No crunch in crunch wrap. No beef in beef taco. No seasoning on fries. No manors in the bearded bloke that served us. Overall whack experience. More like taco hell am I right. Jokes a side really poop.

Fast food. Just not that great.

I ordered at the till. The lad servicing was miserable and untidy, not a good first impression. I was given my food quickly. Once I sat down I noticed how filthy the restaurant was. Disgusting! The toilet was dirty too. Food was bland and warm. I will not be returning.

Had the tacos.. was tasty but lacked the beef filling.

I went in with extremely low expectations as I'd never had a taco bell, let alone seen one in the UK, but was too curious not to try it. I was genuinely surprised by how nice it was as far as fast food goes, certainly beats McDonald's any day. It's also a plus that I didn't get horrendous diarrhoea like it's reputation would make you think lmao

The burritos are okay. Very, very small portions. Chips were disgusting. Nachos were decent. That's all I can say. For the price it's not worth it!

Disgusting! Everything was dirty, toilets were horrendous. Food was cold, churros were sad and lifeless. The drink dispenser gave out the incorrect drink selected. It was the biggest deal in the world to get someone to clean a table down, and rather than give all the filthy tables a wipe, they only did the one. Avoid.

Sat outside it absolutely stinks of pee, but the shop was absolutely impressive very clean and tidy, food was great.

The man's toilet had only one functioning toilet which was awfully disgusting

The worst food I've probably eaten. Cold, bland and small portions. Asked for no tomato, it arrived with tomato, asked for hot sauce on taco, no hot sauce, no cheese for my nachos and the churros were tough chewy and cold. Grim. Expensive too. Don't bother.

Probably the worst fast food I’ve ever eaten. How they can call them ‘seasoned’ fries and they still don’t taste of anything. Portion sizes are way smaller than the photos make them out to be. I had a burrito meal with a taco, fries, nachos and dessert and was still hungry after. You would need a sharing platter for 3 people to even be remotely filled. Could barely tell there was any chicken in the burrito. Asked for no tomatoes but they still put it in. Honestly don’t waste your money here.

I Like all The quesadillas but i would prefer to have some vegan option Because my friend search there were Just salads i would prefer to have some tacos without meat

😡 Had a busy day & decided to try something new via Uber - very disappointed! Portions can only be described as tiny. I could have come up with something better myself. Shame, because the delivery was ok, but I will not be ordering again. Appalling value for money

Ordered burritos and soft tacos which were delicious, as well as the churros with caramel sauce. Keeps me coming back for more. And all items were as described on the app.

Terrible... ordered through Just Eat for a 6:15pm delivery. Didn't arrive until 6:52pm with no apology. Chips cold burritos squashed flat. Spent £29 on it and it wasn't worth a fiver. Will NEVER order from here again..

Food always delivered missing items. Never received a refund. Food is just thrown into bag, no care. A real shame as the Plymouth store is fantastic.

Worst fast food ever, getting worse year by year

We ordered and paid £25, what we got could have been considered a free sample.. the portion sizes are super small I'd have to spend £500 for just 1 meal. ended up ordering a proper meal from somewhere else.. ripoff. (where was the big thick burritos the Americans get or aint we good enough for that?)

Honestly horrific experience at this Taco Bell. Never been before but we needed a quick bite after walking in the storm. Entered at 10:08pm and found the tables to dine in had been cut off. Got yelled at twice for standing eating we were stood out of the way eating quickly so that we didn’t make a mess (we ate by the bin). I understand wanting to get out on time at 11 when they close but they never told us we couldn’t eat in, they just yelled at us that we can’t stand in there and eat yelling “we closed off the seating area for a reason” as if we had insulted them by eating on the bin (not ideal for us either but it’s storming). We had to stand out and eat in the rain. I wouldn’t mind, but they never spoke to us politely, they were completely rude right off the bat.

A fast food a little different from the others. You will especially find Mexican chili specialists (buritos, tacos, 🌮..., paprika fries...) It's not the best of the must either but it suits people who have to eat quickly.

