Café crème in Torbay

Was intrigued why this place was always quiet and gave it a try! Within minutes I could see why! Dirty spoiled sauce pots, passive aggressive messages on tables, stained sticky menus and that was just the beginning! Cutlery for our hot drinks had dried dirty food still on the spoon 🤢 what a disgrace! The owner was intimidating, rude and obnoxious when taking the order, patronising when I asked him to repeat what he said because I didn't hear properly! Food inedible! Revolting 🤢😣 How on earth environmental health hasn't shut this place down! What a disgusting environment!

Absolutely disgusting interior The owner is beyond rude and raised his voice on front of my little girl who is 4 years old. ( because he wasn't serving lunch at 1 o clock and we sat down ) Wouldn't recommend this place to a enemy and needs a bus going through the front of it.

Always huffing and puffing when you ask a question basic menu toasties, coffee serves ice cream from the window then when you go inside to order he says were closed inside know only ice cream strange guy odd ball

Cafe creme is one of the only places in Torquay you can get a fresh cooked breakfast, the food is cooked to order quality of food is outstanding, and the price is great. I only go here for a traditional breakfast nowhere else comes close.

Great breakfast once again. Me and my fiancé go here for breakfast whenever we get the chance to. Great food cooked to order and the coffee is amazing. Not many places serve food on hot plates any more but iv never had a cold plate here.

We wanted to go for lunch and sat down to look at the menu,a woman came out and snapped "these tables are for customers " I replied "Yes,we are looking at the menu?" she looked angry and shouted "No,I don't think so!" she waved her hands as if to shoo us away,but the tables were empty?!! I can only think it was the colour of our skin? My child was really upset. We were made welcome at another cafe ,these people should not run a holiday cafe if they font like tourists!!!

Unpleasant woman and man in Cafe Creme cafe,we asked the price of a certain drink and were told "read the menu",I told the woman it didn't say and the man shouted out "leave then!" Clearly shouldn't be working in hospitality.Man looked like he wasn't very clean.There was one. Person inside so not busy! When I got home I found lots of reviews.
