GLUTEN Free would not recommend at all. I had what was advertised at GF Cornish pasty, well it tasted mother like any Cornish pasty I have had in my life. It was so vile I couldn’t swallow it or I would have been ill. I think even the seagulls would fly away from it. Cost-£6 each The gf paste was the only thing gf on offer.

Got my husband a bacon sandwich and a scotch egg from here. Both were extremely tasty and at a fair price. Quick service getting the bacon sandwich cooked too. There is a huge selection of sandwich fillings and cakes here, plus amazing scotch eggs, sausage rolls etc. A shame there are no gluten free options. I asked if they could put some coronation chicken and some salad in a box for my lunch, but they could not do this. Highly recommended if you are not wheat intolerant like my husband.

Honestly I’m astounded that this place is still in business. Quality of the products on sale verses the prices are so far apart. £8 for a baguette (ham ordered) ham salad received. Inside the smallest baguette came the least amount of salad and even less ham. In my opinion £3 would be expensive, add on the stale cakes also purchased and you can understand why I feel ripped off. Somewhere like this relies on tourists. I won’t be returning for sur.

Amazing pastries!! Got 2 pastries and ended up going back to try 2 more! The ginger and treacle tart (warning; very strong on the ginger side which we love), nutmeg tart, apple cake were all amazing. Lovely place to pick up lunch—just a counter where they will heat up your pasty but the owners are very nice. We got an onion and cheese pasty, a luxury steak pasty, and a traditional pasty and they were all great but the luxury steak was the best. The scotch egg was an interesting addition—I’d never tried one before and it was nice. The real winner was the Bakewell tart which was absolutely perfect. Glad we stopped by here!

I used to be a professional baker. I noted the high prices and was expecting top quality, but was disappointed. The steak pie had a great flavour but was meat and potato, not steak. The quiche also had a great flavour, but the pastry was undercooked underneath. The Scotch egg was almost inedible because it was unbelievably dry and difficult to swallow, maybe it wasn't made today. In summary, with such high prices one expects 100% excellent products.

Long queues and a short walk from the harbour suggested this bakery was a good spot, but unfortunately the quality of products let them down. Ordered a traditional pasty, at £5 it came with sloppy / soggy contents and flaky not shortcrust pastry. The tea was £2 and very weak. Sorry guys, room for improvement or I would suggest a shop around.

We were so excited to have a crab sandwich in Lyme, and were left hideously disappointed after visiting Mulberry Manor. The crab sandwich, which we paid over £9 per sandwich for, consisted of two slices of basic and thin, shop-bought seeded bread and a very thin spread of what I can only describe as the Princes crab paste - not fresh in the slightest! Despite being right next to the sea. To top it all off, I found a hair in my sandwich which made me feel more ill than I did previously about the sandwich. Such a shame, but would not recommend.

I've eaten pasties from all over Cornwall including favourites like 'Malcolm Barnecutts' and 'Niles' but Mulberry Manor's large traditional pasty trumps them all. Honestly never leave reviews but I can not get over the fact that they think it’s justifiable to charge £5 for some grated cheese on stale bread. For one tuna baguette, a small cheese sandwich, sausage and bacon baguette, one shortbread and one small cake it was £25. Absolute rip off. Taking advantage of tourism and the food wasn’t great at all. The sausage and bacon baguette was around £9 in itself. The tuna and cheese £5 each. Avoid at all costs.

Normally had good food here however extremely disappointed today. Ordered 4 prawn sandwiches which to be honest the only thing better than a Tesco prawn sandwich was the bread. Prawn filling was very meagre, tiny little prawns and with very little flavour. I would not be at all surprised to find out the prawns mix used actual came from a supermarket. At the price charged I expect something considerably better and more tasty than a supermarket sarnie. Come on Mulberry Manor buck up your ideas and don’t become a tourist trap!

Rude male staff, and overpriced sandwiches with microscopically thin fillings between slices of stale bread. Even allowing for the logistical problems imposed by COVID, this was the worst food I have experienced in many years of visiting Lyme Regis, and given the usually excellent standard of other food outlets, I am amazed that it survives against such competition - I can only put this down to its prime position near the front.

Nothing good about my visit here. Ordered a pasty, sausage roll and sandwich. The bread for the sandeich was stale. The sausage roll was filled with some sort of red/pink meat that didn't taste any better than it looked. And the pasty was awful. Rather then chuncks of meat, I was faced with some sort of 'paste' of ingrediants, with the only thing recognisable a few chuncks of carrot. And it was cold (I had asked for a hot one). And you're allowed to pick up the drinks to pay for them (don't know what that's all about). Judging by other comments and lack of response by the business I would suggest this place is more interested in cashing in on a captive audiance by providing a poor quality product as cheap as possible.

We were camping just down the road this past weekend and decided to have a browse - I'm glad we did as there was much more to this farm shop than I was expecting. Lots of different produce and gifts type things all quite nicely set out. Some things were sensibly priced considering you do expect to pay a slight premium at a farm shop (postcards 50p, fresh scones £1, clotted cream £1.99), but some of the prices were a little shocking - there were loaves of fresh bread at £4.50 and I nearly had a heart attack when I saw the price of ice cream being served at the side of the car park! Overall a worthwhile trip - the scones were delicious, good selection of ciders and got some lovely warm slipper socks. I'd recommend popping in if you're passing (the views are fantastic too) just don't expect any bargains.