I love the food here and it’s affordable. The service was quick and I love that you get to see them make food. The atmosphere on the other hand they were talking a lot and due to that most tables were dirty

Fries, 2 tacos and unlimited drinks for under £6! Sure it's not fine dining but perfect for a shopping trip snack and sit down. Love it.

Went here in hope of a hot tasty meal.unfortunatly got neither.food supposedly freshly cooked was luke warm at best and lacked flavour. I had a volcanic burrito. It wasnt hot and it wasnt spicy. We mentioned it to the staff but they just shrugged.

Just your typical fast food restaurant. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. Food is tasty and reasonably priced. Find it quite messy if sitting inside staff don't keep on top of the cleaning/clearing the tables

Don't go. All needed a good clean. Let you order the drink you wanted but when you got to the self service machine half the soft drinks weren't available. The food was awful. Looked nothing like the pictures. Hardly any filling and all you got was slimey sauce. Threw it in the bin and left quickly!

Just a wild guess but stop employing people that don't care. Service was slow. Only two people on at a busy time 6-7pm. The chips were definitely not fresh for my fries supreme. For some people that can't work the self service options, the staff didn't seem to be very helpful when people were waiting to order at the tills. I usually like taco bell but this one was a tad disappointing for a handout front store. Needs to step up.

Ordered it on just eat and it was supposed to be in a box there was no box. The burrito was small and did not taste all that nice. The taco was flattened and it only came with 2 bags of chips it was not goot. The cherros was really nice though. I'm not gonna get food from this place again

Great service at the counter, but the food was underwhelming. The £6 volcano burrito was smaller than the £1.99 spicy chicken burrito. Someone from Taco Bell UK needs to go to the States and see how it's done properly.

The service was good but I did not enjoy the meal.

Would not class this as fast food. I know all meals done to order but just not enough staff on a Saturday afternoon . Order then arrived. I had missing chips when I asked the staff member they just looked and gave me more chips. Nothing was said, but chips were over seasoned to the point I had to blow the seasoning off . I was a little disappointed, to say the least. I will give it another go one day it may have been a bad day.

Had the misfortune of ordering from here for delivery. £24 for 4 of the smallest taco's I've ever seen (not even a child's meal). 2 tiny slithers of chix per taco and the food arrived ice cold. Really disappointed, wouldn't recommend

As I lived and worked in the states I'm going to tell you that this has absolutely no comparison. I ordered a nacho belgrande and I've never seen such a pitiful portion in my life I had one soft talco and one belgrande. A dribble of sour cream on 1 teaspoon of meat and the rest nachos that cost me over 8 pound . Disgusting price . Go to KFC macdonalds or burger King get your moneys worth. If your hungry DONT GO HERE .

Ate here Saturday evening and the service was slow, the staff seemed a bit rushed and stressed, had to wait over 30 minutes and in that time, people were in the toilet with alcohol and looking like they had been doing something they shouldn't have. Kids were coming and going constantly filling up their cups so had to wait for that before I managed to fill my cup, the food was nice though, for what it was, so that is why I'm giving a 3.

The restaurant was dirty and very few clean tables, there were only 3-4 confused and lack lustre teenagers working there with no initiative, or clear management. I watched one member of staff push rubbish down into an over flowing bin, to return straight to preparing orders without changing their gloves, and the service was the slowest I have even encountered in a supposed fast food chain… when I finally got my order it wasn’t even warm. Overall disappointing service. Won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

The Taco was amazing but they mixed up mine and my friends burrito 🌯 and I wanted a none spicy one but the one I got was really spicy 🔥 So just double check the burritos and tacos and you'll be fine

Ordered food very easy using self service machine. Waited 30 minutes for our food, only one man serving & preparing food, he was polite and really needed extra staff to help. One toilet out of order so had to use disabled/ mother baby changing cubicle, it was disgusting, wet floor, wet toilet seat, tissue everywhere, needed a deep clean. Will not be returning here!

