Popped into here last week unplanned for a meal with my Daughter and was very pleased with our visit. We were greeted by a friendly barmaid who swiftly took our order. Unluckily the sea view tables were taken when we arrived, however this did not detract from our visit. The food and drinks prices were great value, two meals and two drinks just over £30.00. The food was of good quality and in plentiful portions. We will be returning next year when we are on holiday in the area again.

Terrible establishment!!! Staff are rude and grubby, zero customer service skills, the kitchens are substandard, rats running riot. Very dirty and food bland and barely cooked. Avoid at all costs, not family friendly either. Just alcoholics propping the bar up. Hideous place to visit and will ruin your day out in this lovely little town. Pebbles tavern down the road is twice the quality and I'd rather get fish and chips from the chippy! The "London" will give you gastroenteritis and you'll be ill for days......terrible is an understatement

Friendly staff but that is the end of the positive things. Crab cakes were from the supermarket freezer, the prawn cocktail was made with canned shrimps. Everything was mushy with no flavour. Worst meal in a very long time

We tried to eat here. We ordered drinks at 6pm and we were told there was a half an hour wait for food due to large party. We were happy to wait till 7pm. At 7.30 we were still waiting to order. On asking politely if we could order we were told it would be another half hour to take our order as they had taken more orders for bar meals!! No apology gives. In the end we just left. With no food and no apology. To make matters worse the restaurant where we were sat upstairs was practically empty. Definitely would not recommend. Obviously can’t comment on the food!

We just ate in the London Inn Seaview restaurant today. It was absolutely freezing in the North Somerset coast but a lovely warm welcome at the inn. A Friendly lady behind the bar and a local made us feel welcome. We ordered the steak and ale pie and the sea bass fish cakes. Both meals were £10.50 and massive portions, well worth it. We washed them down with a thatchers good from tap and a glass of Pinot. The icing on the cake was it’s not a dog friendly pub! This is a must for dog fans who prefer to eat their food whilst their furry friends are outside where they belong! And yes this is the only non-dog restaurant in Watchet. This pub comes well recommended.

We were looking for somewhere to eat lunch, came across the London Inn and were not disappointed. We had the steak pie with puff pastry lid and we were very satisfied with it. There was lots of filling and the chips and peas made it a memorable meal. Would definitely recommend it.

We ate here yesterday and I was amazed at how expensive it was and horrified to see a cost of £1.50 each added for a tiny pot of sauce that no other restaurant has ever charged for before. My 3 grandchildren had tomato sauce each and my daughter had garlic mayo but said it didn't taste nice so requested some mayo. This cost extra £7.50 of which we were not made aware of before ordering. Daylight robbery. Also be aware they charge a 10% surcharge so makes a very expensive evening. My 5 year old has a milk intolerance and my daughter asked if his meal would have milk in which she was told it didn't but shortly after eating his face was very sore and itchy so obviously some cross contamination somewhere in the kitchen. I thought it was mandatory for allergens to be available to read, ie Natashas Law! The pizzas cost my daughter and I an extra £10 each for next size up and stuffed crust! Mine was quite nice but my daughter said hers tasted odd. Have had better from takeaway places. Will not visit again or recommend. On a positive note the young lady serving us was very pleasant.
