Please get a ghost kitchen for delivery. This place is not nice to go to. There is no drive through and on getting inside it's like the delivery drivers and the rudest and most unpleasant people you'll ever encounter

We ate here as a very large group with family and friends. The staff were really attentive and went above and beyond. The food was delicious, my mum ordered scampi but unfortunately there was an issue with the fryer, she was offered something else, she chose a steak and wasn't expected the pay the difference. Will definitely return. Thank you for a memorable evening.

Lovely pub not your usual ales and the roast dinner was great too. Chef knows what he's doing and the vegetables where standout. Thanks very much from me and my partner.

A really lovely friendly restaurant with chilled relaxing vibes I am gluten free and there was so much choice - my daughter has avocado and eggs I had a yummy gf breakfast bun with bacon , egg and sausage - we liked it so much we visited again twice more during our stay in Lyme Regis - the service was excellent - would also recommend the evening menu as well

Everything was OK, nothing awful, food tasted ok , service was pleasant but not stand out. Prices reasonable . Not the cafe’s fault but people kept leaving the door open and letting in a draft, staff repeatedly having to go and close them.

Took family out for Sunday lunch just can not fault the food Michael and barstaff so friendly and helpful also not forgetting manager Steve in the kitchen well done all . Thanks Jan and Alan

Lovely setting, lovely staff. Homemade tomato soup was very peppery - so much so that I couldn’t taste the tomatoes. Bread roll was ok. Hubby had vegan pasty which he really enjoyed. Shared a fruit scone which was not nice. There was a hint of vanilla (unnecessary) and an underlying taste which was horrible. I couldn’t finish mine.

On a first visit to Lyme Regis (after too many years!) noticed this restaurant as we walked by. I thought the menu looked good, my wife spotted it was bring your own wine - what's not to like? Place was very busy on a Saturday, mostly for takeaways, but we were happy to sip our wine and enjoy our food while joshing with Kar, who has a great sense of humour. We had to promise him we would return - and we will!

Went for a belated Mother’s Day gift over the Easter weekend for an afternoon tea with my son which has become a bit of a tradition . Of the past 4 venues tried this is definitely the most expensive and worse. Sandwiches which had clearly been made earlier and kept in the fridge making them dry. Poor quality fillings. Warm scones that had been pinged in the microwave and dry when ou came to eat them. Jam which was of a super saver quality and not a conserve which you would expect. Tasteless and no fruit pieces in it. Caramel tart had soft pastry. Coffee type eclair with a gloopy filling. To top it all a service charge was added which was not clearly pointed out. I felt sorry for my son who had organised this trip but the good thing is that I’m sure it won’t take much looking locally to find a better venue next year. Avoid unless you want to pay high prices for poor food. I would have been happier sitting on the beach eating a meal deal !

There seem to be several negative reviews of this establishment on Trip Adviser but I have to say that my wife and I visited on a few occasions over the weekend of 02.11.2024 to 04.11.2024 during our stay in Dorchester for breakfasts and coffee trips and enjoyed it each time. The staff were very courteous, the coffee tasted great, the yoghurt and granolas was tasty (just need to have more of them ready for breakfast time) and the raspberry or almond croissants were delicious This place kept us going during our stay and we would be happy to recommend

The porta toilets outside reflect very badly on the shop, when I say RANK I mean it! The thought of all those people using the toilets then going in the shop mauling everything 🤢🤢🤢 it affected what I touched, which was nothing, and purchased. I only bought something to eat from behind the counter in the hope the poor staff members didn’t have to use those toilets! Seriously, those loos need cleaning on a more regular basis, running water somewhere even if outside and someone actually being responsible for them. I think it would be better for business to have no toilets there at all, great shame as nice little shop. My visit was off-peak season and appx 1pm

The young guy who served us was not very polite and Pasties looked good but I asked to have it heated for extra money and it totally ruined making the Pasty rubbery as I think was microwaved, overall would not recommend.
