Ordered boneless bucket and got 2 piece boneless and the rest had bones

I was walking down the road when I smelt donuts in the breeze and couldn't resist so I purchased 15 donuts and a double chocolate ice cream. Staff were very polite and was great with my dog would highly recommend for a sweet treat.

Have a great atmosphere and the food is the best here. I have with my family for this restaurant and the service is extremely good

Was given four huge merangues as a present. My friend, on holiday in the area, bought them and they travelled 200 miles without damage! Lovely, interesting flavours. Unusual.

Was intrigued why this place was always quiet and gave it a try! Within minutes I could see why! Dirty spoiled sauce pots, passive aggressive messages on tables, stained sticky menus and that was just the beginning! Cutlery for our hot drinks had dried dirty food still on the spoon 🤢 what a disgrace! The owner was intimidating, rude and obnoxious when taking the order, patronising when I asked him to repeat what he said because I didn't hear properly! Food inedible! Revolting 🤢😣 How on earth environmental health hasn't shut this place down! What a disgusting environment!

We ordered our food and it came sloppily presented . After looking , my drink was wrong and when I went to change it, the staff were rude and ignorant. I sat down and my mum noticed they had forgot her cheese that she paid extra for so she went to collect it. Again, the staff were really rude and after asking for cheese , they actually handed her a slice of cheese with no gloves on. My food tasted off and now, 6 hours later I’m throwing up uncontrollably. I have eaten nothing else and I haven’t been in contact with anyone else. Appalling.

We had a toasted sandwich, 2 coffees and a slice of sir choc-a-lot cake. The cake was so dry it was crispy on one side and crumbled to pieces - totally inedible. I went back to the counter , waited for a while for a member of staff to appear. I eventually shouted back for attention and advised that they should not sell anymore of the cake as it was dry and inedible. The member of staff agreed with me and said there had been complaints previously . I asked if she could pass the complaint on and was advised that they would just stop selling it in the end. I told her by then they would not have any customers left.

Well. I want to say something nice but it's hard. Everything was bland, cheesy fries is some kind of joke and prices are not matching the quality, there is room for improvement but it's better to be tourist trap

The elderly lady who seems to run it is very rude to every customer I seen que up. Seems to have lost her passion for the job very snappy. Even the staff seemed on edge with her 😪

Absolute crap. Ordered 4 pizzas with family was sat in quality control for 25min. I then rang to say it was sat far to long and not to deliver if cold. It arrived I checked while delivery guy was at the door. COLD. Awful food and poor service by the management team after expressing my feelings.

Awful experience. I arrived to grab a quick bite with my boyfriend just before I headed home after a long day of shopping. I walked in and the woman counting stock was clicking her pen, as if our presence was irritating her. I asked the woman behind the counter if I could have a sausage roll, after clearly overhearing my conversation with my partner, she then responded “they’re not hot” and I was confused but I said “oh okay”. Instead I grabbed a baguette and asked if she could possibly heat it up? She then decided to shout at me and say “THE OVENS ARE ALL TURNED OFF NOW, IF YOU WANT HOT FOOD TRY COMING IN BEFORE HALF FIVE!” Honestly my boyfriend and I were shocked. I was appalled this woman clearly had no idea what customer service was. Disgusting and will not be returning

Poor poor customer service, terrible manner from the lady! Will not be returning. Bought two ice creams for my 2 children aged 2 and 1. I sat down so they could eat them and was immediately and abruptly told I couldn’t sit there as ice creams are take away only. I apologised and began to leave, I then asked why I couldn’t sit there and was told because it’s for the cafe only not for ice creams. I asked if they would mind if we sat there as the whole inside and outside of the cafe were empty and I was told, I couldn’t. She then proceeded to go on about how they pay £500 a month for the pavement seats... a little kindness and help wouldn’t have gone a miss. I could understand if it was busy or had people waiting!! So rude