We've had a really nice delivery from here so thought I'd treat the kids and eat in during the holidays. The place was absolutely rank! I could see some free tables in the middle but couldn't get to them as there were loads of teenagers blocking the isle with all the chairs pulled out & rubbish all over the floor also the whole place stunk of urine for some worrying reason! I made an attempt to get a member of staffs attention regarding the table situation but then my children looked up at me and said mummy this place is horrible can we go somewhere else? so we left. Even the outside was disgusting, the tiles were black and covered in chewing gum & dog ends, there were a couple of crack heads sat at one of the tables waiting for a bus not eating plus lettuce & mayo all over the pavement. This place is new but is the most disgusting eatery I've ever seen!

Yet to receive a complete order, all the staff seem incapable of ensuring all items are with the order on delivery. Thought maybe let’s do click and collect as at least I can check the order… the staff then get funny if you check the order before you leave …. Every time I have checked the order in store order has been missing items! Then the staff get snotty and roll their eyes at you when you ask for the items you paid for. The latest errors are incorrect items…. Keep ordering black bean burrito yet I got given beef…. Wouldn’t mind so much if I ate beef! The staff need serious retraining and competent management on each shift checking quality control before ordered are given out.

Great food, accommodating staff with regards to my intolerances and good location. Only issue was the place was filled to the brim with kids/teens. The toilet was filthy and there was mess everywhere.

Food is good. Time keeping is pretty poor. Order for collection at 18:15 not ready for another 20mins. Never seems to be anyone on the tills to deal with customers.

Would have given no stars but the one star is the only the star for the poor guy working behind the counter who seemed to take orders and make them up as well clearing tables he deserves a raise. None of the order point machines working, not enough staff, order wrong (not surprising considering no staff) food was greasy I took one bite and left it it was disgusting the grease stuck to my mouth, toilets ok but not clean. This was my first and last visit to Taco Bell never again! It should have stayed in America!

Waits can be bit long don't know if it is a staffing issue or demand so service lost a star for me.

I asked for whatever meal number it was and paid. I waited outside and eventually food was delivered. I received only one taco. This was not correct. I went back in and explained what I had ordered and they wanted receipt, which I provided. They told me they would correct my order and so I returned to my seat outside. After ten minutes or so, I hadn't received my order and went back in. I explained again that I hadn't received my order and once again they asked for my receipt. What? I told them that I had just provided them with my receipt and was waiting for them to correct my order. They told me that without a receipt there wasn't much they could do? I was one of three people in the store. It's not like they didn't recognize me. They knew I was outside waiting for my order. The guy that originally took my order was hiding in the back of the store and refused to come to the counter. I ended up spending £6 or £7 for one taco. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR RECEIPT! Do not let them take it from you. You'll never receive your food. Would give zero stars if I could. Horrible service. Taco wasn't bad. Try 'Tortilla' in Exeter. Much better restaurant and better food.

I'm so upset with Taco Bell... stated they are halal on Uber eats or just eat... went to pick up the order, and luckily, we asked if halal. They told us no its not halal and refunded the cost. I hope they have removed their halal status online. My advice is to always check. Thank you to the guys serving us, for his honesty. This is why i gave 3 stars

Love the food at Taco Bell, for the price I think it's great value. My issues are with this site. Over three visits I've only ever seen ONE of the four food ordering screens working. I've not once seen anyone cleaning/wiping the tables. No hand sanitiser anywhere and the soap dispenser in the toilets was empty in last visit and the whole toilet was in a fairly manky state (which to some extent is down to manky customers making it like that, I accept). Ended up wiping the table and our hands with baby wipes before we ate. Have been kind off put off by the last visit now, is the kitchen and food prep area even clean? I have to wonder.

At 1st,i didn't understand why everyone hated this place. I'd always had a good meal up until I had Covid recently & eventually mustered the energy to order as I was weak & hadn't eaten for days. Ordered. Got the updates. Got a message saying 'delivered' when they hadn't delivered anything. Like... Why? That screwed me up & left me hungrier for longer & didn't have the money to place an order before waiting for a refund. F this place!

Food - Fairly standard, nothing special, appear to be out of stock of fries, nachos and rice on this visit. Service - Shocking, staff swearing and shouting, and when Uber drivers showed the staff were very rude towards them. Restaurant - A complete mess, lots of rubbish all over the floors, not welcoming to come and sit down, so we did a take out instead.

