Staff rude App lets you book table for 9pm you get there to be told they stop serving at 9pm They say yes app allows you to book but so what we stop serving I had lasagne which was burnt and old lettuce

The staff were very friendly and professional, I ordered two cheese burgers which were served in about 15 minutes, unfortunately my wifes burger was not cooked properly, still raw in the middle,we showed the waitresses who apologised and changed it for my wife, after 10 minutes another burger came which was fine,will not be visiting again

Carvery poor quality cold raw veg meat not edible Yorkshire burnt and cold bar staff took forever due to there swipe cards not working not the cleanest seating distroyed not one of our party could eat there meal

Typical Brewers Fayre. I did not try the food, just drinks but the service was friendly, played a bit of pool and watched some football.

Food was good, had unlimited full breakfast. Service was great, the waiter was really attentive and helpful. Please need a tiny bit deeper cleaning, other than that if you need good and proper breakfast, that’s the place.

I had a breakfast in the morning, although the bacon was still oinking when served. The rave in the kitchen sounded like it was going off.

Fantastic service and staff were really helpful. My girlfriend says this also serves the best hot chocolate in Minehead!

We had an excellent mixed grill at our local Brewers Fayre in Minehead last week. Freshly cooked, well presented, first-class service by the staff and excellent value for money. We will be back and recommend Brewers Fayre, Minehead. No complaints from us just compliments.

Returning back again amd as always 100% top quality service. The staff are fantastic. Food impeccable. With a family with allergys nothing was too much trouble. Massive shout out to Georgina for an amazing smile and helping in ever way. Always our go to when over this side.

We went for breakfast Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week. Was a good price The place was clean, the food was nice. And the lady we had serving us was lovely. If/when we are back in the area, we would definitely visit again.

We had a great breakfast here, and plenty of it. The young lady working on Monday (14/04/25) was a credit to Brewers Fayre. I'm sorry, I forgot her name. She was invaluable and polite. Thank you for your great service. We highly recommend this restaurant and we’ll see you again soon on next trip to minehead.

Waited over 40 minutes for our food. Let down once arrived, food like warm, not very tasty. Expected more for our money.

Booked a table for 1630 for carvery as advertised on till 1800. Arrived ontime to find the carvery had finished as apparently sold out early. No other explanation just a let down

We were served by ‘Christ J’ and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He directed us to the cheapest menus and showed us which discounts to use. Top bloke and chatty and happy. As a large family of 6 visiting family that live locally, we always have a large family meal here. It’s child friendly and accommodates our son’s SEN needs. Menu choices change which is never boring. Lots of family favourites to choose from. Lots of well know drinks served at the bar with popular beers and ciders on tap. Always book as it can get busy being local to Butlins

We come in at least once a week, food had always been great and good value. Staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Our favourite place to eat in minehead. Would recommend to anyone.

was busy and a small wait was expected. Food was good value and what you would expect from a good chain, the lady serving us we found to be extremely rude and unpleasant didn’t catch her name (red hair and very moody) but a lesson in professionalism wouldn’t go a miss!!!

Called in for a late Wednesday lunch, good normal menu, but brilliant meals for £5 menu offer meant it was a very good deal. All good. Not busy, but service was a little slow due to staff numbers.

No one to greet you when you enter, food was still frozen, chef must be blind? No customer service. No management. No atmosphere and so hot everyone was dripping with sweat. Won’t be eating here again, ruined my birthday meal.

Very good carvery on Sunday. Also nice meals Mon-Fri for £5. Our residents from Dunster Lodge care home love going out for lunch to Brewers Fayre, they are always warmly welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff.

Recently had the pleasure in visiting the Brewers Fayre as we were staying in the hotel. Staff were friendly and very attentive. The food was well cooked and served quickly. Would definitely go back if I'm in the area again.

No all you can eat but all the better they take your order, quantity you want, leave out what you dont like. All done with a welcoming smile.

My husband and I visited Brewer's Fayre Minehead today and we couldn't have been happier. The staff were welcoming and attentive during our visit. Our food was cooked well and was very nice, the value for money was second to none in my opinion. Definitely worth a visit. We were happy that we had decided to give them a go considering not all reviews have been great. We'd definitely eat here again. (They even found me a box to take my leftovers in!) Thank you team for our experience!

