Attendee asking for 10p per ketchup after spending £48.00 .....ridiculously you can walk in and grab ketchup for free but its 10p at drive thru. Madness

We ordered food and paid, then left as the place is awful! Not very clean.

Lovely little fish and chip shop. Well cooked fish and chips and good sized portions. Reasonably priced , friendly staff. Great to eat looking out to sea.

All I can say is that Sue, the landlord, is the epitome of the greatest host you could meet. Quality home cooked food at exceptional prices. She even cooked my associates vegetables to order; thus, exactly how he likes it, soft and mushy.

We had a Sunday roast, choice of pork, beef or lamb plus the full menu as well. The beef was excellent and my wife loved the lamb. All served with carrots, parsnip, roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding and vegetables with lashings of lovely gravy. Service was excellent, food served within 5 minutes of sitting down. Really couldn't fault the Star Inn in any way. Nice friendly staff was an absolute bonus. Thank you all. Ian & Sandra

Brilliant ice cream smouth and creamy. Good service and very clean van. Best ice cream I have tasted for years.

We came to Butlins on the Feb half term. It has Kids eat for 1 pound deal between 12-3pm. We arrived at 2.45pm. There is only one guy behind the till to take the orders and make drinks. We waited in the quene for 15mins, and he only took two orders. So we waited for 15mins and when it is our turn it's 2mins past 3pm, he said because of the system, we can't have the deal. What a shame! Not sure whether the manager is doing it on purpose. The management need s to be improved!

Eight of us turned up without booking and they accomodated us without hesitation. The food and the service was first class. Would highly recommend.

We ate here yesterday and I was amazed at how expensive it was and horrified to see a cost of £1.50 each added for a tiny pot of sauce that no other restaurant has ever charged for before. My 3 grandchildren had tomato sauce each and my daughter had garlic mayo but said it didn't taste nice so requested some mayo. This cost extra £7.50 of which we were not made aware of before ordering. Daylight robbery. Also be aware they charge a 10% surcharge so makes a very expensive evening. My 5 year old has a milk intolerance and my daughter asked if his meal would have milk in which she was told it didn't but shortly after eating his face was very sore and itchy so obviously some cross contamination somewhere in the kitchen. I thought it was mandatory for allergens to be available to read, ie Natashas Law! The pizzas cost my daughter and I an extra £10 each for next size up and stuffed crust! Mine was quite nice but my daughter said hers tasted odd. Have had better from takeaway places. Will not visit again or recommend. On a positive note the young lady serving us was very pleasant.

A little gem in minehead. Fantastic food

A very tiny and pittoresk restaurant for take away. The prices are very low and the food is really delicious. The portions were really big, I came when they closed so I may have gotten all they had. No places to sit but i really recommend eating your food at the Pier.

Doesn't take butlins welcome pack vouchers or have a sign stating that fact. Had to queue 40 mins to find that out.

Great pub in Minehead's main street. Used to frequent this place a lot when i lived in the area around 2010. Have since returned returned when visiting the area and the great service, food and drinks continue. Great play area outside for the kids, I could not get my daughter out of the play area... great excuse for another Guinness :D. Can't wait to return when I'm in the area in October.

New Years Eve dinner. It was superb! Each course was so well thought out and delicious. A combination of meats and fish. The chef is a genius.
