everyone I know about this. So they don't have to be like me today.

We stopped over in Salisbury for the night and needed some real good halal food! Being real foodies we were a little apprehensive about having just a take out! I’m not a lover of doner meat either however, after biting into the lamb doner wrap (with humous, pomegranate dressing, salad, mango and garlic sauce) all I can say is WOW WOW WOW! A little shop tucked away in Salisbury busting with Lebanese flavours is definitely producing some appetising meals not to be missed! I would definitely recommend this little gem! The staff were very friendly and welcoming! As we watched the chef make our wraps, you could tell how passionate he was about serving good food!

These guys are eager to provide good service, are lovely to interact with and in my opinion have the best kebabs and chips in salisbury amongst other great things. I recommend it alot.

Didn’t arrive no driver hour and half later had to collect

normally excellent quality and quick delivery - tonight it took them nearly 2 hours and had to phone to ask for an update after an hour and half. food arrived luke warm - still ate because its yummy but not their usual standard.

We love getting dinner from Mr Shawarma! We don't eat meat so always go for the falafel wrap..and it never gets boring! We have it once or twice a month as a treat and will do as long as the shop is around! The staff are very friendly and helpful in there which, along with tbe fresh ingredients, really makes it a stand out place! Keep up the good work guys!

Stone henge is wonderful, but what put Salisbury on the map, for me, was Mr.Shwarma exbition of Middle East flavour and cuisine. My highest and most esteemed recommendation is mixed shawarma w/ the works + garlic and chili.

Was in Salisbury and looking for a halal place to eat. This place popped up on Google, so thought I'd give it a try - and I am very glad I did. I ordered a chicken shawarma and chips, asking them to make it spicy. The shawarma was delicious, and I mean *really* delicious, well cooked, beautifully spiced, and probably the best shawarma I've ever had. The shop is pretty small but very clean and tidy. Special mention also for the staff, really friendly, and very helpful. There is parking outside, but not sure if available during the day, I went late evening time. Highly recommended, and will go again.

So after reading alot of the reviews I decided to give this place a shot reviews said portion size was good and the taste was the best I ordered through just eat which took over an hour despite saying 20-40 min I ordered a mixed wrap and wings with chips and the size of the portion of chips was a joke 4 wings and a tiny portion of chips for 6 quid was a rip off with the amount of chips given Onto the wrap and again I wouldn't say it was worth 9.50 size was OK but could do with more meat and lacked in hummus and as for the taste/flavour I would say just like any other kebab shop so for that reason il stick to my usual place as portions are much better for the price And just as good if not better in my opinion

Mr Shawarma is absolutely exceptional, and highly underrated. It's easily the best streetfood in Salisbury. It caters to a wide range of tastes and preferences. My partner and I had vegetarian and vegan wraps here, and the flavours were sublime. The falafel and aubergine had been cooked to a great standard, and the quality of the wraps used was very high. There is also an incredibly wide array of sauces to choose from and the chef asks you exactly what your preferences are, which salad/vegetables you want inside the wrap, and which sauces you prefer. I chose to add chilli sauce to mine which was well-made and added a layer of depth to the houmous and tahini that he also added to the wrap. I took my wrap away to enjoy by the cathedral which is a stone's throw away from this place. All-in-all I would happily return to this place and recommend to friends. I also understand that they offer delivery so I am very impressed by the options offered by this restaurant.

Such delicious food!! We had a chicken wrap and a chicken shawarma, and i just have to say, our hearts and belly are full. Such tender chicken and flavourful ingredients. And the most important thing that moved me was how the people made the food, so welcoming and full of love. We will be back again and again. Thank you Mr Shawarma!

Nothing to complain about, in fact a pretty decent shawarma with plenty of filling and nice friendly family service. All at a reasonable price. Clearly not gourmet but what you need from time to time. Maybe I shouldn't give it just 3 stars for atmosphere as it is basically a takeaway counter and there are a lot worse than this one. Great tasting Shawarmas. I tried chicken, veg and lamb sausage. The vegetarian option with falafel, halloumi and aubergine was brilliant as well.

Stumbled across this place on the way back home to my hotel after a few drinks. Friendly, knowledgeable, and above all amazing food. Well done that man.