We had Sunday lunch, it was great to see vegan and gluten free options, staff were very friendly and did everything they could to help.

Come here for the first time was staying at minehead for my hen weekend and the food and staff were lovely, all of our table went for the £5 lunch menu and we were all very surprised how big the portions were and again urs was lush

Stayed at the Premier next door and ate here on the first night. Burgers were amazing, hot and service was swift. Enjoyed so much we came back the following night and ordered the same food, did not disappoint. Staff very welcoming, would certainly recommend.

We visited on a Saturday evening and had been enjoying drinks after a nice meal out. At 10:05 pm, I went to order another drink but was abruptly told they were closed, despite advertising a closing time of 11 pm. A polite last orders notice would have been appreciated, especially since we had been there since just before 9 pm and there were still other tables present. The server was rude and dismissive, making it clear they were eager to leave. Coming from a hospitality background and visiting regularly due to family, I found this unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience has ensured I won’t be returning (visited Saturday 25th Jan)

On arrival at Mineheads brewers fayre we were met by Helen who was very welcoming the food was well cooked hot and value for money, nothing was to much trouble, I would highly recommend thank you Helen for your hospitality.

First visit, just in the area and noticed the sign. Fab service 👏, meticulously clean throughout including toilets and easily the best food I've eaten in a Brewers Fayre. Everything tasted fresh with more flavour than several others in this chain that I've been to and my better half agrees 👍. Well done to you all and many thanks.

Stopped off on the way to a weekend away. Great food, excellent service, and although quite quiet still felt like a busy place. Toilets were spotlessly clean, and so was the restaurant. Food arrived quickly and was well presented and hot. We had ordered desserts, and our plates were cleared, and we were asked if we wanted our desserts then or wait a few minutes. A little tip to other Brewers Fayres that Minehead staff managed. 1. Asked if we had a bonus card. Tick. 2. Asked if we had any vouchers. Tick. 3. As we left, they said goodbye and wished us a good rest of the day . Tick. Unfortunately, we did not get the two members of staffs names, but if I owned a restaurant, I would head hunt them to work for me.

Took advantage of the meal deal over a two night stay lovely evening meals and breakfast was good too they managed to put on a cooked breakfast for us all at 06.30 .

We visited this evening and have to say how pleasantly surprised we both were. We were served at the bar by Georgina, she was absolutely fantastic especially considering I’m not the easiest customer in the world. She was very attentive, informative with a polite, courteous smile. Nothing we asked seemed to phase her despite my constant barrage of questions. The restaurant was clean, warm and comfortable as you would expect. Our food arrived promptly and was as you expect to find in a Brewers Fair, simple well cooked and tasty. Excellent value for the price we paid. Thank you Georgina for our excellent service and making us feel so welcome. In our most honest humble opinion you most definitely deserve a promotion and substantial pay increase.

Bar staff are brilliant. Food was as good as it always is. Beer was cold! Perfect

Had a Sunday lunch the meat was tuff, no Yorkshire puddings no stuffing and well I have no idea how anyone can make Cauliflower cheese like a mashed up mush even had to ask what it was it was like baby food full of garlic , cauliflower cheese in a lumpy paste really horrible. All in all not nice plus I was very unwell all night (think it was the Cauliflower cheese) won’t be coming back sorry.

We came here when stirm Darrah was happening and it was crazy outside. The staff were amazing! They were so helpful and kind towards me and my two little daughters who were understandably confused as to what was going on. Staff were lovely with them and gave them extra colouring bits and helped me with doors and getting breakfast with two littles. Food was amazing and I will definitely be going back here again. Staff could not have been better! what a lovely experience to have such amazing people when there is absolute chaos outside and your are scrambling! Thank you!

Staff pleasant and prompt. Food well presented and filling.