We ordered food with Just Eat 2 hours ago and we still haven't received our food. Theres no phone number to call the restaurant either to find out where our order is. Any orders we've had from taco bell have taken a long time to arrive and this will be the last time we order from there. Absolutely shocking.

We tried this place while on holiday and it was disappointing. No tables had been cleaned at all, and the whole interior was untidy and badly organised. We ordered some food from the counter and it was actually pretty good. We then ordered additional food at the self service point, and this is where the drama unfolded. A woman came storming through the building and grabbed an employee by the arm from the back room and walked him out, while shouting at another employee that his shift was done and another employee was not coming. There were now only 2 staff members working; one being an apparent manager, and they did not act professionally. The manager proceeded to shout to the big line of people waiting that they were not taking orders for half hour, and that half of the stuff wasn't available. The other member of staff proceeded to make food but started throwing food and pans around the open kitchen in frustration. He then proceeded to storm out the kitchen with the manager shouting to him that it's a good job she likes him. Absolute chaos. We received our food after 40 minutes of waiting, to get back to our hotel and realise it was all wrong. Would not return due to staff behaviour, who need some serious training.

Our first (and last) experience of the Torquay branch. Ordering at the screen was easy and straightforward but unfortunately it went downhill from there. We were the only ones eating in but the tables were dirty with a big dollop of cheese sauce on one. Our food was bagged up (as if for takeaway) not placed on a tray. Ours was pretty straight forward order, two burrito meals, a taco and an additionsl portion of fries. However, one of the fries were missing, so returned to the counter to inform the assistant and get them. One of the burritos was the veggie one due to me being a vegetarian. I checked the wrapper for any indication of which burrito was which. One had 7 layer (veggie one) written on it and the other had a circle around the crispy chicken. So, I unwrapped the one that had 7 layer written on it, bit into it and it was the chicken one 🤬 Fuming!!! I've not eaten meat in over 30yrs!!! What if I had an allergy? Not acceptable! I made the staff aware but they couldn't really care less. Just shrugged, gave me a sickly smile and an insincere 'sorry'!!! When I did finally eat my 7 layer burrito I think they missed out a few layers because it was predominantly guacamole so made the whole thing cold! The only decent thing about the whole experience were the fries but I can safely say that is not a big enough draw to make me want to return. Would not recommend. People's hard earned money is better well spent on anywhere but here!!

Clean, pleasant surroundings. Food was lovely and reasonably priced

We like to pop in for lunch at the weekend, when going for stroll on seafront. Our little one loves the small cheesy roll, I love the chicken quesedilla. Few times we had issue with horrendously overseasoned fries, there were inedible and when complained staff said oh, yes that's definitely right, but didn't offer to cook fresh batch etc.. Now we've been to Taco Bell in states and in UK and I can honestly say this is the dirtiest branch. Toilet door would not close, you could forget about locking for weeks, but this was fixed on our latest visit this weekend. So I hope someone's complaint went further up the chain. We've actually seen people wiping tables on our last visit too, which was new. We really likeTaco Bell and the location is fantastic so really hope they improve clenliness so they are not shut down..

Great food, had baby quesadillas and seasoned fries. So much so we were back there the next day.

Food was as expected from a fast food chain. If eating in take wet wipes as the tables and chairs do jot appear to ever be wiped down. Whole place is filthy.

Nothing special, just a fast food joint, nothing like its American stores. The cleanliness was very poor in all customer areas. Toilet door doesn’t shut, we sat for 30minutes eating and never witnessed any tables being wiped down from previous customers, old food all over them, toilets filthy and used tampons hanging out of full bin. Told staff and they looked at each other and never commented. Shame really as its location is superb and must be an absolute gold mine during the holiday season, why risk losing trade over such small basic things.

Staff were friendly and ordering was quick. Not the greatest food was very quiet and the chips were very stale and I don't think they should have been sold. The volcano burrito was nice, the churros were nice shame the staff forgot the caramel sauce that goes with them, the normal taco tasted a bit off. Overall not the greatest experience at taco bell Torquay other outlets have been better.
