The best restaurants in Wiltshire South West

This is a wonderful place, full of character. The couple who run it are lovely and food was lovely. The mash and beef pie was delicious and our children were really happy with theirs. Thanks.

We popped in this cafe during our 80 mile walk for some much needed hot food . The staff were fantastic, especially the waitress who couldn’t help us enough

A real gem in Calne. My partner and I visited for her birthday and we were very well looked after for the evening. The staff are lovely, pizza amazing, and interior cozy. 10/10 in all aspects. We are very excited about returning in the near future for more pizza and to check out their coffee and cake. Well worth a visit!

Well it was a last minutes stop and so glad we did the hospitality was so welcoming and food was by fare way above your standered pub grub it was amazing will definitely be visiting Agen thank you very much hats off to you guys best pub food I have ever had amazing 💯 5* from me and my partner

Amazing coronation chicken- would definitely recommend if nearby. A very generous portion of it too

Warm welcome, nice atmosphere and the food was outstanding. We booked the carvery as a few told us it was very good. They weren’t wrong, lots of fresh veg, great choice of meats and the cheesiest cauliflower cheese ever!!! Everything tasted lovely and I was really impressed.

What a great find! En route from Salisbury to north Wiltshire and we decided to stop here. What a great choice that was. The premises is spacious and clean with lovely views. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Food and drink lovely and well priced. Strongly recommended!

We visited recently and had a window seat overlooking the Weir. Home made pasta was delicious and generous portions apart from very tiny garlic bread to start. The staff were lovely and friendly. Would have rated this 5* but for the really sticky table, even had to prise the glasses off. I’m sure would have been cleaned if I’d mentioned it.

Very good food, well presented and executed together with attention to detail, very nice staff and owner chef very pleasant to talk too. Well worth a visit this family run restaurant .

I didn't eat but had a few beers and it was a really nice chilled pub, very friendly and great banter from the locals

Grumpy grandba Have used this chippy over many years, not a local but worked the area this was my most disappointing visit , I hate giving any little business's a poor review ,but when the shop opens 15 min late ok only 12.15 then you get plentyfull but re heated chip's for lunch greasy stale and bitty not recomendable ,suggest they cut back on choices till they master basic quality

There’s nothing not to love about St. Kew Farm Shop. The food in the cafe and the Friday night specialties are just amazing! Beautifully cooked, presented with tastes that make your taste buds come alive! If you haven’t been - you’re missing out!

Entrance is easy to miss with no menu at the stairs. Once upstairs excellent selection of food and drinks Breakfast, sandwiches and snacks. Wise range of hot and cold drinks. All really well priced.

Have been coming here about 4-5 times a year over the last 3 years. We were disappointed this time. I understand that they have moved a few animals around for grazing purposes however there wasnt as many animals as usual. I have always supported them as I love what they do and I understand animals are expensive with vet bills and with food. Which is why iv always felt the price was worthwhile and rather cheap for the costs animals take to maintain. However I left today feeling they should atleast move the signs when animals are moved as I couldn't remember which animals you can or can't feed. I feel atleast half the pens were empty :( and others were just a few more goats or pigs in them. The pens were overgrown in the unused pens. And the ducks very over grown. I asked where the missing animals were and was told they out graizing. It was hot but you can see when they in pens due to the layout. I just feel that a notice stating new layouts or even a sign or online update would be a better way to warn people not all animals as usual are around. There is definitely alot less sheep than usual. I'm disappointed this time. And we watched a budgie escape and the staff were left with a net that was so short they wouldn't be able to catch the bird. Unless sorted out I can not recommend to friends anymore due to being so sparse.