This is our second time visiting in as many years. The first year was passable as ok. This time around was absolutely shocking. The food was possiblity the worst pub food we have ever tried. I have no idea what the cook done to the chips but they were swimming in grease and the same for the gammon. The kids pasta was over microwaved and the peas were cold. The service was equally as shocking. The venue was pretty empty so was a bit annoyed when we had to wait and ask for our deserts. When they came out, our table still had all the dirty main course plates on it, however the server placed the deserts down on the table amongst them. When she removed the dirty plates she did not ask if everything was ok,so we made a point in telling her it was bad. Disappointingly though she dismissed it and nothing was said. Ignore the posters throughout offering 25% off food for military as there are so many conditions that you don't get it. And to top it off the two men's cubicles at 14:00hrs on a quite day were covered in s*"t. Avoid unless you are desperate.

Breakfast 29/11/2024 720 am. Went for (Premiere Inn) Breafast. The food was good, the place was clean and our table was served by a helpful and friendly waitress. Just the job before a 5 hour drive home.

Went in on Sunday did nt opt for any menu was just told carvery only shown to seat and told where bar was no other options like starters or desserts was offered no sign on website to say sundays is carvery only as that's how it seemed service very unfriendly telling people it was fully booked when loads of spaces available only saw about 2 staff

Very basic but edible carvery..we were all given tiny end bits of meat by the chef .then sat watching the chef plate up 2 meals to take out back for himself and work colleague carving alot of meat for his free meals. Appalling

Wide menu choices, friendly staff and good hot food. On first visit the ordering process is a bit confusing plus don't forget to enter your car registration when you enter to avoid a parking fine! Breakfast deals are amazing beats Morrisons and McDonald's nearby!

Food was not what I expected. Food was undercooked even when I asked for the meat to be well done, and there was no music to make the atmosphere a little brighter. Won't be going back

Just spent a long weekend in Minehead. The brewers fayre breakfasts were amazing and good value. It was busy but staff were great constantly topping up the buffet . The guy in the floral shirt was helpful and friendly nothing too much trouble thank you. And grand kids 3 and 4 yr old ate free and it was kid friendly. Hot chocolate was amazing thank you !!

Had a Sunday carvery at the end of my daughters hen weekend. The food was great and the service outstanding. The manager couldn't have done more to accommodate us. It really was the best was to finish the weekend. Thank you so much, will definitely be in again when next in the area.

Our Football team use Brewers Fayre each matchday to meet up to enjoy breakfast and a coffee. The food is excellent and all our players enjoy the Sunday mornings to meet up, its a great preparation for the game. Thank you to all the staff at Brewers Fayre for making us so welcome.

Had a lovely meal here with my family 2AD and 2CH, food was lovely and as you would expect from a Brewers Fayre and I wouldn't normally write a review but Georgina gave us some really good customer service. We felt very welcomed and she was attentive, polite and a hard worker! Thank you Georgina for your lovely attitude!

The breakfast buffet was excellent, the food looked really fresh and tasted great. The value for money was really good and the staff were very efficient.

Went here on a adults Butlins Weekender, nice relaxed atmosphere, lovely staff and nice food. Georgina went above and beyond for us while we was there. Thanks Georgia. See you next year

Arrived roughly 2pm Sunday. Only carvery available which is fine. 2 adults, 2 kids carvery and 4 drinks came to over £50, the food was awful. Roast potatoes were pale Beef severely overcooked, shrivelled and dry. Mostly mashed potatoes and undercooked veg for sides. No gravy or sauces left, this had to be prompted to be refilled, considering it was only roughly half capacity it was awful. Should of gone to McDonald’s 🤯

Went for breakfast after visiting Butlins but was late, never mind we'll have something off the normal menu..... unfortunately they don't serve any food between finishing the breakfast session at 1030 and starting the lunch time session. Almost cried Ended up in McDonald's 😕

Booked a table for 7pm Stood at the main door waiting for somebody to seat us for a good 5mins the place was not busy less than half full. Got seated ordered and ordered food (mixed grill with steak upgrade 8oz and lasagne with side of chips) after paying i was told 30 minuite wait as they are really busy! I looked around and thought it was half empty. Food took nearly 45mins when the food came the chips were stone cold i asked for fresh the lady brought out another bowl obviously from the same batch still cold took a bite from my medium steak cold like it came out the fridge, wifes lasagne was black at the bottom and tasted burnt (cooked in the microwave) we decided not to stay and asked for refund, not been to a brewers fayre for years and we was on our holidays. It was shockingly bad. The deputy manager was polite and apologetic and said they were short staffed.
